The best tool for interactive remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Everybody can contribute to a board, which helps organize the discussion deeply. And you can see in real-time how others interact with the board while you're working on it, a functionality that is great and, if it becomes annoying to you, can be easily disabled by each user individually.
Another plus is that the Miro board supports timers, and even voting items on the board, which is fantastic when splitting discussions in breakouts!
Last but not least, the post-its are a must-have if you don't want to get lost in the middle of a complex discussion

What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure if this would fit the dislike field, but there is a learning curve. You need to know how to move around the board (with the right button of your mouse), and while you don't get used to that, you start moving things around the board non-intently. From time to time. I see someone on a call do this by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows more interaction when working remotely. Also, it is an excellent way to resume a discussion that has started previously.
This incremented the meetings with extensive discussions.

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's been a real game changer for me. One of the things I find most useful about Miro is its multipurpose nature. Whether it's brainstorming, working with a team or just a simple map building.
Another big advantage for me is its ease of use. It has a ton of features, but they are all pretty intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is occasional lag or slow loading times. While Miro has a lot of great features, it can also be a bit limiting when it comes to customizing text, shapes, and other elements on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform makes it easy to collaborate on a shared board in real-time, no matter where team members are located. It's helped me work more efficiently, reduce miscommunications, and ultimately get projects done faster and more effectively.
I always start with Miro!
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to get started and do a full brain dump that I can organize later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't share my Miro boards outside my company. Would be cool to have a "personal" license area separate from my organization's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sense of the mess in my mind and helping me communicate things visually to others.
Easy to use and collaborate with - endless templates and ways to utilize Miro!!
What do you like best about the product?
My team has mostly used Miro for our digital marekting teams needs - to ideate on projects, workshop through ideas, vote on which options we prefer for design/content, etc. The ability to browse templates and see how the tool is used across industries is honestly my favorite part!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have many dislikes for Miro. When you have multiple on a board it can be frustrating when people accidentally move things around (when they mean to scroll across the boards). Though, I'm not sure how that can be fixed, it's more user error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For marketing projects; priority and effort matrixes are super informative, information architecture exercises, MoSCoW exercises, etc. these all help the marketing team colaborate and ensure every team has a chance to be heard and understand next steps.
Best tool for brainstorming & research
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and collaboration options are awesome!! But their templates are also amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The zooming option for very large boards are a little unusual for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote visual collaboration and mind mapping
Most useful virtual whiteboard I've used
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and very flexible. With a team where we are rarely all in the same room anymore since Covid it's very useful to have a virtual whiteboard which everyone can use. We have one large one where we collect all our Retros. It's helpful to be able to see all the previous weeks retros in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The miro can be quite resource heavy. I've sometimes noticed that forgetting Miro boards open in Chrome can cause higher resource usage in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling our remote team to discuss and plan things together.
Really easy to use - i had custome an existing template to create a storymap.

What do you like best about the product?

Generally I am pretty happy with miro, so you can take it as except the dislikes, I like the rest of the functions I have been using.

What do you dislike about the product?
Loading time is sometimes slow when multiple editors are working together.
When collaborating, I find those unfamiliar with Miro might unintentionally drag or delete elements.
And if we do a call with Miro, the calls can not be hidden or collapsed, which I find take too much space from the screen especially when I am sharing the screen, so we seldom use miro to call.
And the vote function is not easy to use; I see people add emojis to vote, while the con is no anonymous option.
Another thing is that when I invite my team members to join a miro group, the notification emails just won't stop unless they click the link on the very bottom of the mail, clicking the link in the middle won't help to stop the annoying mails....

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use to create simple posters with PowerPoint and it saves a lot of time when doing the same work with Miro because it's easy to align items and zoom in out freely
And somehow a board is limitless and it's saved in the cloud so it's easy to check past records.

Easy to use, quick to start and always handy.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy mind mapping, great performance, nice communication features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. I find the price per user quite high, this should be more the price per team, but I think this is the cost of performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Startup, Information Gathering and sorting out. Brainstorming.
Easy to use and looks great
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great tool that helps to arrange my ideas and thinking. I use it to run workshops with my team when we are planning work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The print view for including in documents is hard to get right. The font scaling seems to be smaller than what is used in Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to pull together mind maps and other visuals than existing software
