Game changer for visual and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Quick, flexible and easy to work with. Lots of different templates and tools to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can become sluggish. Doesn't have formulas for calculation

Solves team collaboration and visual brainstorming / mapping. Our go to for planning and ideating.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the ability to keep large amount of information which helps in reference during the project hence gives us chance to communicate what might have come as an issue.
It has the ability to share documents with and to the non licence holders as this helps us communicate as we acquire more clients through the documents.
It has a very intuitive interface with channels that helps us in communicating issues concerning the organisation.

I have no dislike about it since it mostly helps us alot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to acquire more customers through document sharing to the non licence holders.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows us to quickly generate ideas and collaborate on new processes and move ahead with our planning! I love the flexibility and visual nature with an infinite canvas. It's great when you don't know where to start on a project. A miro board has replaced multiple different files and organizes our team in a central place. A life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any dislikes. Quite the contrary! They are always innovating so if there is a feature I think is missing (or haven't even thought of), it comes out quickly. Thank you!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves our problem of centralized,collaborative planning. Our team is remote and we can all come together async or sync to build on our ideas and planning into a single board (or more).
Miro also solves our problem of big picture product set up and implementation planning. Early on, we can visually map out product goals, stakeholder needs and build out our plans. It allows us to continuosly iterate!

I like how Miro facilitates the creation of diagrams and flowcharts, enhancing collaboration and communication.
It empowers us to share ideas seamlessly and work together as a cohesive team, all while providing an intuitive, user-friendly, and highly customizable experience.

It has been incredible useful tool that has enabled seamless and effective collaboration in our daily lives..!
Great virtual workshopping tool and brain dump space
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the tools and ability to make very customisable formats for your information. Also intuitive and easy to use. Very collaborative and great for workshops

There is more opportunity to add more features and customisability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving to a largely WFH space, Miro enables us a lot of virtual workshopping capabilities with opportunities to interact and collaborate online whilst reducing friction. I also appreciate how flexible it is to use as a brain dump space, as there's multiple ways to set up your thinking onto boards for more text heavy to more diagram heavy needs.

Miro is very efficient collaboration tool for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a lifesaver when collaborating with colleagues in online setup. We have been able to run workshops, retros and brainstorming sessions efficiently and get thoughts documented at the same time when utilising Miro as our collaboration tool. Availablility of the service is good as well. I can remember onlyn one occasion when we were not able to continuously use the service during the past 3 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The board might easily get confusing when there are several users going about it. This can often be solved by locking some sections into place.

Miro enables us to plan the current and future efficiently.
We can go into details for particular problems and easily change to scope to roadmapping when needed.

Big blank canvas that allows me to be creative
What do you like best about the product?
Miro Board is a platform that allows me to easily create an interactive teaching and learning session, hassle free. It is a big blank canvas that allows me to be creative from brainstorming, video viewing, slide sharing, group discussion and even pdf sharing for my class activity. It is a digital platform that eases my teaching and learning session, at the same time I am actually having fun with my students. I can use the same platform from the very beginning of the semester until it ends. It can easily be acces via tablet and smartphone at anywhere and anyplace as long as we have storng internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bother me a little bit is the overwhelming features of this blank canvas. It does bother me sometimes but I still enjoy using it for my teaching and learning with my students. I even shared what I know about miro board with my fellow institution mates. They love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no unsettle problem while using Miro Board. So far no problem.
My Essential Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have yet to find another tool that allows me to communicate so many different ideas, in so many different ways, to all my stakeholders, and do it so rapidly. Miro allows me to be nimble, comprehensive, inclusive, and expressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Styling is one area for improvement - the font limitations are a paint point, and the simplicity of the styling tools makes them widely accessible but sometimes a challenge when more formality and precision are needed.
