A planning and brainstorming tool

  • March 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro facilitates effective remote collaboration and can help increase productivity in my team. Its ease of use makes it ideal for quickly starting a session or creating boards from templates, while the inclusion of visual elements helps us communicate better with each other. Not only that, I am really excited about using Miro in our client presentations! At the moment, though, we're mainly using it amongst ourselves to track business-related things like strategy planning and product development - not always spoken conversations, sometimes just drawn on board formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Miro offers limited support for documents written in programs other than word processing and spreadsheet programs. It's also incompatible with different font sizes and paper formats, which limits its use without a mouse. Furthermore, while some of the templates are difficult to use, they are still useful tools if you want to use Miro successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me maximise my organisation and productivity. With its effortless implementation, I immediately noticed a difference from other tools I've tried in the past - the results are truly remarkable. Working with others to achieve common goals has become much easier thanks to Miro's features, which make collaborating on projects intuitive and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use Miro to create wireframes that explain the UI flow, making it easier for developers to understand the functionality and challenges that they may encounter during development. It makes it simpler for our teams to collaborate with one another. Its integration with other project management tools like ClickUp had made our life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of right now, but any new features would be greatly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our product teams to explain the process flow better for our developers using mindmaps.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools and features are intentionally limited in terms of functionality. For example, the bullet point's indentation can not be adjusted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro improved the collaboration experience that we were lacking due to everyone working remote. My team is spread all across the world and Miro brought our ideas together.

Efficient project management software for team collaboration

  • March 06, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's cooperation elements are what I like about it the most. No matter where we are in the globe, working together on tasks and exchanging ideas is very easy. Everyone can contribute easily and remain on task thanks to the system's user-friendliness and simplicity of navigation. Further streamlining our process is the capability to integrate with other tools we use, such as Slack and Trello.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite enjoying Miro, one thing that annoys me is the occasional delay when using the platform. Occasionally, it takes more time than it should to load pages or save changes, which can impede our progress. Another problem I've experienced is formatting text boxes, which can be finicky and take a while. Nonetheless, these are relatively minor issues in the big picture, and overall I'm satisfied with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is resolving the issue of ineffective and fragmented project management. With its convenient interface and collaborative tools, it simplifies communication and keeps everyone in sync. Additionally, its broad variety of integrations with other platforms and tools we use helps consolidate our workflow and enhance our processes' efficiency. In the end, this saves us time and energy that we can allocate towards producing better work and accomplishing our objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate it intuitive and easy to use Miro is for managing my team. Meetings and sessions can be organized with templates, tools like sticky notes and boards that display visuals. Not only does it make our internal planning quicker and easier to understand, but I also look forward to using these great features when working with clients. Moreover, it is simultaneously a workspace documenter and a collaborative process enhancer, so every company should get on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the usefulness of Miro's new history feature, many in our team still prefer to use a Kanban board. It could be improved by providing better ways to track task duration, beginning and ending times, and update progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been a lifesaver for me at work since I'm always trying to keep up with the competition. With it, collaboration is made easy, and remarkable results are produced quickly.
