What do you like best about the product?
-I'am a UX designer and also a Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State university for UX Design Undergraduate Students. For my personal projects I really like to use Miro for making user taskflows, mind maps and also for user research. It has been a amazing tool for makeing visual representation of my research which helps me display that to my stakeholders and explain my thinking process and also take quick note from the feedback meeting.
- Feature I like: Spot lighting Features, present mode
- I wish:
*As we use a lot of miro boads for each project for stuents to upload their work so that everyone can see each other's work and leave coments and once students move forward with other projects students don't really have acces to the boad. I wish there was a option to export with the coments too.
*As a administator it is importand to see all the coments made by everyone for a students at one place. A lot of times students do not mention in the coments when they are commenting for someone they just but it on their board.

What do you like best about the product?
From the moment I first tried Miro it changed the way I work and collaborate with others. Miro allows teams to think outloud on an infinite canvas through the use of a flexible and purpose built toolset. Quikcly gather and develope ideas with stickies and shapes. Paste in relevant weblinks or company documents thanks to the excellent Google drive integration, in either case you'll be treated to a rich display of the content. This feature in particular I've found unmatched in similar tools like Figjam. Miro also offers a variety of widgets and tools that aid in visual thinking, communication, and collaboration. Things like built in voting, timers, and integrations with a variety of productivity tools means that whether it's your first time with the tool our you one hundreth, there's always new things to explore and leverage for creativity and collaboration. The AI features are also amazing, though I've not leveraged them extensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve to the infinite canvas. I cut my teeth on design software like Adobe Illustrator, so moving to Miro was very natural. I'm sure people who have a background in RTS gaming would also find the ability to pan and zoom, and select multiple objects natutral, but I've found it's more difficult for folks who haven't interacted with these kinds of digital experiences can be quite clumsey in the tools.
Boards tend to pile up. Miro offers some organization tools, but some key features are missing from this aspect of the tool. Like the ability to see what team or space a board is associated with in their project table view.

I work with people from around the world. Miro allows me to think out loud with people in a visual way that just wasn't possible before. Even when meeting in person, Miro has become a component of how we work together.
A brilliant collaborator tool but missing some key features that could make it so much more powerful
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fantastic tool for online collaboration and brainstorming, easy to pick up for a global organisation with a mix of digital natives and digital newbies. We've used it at every stage of the early process, from collecting research, workshopping, synthesising, and even into building briefs collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate very well with other softwares. Trying to bring in mixed media is a real challenge, so while it's useful to have an overview of customer research, for example, it's near impossibl to bring in interviews, films, audio clips etc that are vital to bringing information to life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross collaborative work in different teams and time zones. Our organisation is often in conversation with our studio in Shanghai so having a space that can be communally updated and asynchronously worked on is vital, and Miro does that very well.
I love the design!

A Practical and Positive Experience with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's canvas extends infinitely, providing users with an expansive space to brainstorm, plan, and execute their ideas without the constraints of physical boundaries. Team members can work together synchronously, no matter where they are located. The application offers a variety of templates for different use cases, such as Agile workflows, design thinking, and project planning. These are just 3 things that make Miro stand out among competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve, so wew users may find Miro a bit overwhelming due to its vast array of features and tools. When a board becomes overly populated with elements, there have been some performance issues, such as lagging or slow loading times, which can hinder the user experience.Miro is primarily an online tool, and while there is some offline functionality, it's not as robust as the online experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team members are often dispersed across various locations, making real-time collaboration challenging. Miro's real-time collaboration feature allows team members, regardless of their location, to work together synchronously on the same board. I would say that is a must have for a completely remote team.
Converting abstract ideas into visual representations can be tough, especially when brainstorming or planning complex projects. Miro provides an infinite canvas and various tools like sticky notes, shapes, and diagrams that helps my team visualize and organize their ideas more effectively.
Managing large projects, particularly in agile environments, requires constant adaptation and visualization of workflows. Miro has pre-built templates and agile boards allow the allow my team to plan, execute, and track progress in a visual format, enhancing agility and responsiveness to changes.
