Miro is what whiteboard apps should be
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Smart Drawing tool. Converting notes from one shape to another without losing the written content is great. Love how you can link to and from almost everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it misses features for power users. Keyboard shortcuts could be enhanced. For example, it would be great to quickly switch to the Selection tool by pressing CMD when using another tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be impossible to run remote meetings and workshops without a feature-rich whiteboard tool.
Miro makes it easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great resource for my team. We primarily use it to develop test plans, product user analysis, and presentations. It is easy to make visuals in real-time with the team which makes conversations around complex planning much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve with Miro. Once users are comfortable, they become much more productive, but it takes time. It also takes time to figure out how to organize the boards. The templates are great, but there could definitely be more and more specific ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping a lot with the realtime creation of visuals. This aids in discussions around planning. Additionally, I do a lot of user diagramming in Miro. Previously, I was working in PowerPoint to make these visuals. My miro visuals are much nicer to look at and quicker to create.
Miro board creation is funny and useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact you can create quickly boards and see online modifications from collaborator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like much the way to move in the miro board (better to do it with the usual left button on the mouse)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping in idea sharing and brainstorming phase of a project
Excellent tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for online collaboration. Its flexibility and templates — native and from the community — are excellent and provide a fantastic foundation for leading workshops, brainstorming sessions, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to Miro. The only element I would like to see improvements in is the desktop app, as the login process and tool are not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a great replacement for in-person workshops where the objective is to ensure everyone's voice is included and leverage the collective intelligence.
Amazing boards with miro --- every day!

Miro makes it so easy to organize and simplify complex topics. There lots of helpful templates for almost every usecase.
It's an ideal tool for workshops, mindmaps, Mockups etc.
It's an ideal tool for workshops, mindmaps, Mockups etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thers nearly nothing to dislike at this tool. Sometimes it takes a few seconds if you load a board but this depends on your internet connection. I would appreciate some more subfolders to organize my projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do often use miro for Mindmapping and whiteboarding during meetings and workshops. I also use it to do Mock ups for our scrum teams and even for presentations for customers.
Miro has simply been transformational to our business.

WONDERFUL COLLABORATION SOFTWARE WITH LOTS OF GREAT IDEA SHARING CAPABILITIES
What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to use. We can have over 60 users on a board at the same time interacting, idea sharing, drawing, whatever it is we need to do to make an inclusive decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if someone shares a board with you for the purpose of collaborating, if you are not in the group the board was created in, you can not use it. I find it difficult to easily identify who is in a group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a white board a lot when developing our features for technical development. Its most often used between myself (product manager) and our Ui/Ux designer to place screenshots and comments to help drive what we need to develop.

Empowering digital collaboration solution
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of great tools for easy collaboration and ideation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards can get slow to load when lots of images have been added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of sharing and collaborating on ideas. Gone are the days of big foamcore boards for presentations and sharing.
I'm a massive advocate for using Miro in your day-to-day work!
What do you like best about the product?
As a researcher who often has a lot of data to sort through and analyse, Miro has changed the way I work. I love how quick it is to do analysis using the sticky notes and create amazing research templates to showcase my insights. I use Miro literally every single day and I wouldn't want to use any other platform. I've gone on this year to start using Miro boards as galleries/museums to showcase large bodies of work and it's a perfect way to centralise all relevant information and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features like tables can be a bit finnicky and large boards can act slow and laggy when scrolling through them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a global company and often have to do ideation sessions with colleagues across the globe. This would be impossible to do in person and Miro has completely solved that problem for us, creating a great digital collaboration environment that everyone finds easy to use.
