A joy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - putting diagrams together is really quick and intuitive

Adds an extra place to search for information outside of a wiki / ticket.

Mapping user flows, prioritizing backlogs, visualizing next steps, tracking org charts

Miro is really smooth and easy to use - it's got power features like keyboard shortcuts.
In general, it's a pleasure to use and reduces the amount of time needed to finesse a diagram/flowchart.

Very intuitive and easy to use for any size groups.

Could have more options for certain things, depending on the amount of collaborators.

Sprint planning, brainstormings, rapid prototyping,... Fast and easy.

Sharing a board with someone is still confusing.

It's really intuitive and has lots of useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike anything until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it with the teams for braistorming, retrospectives, roadmap management, team building activities. I use it personally to manage my own work and knowledge database.
Vey easy and great look and feel
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy to use and very intuitive. Starting using it for our service design sessions, we ended using eat for any design need in our company - both for sales and operations needs. I like many templates inside the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it would be more localized for Russian. Though we use English in our company widely, some customers are not familiar with the English interface.

bulk option of sticky notes and freehand drawing (with correction)

sometimes changing the tools and marking what to copy or cut
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to transform face-2-face workshops for employees into 100% virtual workshops and therefore needed a tool to substitute flipchart and pinboard. Miro is doing a fantastic job. Whatever I do, brainstorming, clustering, and the (formerly known) photo protocol for the handout afterwards - I can do it with Miro. I can also prepare some visualizations and change to the relevant frame -like flipping the paper on the flipchart to a prepared drawing.

Sometimes I need to link the connectors to shapes that doesn't have any "magnet point". I would like to have more magnet points

I use Miro to solve and to show visually how the project would work in the future and foresee some possible issues
Great for collaboration - easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate in such a visual way is excellent. It's very versatile with a number of pre-made templates to take the leg-work out of things! Being able to see who is working in the space and what they are doing is also a positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until you master the navigation there is a tendency to accidentally move items, but this is quickly overcome as it becomes very quickly apparent how to move around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for has a number of large projects involving many people who all work remotely. This is by far the best solution to enable collaborative working to capture all aspects of the projects and ensure that everyone can participate with parity. A number of business problems, from new product development to process reviews and improvement projects have been solved using Miro.

Quick, structured working. You can simply drag and drop content into your miro board.

Start working with Miro. Everything is explained perfectly in the tutorials, so you will not have any Problems.
Miro is truly a creative hero but not for presentations
What do you like best about the product?
The most remarkable upside about Miro is that it has a solution known as Miroverse which contains hundreds and thousands of pre-made templates that users can simply choose from to create infographics, visual diagrams, processes, and plans. What makes it more remarkable is its limitless digital canvas that allows users to make almost anything they think up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike part of Miro is that it is not the right tool for creating beautiful and powerful presentations with smooth transitions. Another significant disadvantage is its poor formatting and layouts, which can be annoying for users who do not want to capture frames before downloading any visuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The average experience with Miro has been both helpful and annoying. Being able to brainstorm, ideate, and collaborate with the team members freely has been super beneficial. At the same time, too many unnecessary features and a limited knowledge base of Miro have been its downside.
