If you start out with a free trial, any board you create is pretty much held hostage until you upgrade.

I mainly use miro's mind map. Allows me to spread my thoughts out like a spider web.

Miro is a fantastic tool everyone should try out.
What do you like best about the product?
No structure if you want it and structure if you need it. Miro allows my dump all my ideas into a problem and refine it all into something visually pleasing that tells a compelling story.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the desktop mac app could be improved to more closely align with the web-based version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration and visualization of concepts to assist my teams in understanding the "why" behind a problem.

I like that I can do workshops with long distance clients in a intuitive way.

Mostly distance and cocreation issues. I can do all my work process in one platform.

Nothing so far. Nothing is missing that I've noticed.

Running workshops online, and running breakout rooms online for online focus groups. During Covid we were forced to find an online alternative, now that everyone is used it, I think we will continue to work this way.

I use it a lot to run agile retrospectives, and generally, as a team, we use it for literally EVERYTHING!
What do you dislike about the product?
Over the past 12 months, I have noticed a lot of improvement in performance and new features. The macOS native app was slow, and I didn't see any value in using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting people, ideas, processes and being able to run retrospectives while being all working remotely. I cannot imagine any other tool better than this one.

Excellent and versatile tool to boost productivity and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the preset templates, it makes it so easy to collaborate with teamates on a wealth of projects amd initiatives. I also love how it's cloud synched, so I can save it and access it anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the presets are too geared towards product building- this means some of the customisability is limited in alternative applications. I'd really like if I could put photos in and set a vector clipping shape for them (e.g. circle)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've tackled a lot of process refinement initiatives on Miro, which has been a great experience. It has the functionality of competitor solutions like LucidChart, but also has capabilities beyond that. For example, the other day I used Miro to make graphics for a presentation.

Amazing platform, extremely easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is, for sure. It takes a second to learn. Having templates is also a super plus which helps me find the best way to create my work. I have been using it for university presentations, moodboards, research, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more features, for instance, changing the background. It could have more ways to personalize and edit content. It could have a way to create multiple pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro I have many software on one website. It's extremely easy to navigate and for other people who don't know the website to use. I have used it at university and internships and both my tutors and internship boss loved it.
