So easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is versatile and very easy to use. I like to explore the templates in the Miraverse. I now use it almost every day, not only with my team but also to store my notes on various topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to get practice zooming in and out, as it is a large board. It is sometimes too responsive and the board moves around very quickly. I also feel dizzy looking at it when a teammate moves around the board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing large amounts of information. Collaborating with clients. Better than Post-its because it saves the information for later use. Remote work is easier. Templates are useful
Its one of the best collaborative tools around, which is easy to use and run with entire team.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with.
It can be used as a repository.
A tremendous collaborative tool with tool ready to use templates
the zoom in zoom out feature is best with quick sync

What do you dislike about the product?
At times takes 30second and more for sync when multiple people are using it
Needs high-speed internet for usage, best usage at the office, but would be challenged to use from mobile internet

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of collaboration: Miro allows team members to collaborate and work together on projects, regardless of their location. This helps to improve communication and break down silos.
Inefficient meetings: With Miro, teams can conduct effective and efficient meetings. Miro's digital whiteboard allows teams to capture ideas, organize information, and make decisions in real-time.

A super easy brainstorming or mapping tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate and brainstorm ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that boards with a lot of content can be quite slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to cross collaborate across teams specifically for storyboard direction. It's a starting place for ideas for many teams that can be also used as documentation to brief designers.
Awesome platform
What do you like best about the product?
I am fascinated by how easy it is to use considering how many features it has, tables, notes etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, can't complain really...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are all remote, so having a tool such as this is very helpful. Plus even prior to being remote, enough with wasting paper already!
The Best Digital Whiteboarding Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of InVision Freehand and use it inextricably in my work as a product development professional. I started using it during pandemic and found, to my surprise, it is an amazing digital replacement for a whiteboard. I use it to take notes, gather, organize and review visuals for many different apps/websites and brands we research when design new apps and websites, and to do low-fidelity sketches for the early stages of product design. We also use it to better articulate product features, requirements and bugs to developers on our team. Lastly, we use it to map out high level product architecture and detailed information architecture when creating products.
I have tried other tools, like Miro, and I find them to be too "heavy." I like how Freehand is so lightweight and easy to pick up and run with. We've also used it for client brainstorms and interactive feedback/collaboration sessions with remote and in-person team members.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they changed the colors!
Quick keys could be improved slightly (though they are pretty good as-is).
WORK OFFLINE is the biggest missing feature in Freehand! I work on it on airplanes a lot, and a few times the dicey airplane connection has messed up my work.
Otherwise, I'm hardcore Team Freehand!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me quick tools to create and iterate on low-fidelity app screens and experiences; a great tool for visual design/competitor/branding research; and a great remote/hybrid team collaboration tool.

Miro: Seamless Workshopping, Great for Real-Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the interface of Miro. I feel like it's simple and not hard to use once you grasp the basic tools, which helps in creating a good-looking image or workshop space quickly. Also, I like the sharing options because it's easy to share a board, and the collaboration functionality works very well, just like you would want it to. The sharing features allow me to bring people from different locations together as if we're having an in-person workshop, without needing to be colocated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, a new user can feel overwhelmed by the number of controls that are first available to them. Once they understand the basics, they can navigate it fine. But sometimes, the very first time someone opens Miro, it can be a little bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets me coordinate workshops and share real-time updates, ensuring everyone is on the same page. I create flowcharts and diagrams to represent our discussions, enabling collaboration and clear communication.
Miro has made team meetings and discussions very smooth!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro has an extensive collection of templates that make creating boards for meetings and discussions easy. Miro also makes collaboration and team engagement easy. I can give all my team members access to my board right before the meeting and allow engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not necessarily bad, but Miro's extensive collection of templates and possibilities sometimes makes it harder to use it for simple tasks like jotting down meeting notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro reduces boring presentation slides where the user only listens to the presenter talk. Miro allows engagement and input from other users. This makes meetings much more productive.
Miro for All

What do you dislike about the product?
Large Miro board(s) may take time to load. Slow page upload would display a blurry board.
Comments are timestamped and call callout stakeholders.
Some setup are not locked, so some users may unintentionally move the setup.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project time line and deliverables. The Miro board captures deliverables per stakeholder and when, setting up the expectations. The timeline is also important for project reach and target goals.
The flexibility allows collaborative input, effort, etc. on processes we are not aware of.

Great tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a one-stop, do it all digital whiteboarding tool that enables and empowers teams to collaborate better in person, remotely, and asynchronously. It has great built-in features for workshops and brainstorming sessions, such as setting a timer, voting and commenting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can get a little confusing are the access permissions for each team within an organisation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a globally distributed team, we are inherently remote and sit in different time zones. Miro is helping us collaborate more effectively and efficiently, allowing us to gather multiple stakeholders' perspectives from numerous regions. This, in turn, helps us make better-informed decisions.
