What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful, and it's simple to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, i don't have any problemas with the platform/app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems to make proyects and presentations, you feel comfy when you use it because of the web design.

Amazing tool, totally transformed the way I interact with colleagues in brainstorming, discussions and workshops not only in remote but also in physical presence
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the product is amazing and totally customizable to meet all needs. I don't have any specific problem but the website asks to type a min # of characters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See above, outlining ideas, making new proposals emerge, build frameworks to see things differently, definitely increases the level of productivity in the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can easily adapt the board to fit my needs and how I want to organize my content. For example, the post-it's feature makes it easy to brainstorm and come up with all the ideas I need for my team to succeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mouse cursor difficult to use, but that being said there are tons of articles on the community forum that are helpful and can solve my issues. I would also like a bigger selection of templates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding ways to display products we designed to clients in one document in visually appealing way. Beforehand, we used pdfs that took hours to edit and adjust, whereas Miro provides an easy to use platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use templates! You will find them super useful. Also, feel free to play around with the sizes of items. The limitless nature of the board means you can go as big or as small as you want!

What do you like best about the product?
The performance of the service from anywhere on basically any device has been amazing. We collaborated as a team, alongside clients, and consultants virtually for over a year now with people from all over the contiguous US and with our talented artists in India. It made visual communication a pleasure, considering we were working together for the first time, within our brand new startup. Miro is incredibl intuitive with simple and powerful tools for visual thinkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are making lots of animated content, it would be fantastic to embed video files directly into Miro. I completely understand that it would need to be a premium feature just due to file hosting sizes, but I think it would be worth it to us. It pairs nicely with Vimeo or youtube, so we still can do what we want, but the pure convenience and time saved with draft content for internal review would make Miro more valuable to our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use miro for our ideation phase, storyboarding, draft graphics, and posting conceptual sketches, inspirational content as well as scripts. It allows transparency and collaboration in our processes in a non-stressful way on our own time in multiple time zones. Miro is a hub to many of our processes and it's gauranteed to contain the latest information shared between teamates.

The problem I am solving is giving my teams visuals of what we are trying to accomplish.
Easy to Learn, Simple to use yet so powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Miro takes just a few minutes to learn how to use, yet the results are very impressive.
It combines features from slide presentation software such as PowerPoint, and Prezi.
I was able to hold a meeting with over 40 attendees all logged into Miro (either on desktop or on the web application) and it did not lag.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that introducing layers to Miro just like in photo editing software eg. PhotoShop will bring the software to a new level. Furthermore the ability to add filters would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is fast to use and easy to teach others how to use it. The results are impressive. the templates cover most of the use cases. It helps a lot with brainstorming.
Best mindmapping and collaboration tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an easy-to-use cloud-based system has allowed me to represent ideas, create flowcharts, canvas, sitemaps, and customer journeys for my everyday work. It has also allowed me to conduct marketing and technology workshops efficiently, in real-time with collaborators all over the world. The fact that it is also easy to integrate with productivity tools like Jira, confluence and google workspace is also excellent. Its the workshopping tool we use in our company and has allowed us to translate our proprietary methodologies into visual planning tools that everyone can use, share and collaborate on with little to no training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I dislike about Miro. Everything works as expected and has tons of tools that deliver more than expected. Power users can get a lot out of the software, while basic users can achieve tasks quickly a with great results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has allowed online team collaboration with remote employees, co-workers and customers enabling my company to sell marketing and platform developing services worldwide while increasing overall productivity by decreasing back and fort emails and unnecesary meetings. Boards serve as documentation for future projects and onboarding processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is a powerful tool that can be a part of everyday tasks and procesess like a workshopping tool or as part of planning processes. Its ease of use easily translates popular methodologies (like AIDA, Value Proposition Design, Business Canvas, User Personas, Customer Journeys, etc.) and proprietary ones into a visual way of getting work done.

Its flexible, colorful, and full of friendly features. They even have a ready set for building the BPMN processes. Simple sharing settings are also useful

In the beginning, I didn't completely get how to travel through the board, but Miro offers small guides, so I`ve learned it quite fast

In the company, we use it for different purposes, like company structure, numerous meetings types (brainstorm, planning, training, workshop, etc.)

Great networking and virtual collaboration tools with a large template library to get you started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the ways to manipulate the canvas are not totally intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to brainstorm new ideas, to outline a marketing plan, sketch new website wireframes and many other uses.
I like how it operates a bit like illustrator, but easy for the common person.

Seemingly endless scrolling. Lots of options for notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to load with tons of images. I wish it wasn't as expensive to upgrade to more users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was keeping too much information (mostly images) for design projects in folders. Now it can nicely be laid out on the screen.
