    Management Consulting

Miro review

  • November 19, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The endless capabilities for running workshops that it offers. It's only limited by the designer's imagination and creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of shareable links for custom templates for people outside of your team/organisation. I'm a consultant working with multiple clients and this would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual collaboration with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Offer chat support not just email

One product to rule them all

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great product for brainstorming, product discovery and product management in general. In addition, I find all the templates very useful. Compared to competitors it is easier to use
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not super easy to integrate Jira with Miro even though integration is available. Also, the mobile version is not yet easily used. I wish I had a better mobile (iPad) version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the communication problem between the product team and other members of the company. It also allows me to have all the tools I need to do strategic and tactical planning on a single board.

Miro is the collaborative interface I've been waiting for.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a super intuitive interface that is easy for everyone to use. It's especially great for brainstorming because of how easy it is to rearrange/reorder content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not run into a downside on this product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the process of brainstorming continues, we go through countless phases of editing, refining and recombining the ideas. Previously we'd be doing this on a physical, shared whiteboard that we'd lose in a day or a week. Then we'd have to photograph and/or transcribe it. Miro basically is an infinitely editable whiteboard, that you can draw on, write on, that you can never lose and forever edit.

Miro - interactive diagram creation bliss

  • November 19, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use drag and drop creation of diagrams with easily accessible shapes - Excellent Templates - and well-thought-out visual controls. The navigation pane at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen is genius. Ability to choose what an invited person sees upon first view is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited number of shapes on the left pane. No bullet points in sticky notes (that I can find anyway) - As I use the sticky notes for collaborative work I think it would benefit bullet points (numbered and bulleted) available in the sticky notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved -
Easy collaborative Jam sessions during working remote meetings
Navigation - It is much easier to navigate around a sprawling diagram than other similar products

Amazing Experience

What do you like best about the product?
As a UI UX designer I utilize Miro a lot for whiteboard discussions, collaborative work, design planning, design feature analysis and a whole lot;
What I love about it is it easy-to-use and low learning curve;
Their helpful tooltip, their very helpful FAQs, the straightforwardness of the tools and how simple but powerful it is.
It even provides wireframing capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike for miro is how the free version is only limited to three active boards at a time and how I personally feel its pricing is relatively a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a UI UX developer Miro is a powerful tool for collaborative work with stakeholders, fellow designers, and clients;
it allows me to undertake my end to end UX research, ideate on product features and develop UI wireframes as well.

Not just a great tool, but invaluable support!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can set up a collaborative online session for and with others: the templates are great, and it nonetheless allows me to use my own stuff, too. What I really value most though is miro´s outstanding support team: whenever I have a question, they get back to me in a helpful AND friendly matter. Amazing!!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Whatever I have not found so intuitive in the past, was fed back and changed accordingly. So not much to dislike, honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with remote individuals to train them on their entrepreneurial journeys. The benefits were better understanding of startup processes AND peer learning, thanks to the miro boards we were using.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, use it, and on your way to routine, seek help from your peers AND from the great support team!

Miro Review

  • November 19, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to build all kinds of boards, especially the agile-style ones by using the templates. Being able to brainstorm or contribute within the same board with peers
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro sometimes proves to be tricky to use with the trackpad. Using shift and the selector can sometimes not pick up all the needed items on the board. It would also be great to have more templates for software development purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems like team brainstorming sessions, as well as workflows for internal developments. The biggest benefits comes from the ability for the whole team to contribute at the same time without overlapping.

Great collaboration tool

What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives you a lot of freedom to depict anything you want. I love the vast choice of templates that makes it so easy to start working. Collaborating is super easy and makes remote working soo much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing the possibility to create folders insight of a project in order to structure my work even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team members work from different parts of the world. Miro makes it so easy to work together on the same board at the same time. Thoughts and ideas can be put down within minutes in a clear and structured way and easily be shared even with people who have no Miro account.

Miro Awesomeness!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro literally makes me look forward to doing work. I can have research plans, brainstorms, findings and lots more stuff all in one workspace. Also, it's easy to use so you don't have to worry about how long it'll take to loop in other stakeholders for your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is that I cant use it for official documentation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier collaboration across the org

A nice way to change your powerpoint presentations and to do some basic planning together easily

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scalability of Miro, that you can have seamlessly infinite amount of things cramped in one board. I don't use any tools with this. As I've said, it's a great alternative for powerpoint
What do you dislike about the product?
The same scalability is a bit off point sometimes. I've heard some negative replies that it's difficult to properly adjust the size and size the things the way you want to, but that's what I head, don't have anything personally to share
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're pretty much doing everything that requires more than one person to do in cooperation. For example, evaluate things with poker cards, have a whiteboard that everyone sees in real time.
