What do you like best about the product?
As an early-stage startup there is a lot of ideation going on. Miro helps us to properly perform these important and creative tasks. Too much structure and long formats would hinder us to be agile - Miro solves this pain.
I also appreciate the UI/UX - it's very intuitive and makes me happy when using it. It was very easy to implement and integrate it in our organisation and we're using it daily. Finally, the customer support so far has been truly supportive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards get too chaotic and it's hard to find information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote ideative and creative work processes were very tricky before we started using Miro. It tremendously helps us by being an open universe where you can put anything - and afterwards find structure to it.
Miro helps me think better and work out ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I find that I can communicate my work ideas much more quickly by creating a simple diagram or concept. This helps me turn what would otherwise remain an abstract thought (often hard to explain to colleagues) into something clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The assigning of roles and permissions for teams and boards is quite complicated and hard to grasp. Could be much much simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it really easy to sketch something quickly. A thought or idea for business process for example, or a way to analyse lots of feedback in post-its from a brainstorming session. This saves me time, and also lots of colleagues that are still using only Office products are very enthusiastic when I come up with something visually attractive too. Another problem it solves for me is remote/hybrid collaboration with my team or as a platform to host a brainstorm.

Collaborative work
Best concept mapping application for studies
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work collaboratively on the same project and the ability to work on multiple devices (computer, iPad). I also like the ease of use of the platform; it is very intuitive and allows for the creation of concept maps. It is very well-suited for use in an academic context. I regularly use this platform to facilitate my understanding of the material covered in class. It is very easy to use the platform to create documents to integrate into other documents. For example, I can create a concept map that I easily export as a PDF document, which I can then integrate into a Word document. I have never needed to contact customer service in the context of my use of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any flaws for the use I make of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to effectively synthesize the material I see in my courses.

Remote teams can't gather around a whiteboard, but with Miro they can.
Miro allows us to collaborate as if we were in the same room.
Miro allows us to capture diverse types of ideas: technial diagrams, workshop brainwriting, mind maps in one place, not separate tools for separate needs.

Miro is everything needed in a workplace today
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is that it has everything you need to set you up for success. From its diverse range of templates to useful features like voting and a timer, it's the small things that add up to make a big impact. Miro has also introduced new AI features, which have significantly sped up our processes, making collaboration and productivity smoother than ever. The platform’s ability to cater to various needs, whether it's brainstorming, project planning, or interactive workshops, really enhances our team's efficiency and creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro offers a lot of great features, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Sometimes, the interface can feel a bit cluttered, especially when navigating complex boards with a lot of elements. This can make it challenging to find specific tools quickly. Additionally, the performance can lag when dealing with very large boards or when many users are collaborating simultaneously, which can disrupt the workflow. I would like to have share in presentation mode, this is something that is long overdue. In terms of spacing, there is misalignment, especially adding text into a shape for example. Using text within a text, if you left align, the text touches the table which never use to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving several key problems related to visualisation, collaboration, and workflow management. One of the primary challenges it addresses is the ability to effectively visualise and map out complex journeys. Miro allows me to create detailed, interconnected maps that illustrate processes, touchpoints, and workflows, ensuring a common understanding among team members and stakeholders. This clarity helps in identifying gaps, opportunities, and the overall end-to-end flow of a process, leading to better-informed decisions and strategies.
