Excellent White Boarding and Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to whiteboard over the internet. Everyone in my office has been working from home due to COVID restrictions, and we have been looking for tools to help us collaborate online. Miro is the best tool we've found so far. We use it for brainstorming sessions, design review sessions, product interviews, and more. This tool has a lot of functionality the more I dig into it. It can be as straightforward or as complex as you want. It's effortless to join a new Miro session and start working together right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it forces me to walk through the tool every time I start a new session. Lately, whenever I join a Miro session, there's a host of popups and unskippable walk through guides I must look at before I can start using the product. I am not sure what triggers these, but they can be very annoying and get in the way of quickly dropping in a collab session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboarding over the internet, collaborating with coworkers online, brainstorming sessions, interviews, and more.

                            Almost perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Draw easiness and variety of templates and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Guest participants with low tech-savvy ness are not too familiar with this software. In past times, I've received comments from some participants saying they feel more comfortable with Mural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an excellent tool for remote workshops; however, it's perfect for drawing quick diagrams, flowcharts, customer journeys, and even wireframes too. I've used to document the whole creative process before designing user interfaces in Figma.

                            Excellent App for online workshops
What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives you many tools that make online workshops very dynamic and agile.
What do you dislike about the product?
In case of needing a lot of boards or collaborators, the free option might not be enough, and the price may limit who can use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the pandemic, it isn't easy to make online interaction as fluid as in face-to-face. Miro helps with that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free account and if it fits your need, definitely get a paid version.

Forget about traditional Whiteboard, Miro board is now our favorite whiteboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Previously, we used to write on sticky notes and stick them on a wall or a whiteboard during brainstorming or planning sessions. At the end of the session, we have to collect all the notes and put them in a word document to keep track of them. The process is daunting and the notes can be lost pretty easily. With Miro board, it is much more efficient as everything is being kept in one place and even overseas team members can contribute to the planning session. Miro is so convenient when collaborating with others because you can communicate through online chats and embedded video calls in addition to adding various things out on the board. It's super easy to move things around and add new information, too! I love how quickly new people can get used to Miro board as you don't need to download and install anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no issue with Miro from my point of view so far. The only problem is with the grid function in Frame. It usually messes up the position of everything when clicking it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be hard when thinking about what to put on the Miro board initially. I would recommend starting with the simplest chart as Sales Funnel or Customer Journey of a particular product.

Great intuitive tool for product managers

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there is not much to dislike about Miri. The only thing I can think of is the transition between a whiteboard to a cohesive presentation.
It's not yet clear to me how I can transform my thoughts into something I can deliver to the rest of the company

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For sure understanding a problem from a larger scope I have realized a lot about how I can communicate with my team and show my findings individual way

I've been recommending Miro to all my friends who want to do collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the tools and the power of its tools. We can do a lot with Miro and the tools are very robust. With a clean interface and a really easy-to-use UX, it's the perfect tool to introduce to teams that are not yet familiar with the collaborative process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, really... I think what I miss is to be able to animate certain features, like buttons and stuff.. But I think that eventually it will also be possible to that in the future ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to work remote on a project and get feedback from everyone, at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is one of the BEST collaborative platforms I know. You can do a lot with Miro and I've been using it both personally a professionally.

Excellent experience when carrying out a collaborative work.
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of real-time collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has few clipart images to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can overcome the low participation in virtual classes. Allow participation in virtual work teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this tool that allows motivating individual and collective participation of students or participants in training sessions.

Mirro is a great, intuitive, tool for our company to quickly collaborate.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to be able to not only share my boards with others from my company but also the ability to be able to work together remotely on the same boards—amazing connectivity when it comes to working with a team to document processes or create workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to choose something I dislike, it would be the template selection. It doesn't match the variety of template selections from Excel (not the same types, I know but just as an example). Excel tends to have whatever template I could want to use Excel for, but when it comes to Mirror, they don't always have an excellent match for something I'd like to do within Mirro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting process flows. This has been the most helpful tool I've used to document process flows and be able to share them across the company for when we are thinking of implementing changes. I've also used this Mirro to create value stream maps and address waste within processes.

                            Change Management facilitation
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility and user friendliness of Miro. The Miro verse is a great library that saves me tonnes of hours of preparation for complex processes. All the trainings and processes with facilitation guides makes it worth a lot more than other whiteboard tools.
The integration to a wide variety of systems such as Trello and Teams is a helpful addition.
I have ensured that Miro is used enterprise wide at my company, and we are happy with the strong encryption.

What do you dislike about the product?
The table function is lacking a lot of functionality. If it could do filtering and simultaneous changes while not moving the table around it would be a lot more useful. Coloring columns and rows to make it easier to navigate more complex tables will also help a lot.
I would like a change setting where the boards are locked for everyone else than me. Then I can always change formatting, but no one else.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Change management in hybrid projects, using Miro to engage my project teams in all the relevant change management tools I have built up.
I'm using it for creating templates to our teams on how to collaborate better.
I'm using miro to support any project I work on, solving problems using Design thinking methods.
I'm conducting Retrospectives with various teams.
I'm doing ice breakers.
And a lot more.
All of what I'm doing makes online collaboration a lot more valuable, ensuring that I always reach a strong outcome that can be shared right away.

Collaboration Tool at its finest!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro allows me and a team of UX designers to collaborate in real time. We have worked on brainstorming, sorting data from research, empathy maps, and personas all in one session. The fact that Miro can allow drawing of shapes, sticky notes, text, etc all in one platform, I feel as if I am in an actual office space doing a workshop. The fact that you can do all this without being on-site is the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Miro. If I had to say anything, it would be to create more templates or tools to collaborate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that I solved with Miro is allowing others to access information while I am editing. The benefits are that while we all can be whiteboarding, it will enable everyone to input information and ideas, furthermore increasing our thinking capabilities at the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to open yourself to utilizing it for anything even moodboards for your home design etc. The possibilities are endless
