What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to use, I use it for my workshop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very complicated to import screens from Figma to Miro. There is no plugin to date to make the bridge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work in a remote team. It's convenient, especially now
Mirror is pretty awesome for sharing thoughts and concepts with other people!

The best is the real time collaboration with others.

There is not so much that I dislike. I am very happy using it.

I use it for sharing thoughts and concepts with others without always having to send them manually.

Miro is the best online team collaboration software I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating has never been so easy with Miro. I started using Miro during the pandemic. It was a tough time for me to work with stakeholders or external partners that I have met.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time to load if there are too much on the board, or some of the elements are not displayed when it is zoomed in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to hold workshops from anywhere anytime. Save up time to gather post-it notes. I can store all mood boards/ideas and so easy to present them to my team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used other online collaboration tools. Miro so far is the best.
Great for brainstorming and collab
What do you like best about the product?
Great ability to share a board with other and create custom meeting experiences. Easy to capture notes for any type of thinking exercise such as brainstorms, retro etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
can be a bit too resource-hungry at times.

We are using it across our distributed teams for collaborating and designing the customer journeys.
Amazing virtual whiteboard for brainstorming editorials
What do you like best about the product?
Loads quickly, accepts multiple formats (links, text, screencaps, photos, etc.) which makes for seamless brainstorming and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many templates geared to creative content industry (ie information driven visual content, photo and/or video work)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving and citing text, graphic, photo, and video information for group projects. Shareability is a great value.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely color code sticky notes. They are so helpful!
User-friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Miro is fantastic. The previous company I worked at used it, and it took me a few minutes to understand and use the platform to communicate the needs of my project effectively. I loved working with it so much that I brought it to where I work now, and everyone loves it so far!

I would like to see a more attractive package for single users.

Customer journey visualization on our e-shop has been easier to explain using Miro.
I have also used the tool to develop a personalized Gant-type chart for my projects.
The main benefit of using Miro is that it provides a user-friendly experience to put your ideas together in a fun and easy way to understand. It's a great tool if you are a visual person.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has an extensive library of premade templates for whatever business requirement, from ideation to planning to map. It reduces the complexity of creating digital thoughts and processes maps, which significantly increases the productivity of a team's work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Miro provides far too many features under a single dashboard, it is critical to equip new customers with a clear and concise knowledge base that is easy to navigate. Despite this, it has a limited knowledge base, which is terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, I have had a positive experience with Miro, and I particularly like the variety of services it provides, particularly for the management and creative teams of the company. There's no denying that it's a convenient, easily accessible, and adaptable creation software that any ambitious company should have on hand.

It is so easy to collaborate and share ideas - essential for remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me time to realize Miro's full potential - I only did so after watching how others use it.

We work remotely, and Miro has helped us organize meetings, particularly brainstorming and planning. Through this, we've surfaced issues, ideas, and solutions we would have had trouble getting to via chat, zoom, or calls.

I would recommend Miro as the best whiteboarding software out there (and I've tried a few)

We were using excel for content planning. If more than 1 person jumps on the file, it will create a conflicted copy. And now we move everything to Miro,we could access the board all at the same time

1. arrows do not intelligently enough to adjust themselves when I move several process blocks at once. I need to adjust again.
2. High-quality pdf exports could be free for the first 5 to 10 downloads, so I do not have to think about workarounds when there is limited time to decide whether I should buy the pro or not.
