What do you like best about the product?
Ability to organize the interview notes and later analyise. I like locking and unlocking along with duplication of the data. Easy moving and the not to stuffy UI
What do you dislike about the product?
More templates. especially when I create a template and try to create a new doc, it shows existing tmplates over the one I created which I use the most. so it's always an additional step
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysis of data such as affinity mapping. I also use Freehand to create workflows or process flows to visualize the scale of the project or number of steps for a project to be successful
Freehand is much to slow and unwieldy to navigate around

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing all the screens at once with commenting features for guests. Frankly I wish I could get easier commenting from guests in Prototype mode. Freehand was just a 'workaround' suggested by Invision support. A "workaround" I am frankly not happy with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For early problem discovery I wish it had similar functionality to guide users like MURAL. Additionally it'd be nice if it actually allowed for template drop ins from LUMA for human centered design

What do you dislike about the product?
Am only stuck while transferring boards from one instant to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have always have great and simple time wile categorising and organising information with view and presentation of all relevant stakeholders maintaining high level of data security.
A word-class collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a variety of interesting high-level functions. The most striking ones are related to quickly drawing ideas on the canvas, such as diagrams and arrows. However, more advanced users can take advantage of these functions more to create engaging visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro requires additional configurations to use the more advanced features. It is awkward at first because it needs to be explicitly explained. I wish they were more accessible from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work would be more difficult without the existence of Mio. It is good software for collaborating ahs share design ideas without being in the same physical office.

A good choice for inter-departamental communication
What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives an infinite number of possibilities in project planning meetings. Communicating, explaining ideas, discussing possible workflows, and understanding progress are easy. The result of these meetings is interesting visual elements that can be used for quick presentations to superiors. I also love their customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process for sharing boards is a bit confusing. The outcome is very satisfying because the collaboration at Miro is fantastic, but the process to get there could be improved a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me coordinate teams that belong to different departments. It has been a perfect solution to gather the information everyone must contribute. It is also an excellent platform to understand the progress that has been made against the goals that have been set. The data is put in one place for everyone to understand it effortlessly.
A tool for tracking sales
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is useful for creating flowcharts with ease. It results in convenient and easily identifiable diagrams to follow the exact steps in the sales process.
Consequently, it is also a convenient platform for tracking progress and prioritizing tasks when necessary. We can all log on to view these visuals at any time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has performance issues. It slows down when multiple items are on screen or users want to edit simultaneously. This has nothing to do with connection speed but with optimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We must follow up closely on all the sales steps to ensure they are completed, even after recruitment. Planning these processes at Miro has helped us increase our sales volume, which has improved our public image. Our customers' satisfaction has grown along with their loyalty.

The infinite canvas that Miro offers is something I adore. It allows for expansive mind maps and flowcharts without the constraint of space. The flexibility to add different types of content like images, icons, and documents further adds to the visual appeal and comprehensiveness of the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro sends way too many alerts when lots of people are working together, and you can’t change the alert settings. This means you might miss something important because of all the messages.

Miro cuts down on the need for long emails because you can see everything clearly on the boards. Everyone can look at the same stuff, so there’s less confusion and we can make decisions faster.

It has almost everything,but if am able to change background colour I will be very grateful.

This is our visual collaboration page where we all share,communicate and have access of all relevant tools and people right from project creation to last final stage. Miro sessions are always successful and easier to manage.

- many different functionalities which are great but not abvious - onbording? quick start guide?
- Admin section is a litlle cumbersome (e.g. why is team content visible within the entire company?)
