  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Miro makes it so easy to put down your ideas into a Visual format
What do you dislike about the product?
The board limit is something I find I would like to increase since I have so much use for the project, The other thing is the toggle between zoom, being such a huge board, makes it teensy difficult to present
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role as a UX Designer, Miro makes it easy to put down the insights from Research and present it visually to the stakeholders
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use this, makes your life way easier than you think. Amazing Interactive Whiteboard

Miro is the perfect software for online collaboration, for teams or consultants. It is perfect for creating shared boards of knowledge such as brainstormings, design sprint sessions, and prototypes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that could be more transparent is the charging of new members, since it start charging as soon as a new member is added as editor.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to start using Miro and make almost everything you want regarding your job, from documentation, business processes, system architecture, or conducting retrospectives, to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing some business processes and architecture design sometimes is complicated. I suggest Miro includes lists of most used symbols in BPMN, System Architecture and more types of arrows.

Brainstorms, system documentation, hypothesis validation, running retrospectives, designing system architecture.

Easy full colaboration!

What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to use in remote workshops and collaborative processes. The size and possibilities in the desktop, the available resources, the interface with other media and interactivity with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unintuitive for older people, who often take a long time to understand the platform. The value is very high for those who live in underdeveloped countries. And the fact of not having privacy on the free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me a lot in the pandemic and in process optimization. I can organize my team and share project ideas in real time.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's awesome that Miro works via browser and let you and your teamworks to work live on the same document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor things, like de impossibility to move your pasted images before they completed load and the way the board works (it's not a group of objects).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helped my team stay together in these times of pandemia. It helped us in making colaborative dynamics at distance.

Miro ticks in so many boxes

  • October 12, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and the flexibility. You can introduce Miro to a group of not tech-savvy people, but still you can have them participate on a Miro board in 5-10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, it was the fact you had to introduce a new stand a lone program to the team. With the integration to Ms Teams this hurdle is gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is making our brainstorm and workshops so much more transparent than before. Also, the democracy, with anonymous voting, you get less biased results from the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In a modern workplace, Miro is the most versatile tool I'm using when it comes to on- and off-line work settings.

Miro Board for Fashion and Product Design Processes Visualization and Mind Mapping

  • October 12, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of the best remote collaboration Apps that I was able to work with as a Teaching Assistant for university-level Design Courses. Miro's User Interface is particularly useful when working in groups on brainstorming and visual storming activities, when collaborating on image researches and moodboards, or for remote workshops. The interactive tools and elements allow collaborators to work together on the same worksheet and to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing to be reminded to students when using Miro for group activities is that they have to access the boards through their University account, in order to have unlimited editing access to the shared contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows students, and users more in general, to work creatively in remote mode by providing user-friendly tools for brainstorming, mind-mapping, visual storming, moodboarding activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend adopting Miro for distance collaborations activities such as Mind Mapping, Moodboarding, Brainstorming and Visual Storming and or other remote group activities and workshops.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use miro while working with my colleagues and we are on the same page. I can call them and discuss about the topic on the boards we are looking at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro uses a lot of resources from my laptop. It can slow down a lot when there is a lot of information on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been researching new user targets for my product. I can put every information i found at first, then arrange the idea later
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to access websites and software with ease of use, and I enjoy it every time I'm in miro.
