It's simply the best visual aid for meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to jump in and collaborate in real-time. Either having an informal discussion about our clients inside our team or presenting complex information to our clients themselves, Miro has all we need every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The options you have when exporting files are limited, but I've seen them get better over time with partnerships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have prepared strategies and analyzed our clients and their needs, but we have also prototyped web pages and made presentations within the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Journey creations. Being product manager that's the biggest help as it gives clarity to other stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates present should be categorised or reduced.
Sometimes I get highly confused about which template to use.
Rather than you should show them with social proof.
How many people haved used them before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Better visibility to the team
2. Structuring the thought along with collaboration with the team

Easy to use tool.
Learning curve will be quick
Anyone can use it in team, from engineer to marketer.

What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive and it has all the functionalities you need both for collaborating and for preparing interactive sessions

Video call are not perfect (sound and video)

What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps you think strategically. Even if you’re not a savvy marketer, the built-in templates give you a good starting point for how to approach business problem-solving. And if you’re starting from scratch, the built-in diagramming and flow tools are well designed. I especially like the snapping tools which help make presentations more polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be a little overwhelming with all the features it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing strategy. Communications strategies. Website flowcharts. App flows. Those are just a few ways Miro is helping.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it. Then purchase a paid plan, and you’ll rejuvenate your approach to business.

Virtual collaboration helps everything be remote

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many use cases we can use it for - collaborative employee interviews, team brainstorming sessions, customer feedback, planning - it allows our praimarily remote team to collaborate as if we were in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant downsides for me- I've never experienced any issues, and it has all the features my team needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we've solved with Miro are the ability to build off something someone else has created when you're not in the same room. The benefits have been better collaboration, quicker understanding and less back and forth. Teams can give feedback in real-time on calls or a-sync.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it gives me space to visually map things out so I can collect thoughts for things I'm working on. I also LOVE that my team can collaborate and brainstorm together though we are all virtual. I come from a company that used a lot of TQM continuous improvement techniques, but we did that using whiteboards and paper sticky notes. That already feels so outdated. Miro lets me keep up that kind of work process, including visual managment in a more modern way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Sometimes I have to figure out the right gestures or controls, but I can always accomplish what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I been using it to help with brainstorming, strategic planning, and organizing research. It has helped us do that though we are all still home due to COVID. I have realized that working in Miro helps us create a repository so we can keep up our work without having to take pictures of the whiteboard or write "Do Not Erase".

What do you like best about the product?
I like the standard shapes of the stickies, which resembles
What do you dislike about the product?
When I click on a row or column box and press 'n,' I assume it will work as a shortcut for making a new stickie. But, it starts typing in text into the box. Also, when working collaboratively with large teams, the many mouse pointers of other users are somewhat annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro very useful for whiteboarding, thought vizualization, and story mapping with small and large teams. It makes it easy to align with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
The canvas size - there's room for expansion!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions aren't immediately intuitive. In particular around selecting and moving vs drawing arrows, it could be a bit more user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of innumerous templates, plenty of space to design and be creative and collaborative interaction with other co-workers at the same time works very well, allowing to extract the best of all participants in a workshop

I'm still learning to extract the most from Miro and don't have any feature that I dislike so far.
