powerful tool for collaboration, but not overwhelmingly detailed
What do you like best about the product?
easily collaborating in a remote environment across multiple departments with simple UI that anyone can get a hold of.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's definitely limited in how much you can create and visualize items, but that's more of a pro than a con, as it limits the level of detail you can get into. it's occasionally frustrating as a designer, but it's a sign that you're overcomplicating the ideas at this stage of the design process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remote collaboration, basic idea generation, impromptu whiteboarding sessions

Miro brings collaboration and structure to meetings in the world of remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro isn't just a continuous whiteboard. Miro facilitates the planning and execution of valuable meetings with tools like templates, timers, and voting. For example, we use the timer in meetings to give everyone the time and space to think and jot down ideas in response to a prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro sometimes does take quite a toll on my computer--there have been times on Miro when my fan is running heavily, and it can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When collaborating in a document virtually, there can be a barrier to making edits or adding input because it all feels very formal and final. Miro breaks down that barrier and captures input from all around the room with a whiteboard that allows for messy brainstorming. It takes a very similar approach to what we used to do in person, brainstorming around a whiteboard or table with post-its.

Collaborative tool for excellent team integration!
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most was the ability for everyone I gave permission to edit the board simultaneously, which greatly sped up the board's development.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the way to invite new people can be improved, especially to add people who are not yet registered in my institution as a Viewer. Possibility to add sub-projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I managed to create solutions for my application dynamically and quickly, the whole team collaborated in creating the board, thus we were able to optimize time, avoiding endless versions of the same file.

Miro is great for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's such an intuitive and easy tool for mind mapping and real-time collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
- I'd like to invite collaborators who are not on a team
- I'm missing more templates
- I'm missing more templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a great tool to map out UX processes and solve collaboratively possible issues before implementation

So far I love using the program
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and pleasant to look at. It is easy to make charts on the spot during a meeting. It is very easy to track all the changes that the different team members made on the charts as well.
I used Miro both as a board owner where I created flows and charts, but There were times I was a participant in group training sessions where Miro was used as a platform for collaboration. It had some handy features like timer, background music (if needed), embedding videos. It is great to see that our training sessions use tools like this and gradually getting away from the dry powerpoint presentations.
I really like that different templates can be dropped to the board at any time, as I do not need to invent the wheel if I want some cool additions to my boards.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features which would be a nice addition. The link below refers to one I would like to get implemented.
https://community.miro.com/wish-list-32/highlight-connecting-lines-when-hovering-the-cursor-to-show-how-objects-are-related-2847
As someone who grew up using MS office and tools related to that, I sometimes struggle to find what I am looking for. That is less of a problem with the interface itself, it is still very intuitive, I just need to get used to it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for brainstorming sessions as well as planning out processes. I am not financially benefitting from Miro. Collaboration between different team members on virtual calls is a great option.
To be honest, I enjoy using other programs such as Powerpoint and Visio, but I find them clanky in group exercises. The ability to have multiple users build something together is great, and the built-in templates are saving me a lot of time.
I am still finding new problems that I could tackle using the program. I did start with simple charts, but now using them for:
- Process planning
- Mapping system architecture
- Redesigning the internal ticketing system
- Creating user journey maps
- Building out Business requirement Documentations
All in all, I think that the tool looks really slick and easy for the eye. Even when the board gets humongous, there are easy ways to navigate across the board. I am not sure if there is a feature to bring all the users at a given point in time to one slide/point on the board if you are doing a presentation and they get sidetracked and wander off.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try watching the instructional videos. It is a great help to understand the capabilities of the tool. It is not overwhelming but still very informative.

An essential tool for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy for my team to work remotely. We organize all of our design sprints with this tool. And whenever we need a whiteboard to jot down a diagram during a video conference, we launch Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has a lot of features and therefore there is a learning phase. But the documentation is well done and the app is very nice, so it's okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us during the discovery phase of product management. We use it to run our design sprints.

                            Awesome collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to collaborate on ideas with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a function to make objects snap to the grid. It isn't easy to get everything nicely aligned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings are more efficient with Miro.

Perfect for both team collaboration and personal use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro is intuitive to learn and, incorporates ready-to-use templates, and can be linked with G-Suite applications. I prefer Miro to other solutions because of the innovative interface design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only inconvenient I perceive is when using it with my free personal account and being limited to 3 active boards only. Though I understand this is how the business model is set up, it would be great to have access to 5 boards!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I solve with Miro is intuitive mind-mapping and visual brainstorming both when used for personal use for processes structuring, as well as when collaborating in team and having access to all the data in one place, in a great visual way!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure to have a first-team space to go through together through all the features of Miro, and explain where to find resources related to platform usage in order to make most of the platform!

User friendly and rich online collaborative app
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of templates to help organise workshops for a facilitator, the easiness use of the tool, its integration with online apps such as zoom, teams, butter etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think of anything in particular that I dislike about Miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating engaging and fun online workshops to replace in-person workshops

                            Very good collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
A complete team can be working in the same boards/diagrams/template at the same time.
The user interface is very friendly and very flexible. The "post-its" or diagrams in which we are working can be resized to fit best what is needed.
The user interface is very friendly and very flexible. The "post-its" or diagrams in which we are working can be resized to fit best what is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that I can't copy stuff from other boards and that only some of the shapes are available in the "free" version. I would also like to see easier ways to grab printscreens to share with other people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize flows in my daily work, to explain the organization of our teams visually, and to run the Scrum ceremonies. The templates available in Miro are useful.
