All you need to collaborate online, and yet you can keep it as simple as you like
What do you like best about the product?
Having an online whiteboard available, with lots of options that help bring online workshops together, or create a shared results log after live sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to invite others to collaborate without paying lots extra, even just for short sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved with Miro: online brainstorming and organising visually.
Benefits realised: having a log of what we've addressed in workshops which still feels like it was in the room itself. And even created a storyline of all feedback during a research project

Astonishing solution for online meetings, collaborative thinking and creative processes
What do you like best about the product?
All kinds of collaborative processes as well as creative thinking "on your own" is supported by Miro in a well designed form that is even suitable for using it as documentation for the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a consultant "on the road", the possibility of working offline without an internet connection would be helpful in some places, even though this would mean a throwback for the possibility of working on a board together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Distibuted team work and facilitating virtual meeting or workshops

Much more than a whiteboard application
What do you like best about the product?
Most versatile and flexible collaboration application I've ever seen. Low learning curve and easy to understand controls. 'Infinite zoom' allows you to add more information without having to reorder/move a lot of shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a bit 'nerdy' but I miss some scripting possibilities like resetting shape locations to some default location based on some click or date/time event. Sometimes I find myself dragging/moving shapes when my intention is to pan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualize processes, quickly draw up what is in my (teams) mind and to help as catalyst to come to solutions. To keep all information about a certain topic together, including links, text notes, pictures etc.
Easy to Use - Beautiful Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's visuals are beautiful. I have a few friends who use Vizio who are looking to switch over after seeing some of my boards.
My personal favorite thing about Miro is how super intuitive it is. I really like how the system adapts to whether or not you're using a mouse, touchpad, or on mobile.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to navigate boards when using the Miro app on my tablet. I end up editing things on accident often so now I think of the tablet as a rough draft location and my desktop as the final editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of training at my office that consists of boring Word docs and tedious checklists. Miro has allowed us to create engaging visuals and incorporate them into our training.

What do you like best about the product?
it has every possible feature required to run workshops, brainstorming sessions, interactive meetings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about this product. Small things like load times, switching accounts, is all I can thinking but it's far better than any alternative by a mile.

What do you like best about the product?
We love strategy, and with Miro we can do a lot of great strategy boards, with all the designers and with the client, we were looking for a tool that help us do that collaboration work and Miro was the solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I will prefer to organize the bords of the protects diferente, so I can look Easter for the boards I need to find fast, and it would be perfect to show videos lined to pages or YouTube

The first one the collaboration work, it is easy with the team in different places.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive, beautiful designs, easy to use with the trackpad. Pricing is reasonable for the software provided. Easy to switch between the webapp and the computer app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the designs could look a bit more modern and creation of new labels should mimic existing settings for consistency (e.g. if one arrow font size is updated).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing SOP and flowcharts through work. Great for creating workflows and tutorials for others to follow. Flowcharts are easy to export and clear for others to read.

Recommended to others who are needing software solutions for designing flowcharts/mind mapping etc.

It's an endless space where you can work and start documentation in a clean way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't undersand the real limits of a free account.

Refinement of digital features before we start documentation. Easy to edit and collaborate for everyone.

I enjoy Miro, helps me so much when I need facilitate an space for working.

The way we can collaborate, vote, and reactions. We can share also music and this is really amazing to have in Miro.

When I need to lock an image, it isn't nice working because you can´t move and still edit

It´s very interesting voting; you can see the result in real time. It helps me to have a commitment when we get voting.

Miro needs be more clear when you lock items, also more fonts, figures, etc.

It makes makes mapping any kind of process very easy and collaborative. It also provides a unique environment to collaborate with people on a digital environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As any software, some functionalities require better understanding of the software which can makes a mapping process a little more technical. However, this is the reality for any software.

It facilitated the mapping of various processes within our business. It also gave us a unique environment to collaborate as a team - or with clients/service providers.
