Smart whiteboard for teaching and working
What do you like best about the product?
Platform is easy to use and intuitive. It is full of tools and features.a lot of templates and easy to integrate with other tools. App is also great and website too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a lot of things to be integrated. It is hard to attach a pdf and create a single frame for each pdf page. View of multiple frames in the same page is bad .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching with Miro is perfect. It allows to download pdf of lessons, attach documents and make students contribute to it. Business performance increased since the use of Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags and can take a long time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The perfect tool to mind dump in beautiful ways
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create any visualization from processes, collaboration views, presentations, and even mockups to create understanding between teammates quickly. The voting, the music and notes features are just delight additions to an already great tool that has more and more taken over my workflow particularly in this new normal we live today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to get more fonts, but that's more a pet peeve of mine than an actual request, as Miro has added quite a few more options lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Variety of use cases. I create and analyze customer journeys collaboratively. I define processes diagrams with my team and use the tool to understand vulnerabilities. I also use Miro frequently to present data clearly and completely. I can show not only the complete flow but also the data associated with the flow. It's a massive game-changer in comparison with traditional slide presentations.
Incredible product for a range of uses
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility of Miro - both in terms of its use (from individual brainstorming to sharing interactive slides) and in terms of its tools (sticky notes, shapes, text, arrow types, etc.) With the various tools available, Miro makes it easy to see the most important ones and not get lost in the clutter. They are responsive to their customers and are constantly adding trainings and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to onboard folks who are not familiar with using online interactive tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped us organize our thinking about complex projects, map processes with clients, reflect on our own processes, and keep track of loose ideas in a structured way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out for a few different uses to familiarize yourself with the tools. Keep challenging yourself to try one new thing.
Virtual whiteboard, brainstorming tool, and so much more
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to capture links and screenshots from anywhere and arrange them in a visual layout to help plan the strategy for my UX projects. I think Miro is more sophisticated than Mural and allows for more creativity. I also love the pre-built templates that help me learn new UX methods and make my boards look more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the board settings are difficult to manage especially if you are part of a team account and trying to invite collaborators to specific boards and not the entire team account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I typically use Miro during the Discovery phase of a UX project. I use it to visually document my findings, do affinity mapping, annotate samples I've collected, etc. I don't think I could do this in any other application!
Excellent for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to use for all kind of users and let you have guests to join the collaboration process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free trial only let you have 3 boards and I find it difficult to replace them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration in a remote work environment.
Great collaboration tool

Easy to use, and get team members up to speed on projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up groups, access for different team members can be a bit confusing.

Collaboration, it's so easy to talk through a project with everyone able to make notes or comments on elements on the board.
Easy to use; essential whiteboarding tool for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating objects and attaching arrows between them
What do you dislike about the product?
The way text works is a little counterintuitive. Especially with the sticky notes

Whiteboarding customer journeys, brainstorming new strategies, illustrating a biz admin workflow, etc.
Great online collaboration tool

It can be challenging for first-timer to navigate the virtual whiteboard.

At work, we are building new programs, conducting co-design and focus group sessions. Miro has been a great tool to collaborate as well as a great visual tool to use with stakeholders when gathering feedback.

I would highly consider Miro if you are looking for an excellent virtual tool for internal team and external partner collaboration. There is even integration with Zoom for any meetings!
