Visulation, collobration, contribution
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, fast, good User interface design. It's a tool we use often in our team and appreciated by all the product managers. Never had the need to contact the Customer support, everything worked flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of possibility to add multiple pages to a file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides our team with high quality templates which will reduce the amount of time we need to spend on thinking how to start, especially needed for fast-paced environments like ours.
Intuitive, feature-rich and constantly evolving
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is probably the most intuitive piece of software I've used in my career. Almost anything I think I want to do is usually a click away. Miro solves all the forever frustrations we've become accustomed to by allowing super easy alignment of objects, resizing, transforming object types and shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The freeform scale of objects makes it too easy to have disproportionately sized objects and create massive boards that take a lot of memory. Would be great to have an obvious scale/size measure and perhaps warnings to mitigate this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an "always on" "always there" whiteboard allows collaborators to engage when inspiration strikes. The reliable platform means absolutely minimal delays in getting meetings rolling, removing the technology burden that is so common with other platforms and technologies.
Great tool for teamwork and training
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of sharing a link wherever you are gathered and being able to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that sometimes I feel like I'm not making the most of them as they deserve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't detect any specific problem. Perhaps it would be interesting to make informative videos about use cases.
Perfect to design complex processes
What do you like best about the product?
Use as a real whiteboard to easily transcribe thought patterns
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i would like to add videos to simplify understanding or summarize a lengthy process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize and visualize the processes of the business I'm involved in
My experience using Miro so far in the past few years.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps my team communicate faster, better and get on the same page. I think one of the best thing about Miro is the design to let me visualize idea in a scrappy way without feeling bad. It's like a upgrade version of whiteboard with a lot of feature that can visualize, summariz finding at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem when using different text size and style, I think given different font size is good, but if it simplify to be like heading, normal text, small text something like this probably help me to speed up the process, also make sure the whiteboard has the same guideline for everyone on the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bring team to collaborated together, this help everyone be on the same page and able access it right away.
Miro is Magical!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides the infinite space for creativity, the sheer number of features, the mobile and tablet apps mean that you will never be without the toolkit. I like it for it's visual appeal and just the fluid manner in which it can be used to dissect and collaborate with other contributors.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present, it doesn't have a command line version ie text to shapes and layouts. This would be the next level up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem dissection, solution presentation.
Architecture Studio Design Collaboration Virtual Pin Up Board
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Miro- It becomes a create web of thoughts and ideas wehre team members can collaborate seamlessly and really start to narrate a project both internally and externally to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you use an arrow, sometimes it doesn't let you point to something on a picture,it only lets you touch the perimeter of the image and not a specfic moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design Inspiration and overall direction for a project- It is a great space to work internally both virtually and in person together, quickly collaging personal project plans and sections with precedent images on the side.
Puts our team in sync!
What do you like best about the product?
Biggest upside is visualization and capacity to map activities - helps in seeing the forest when we're all stuck in our own trees. I love that a a single board can also have multiple different styles of visualization to help link, for example, a theory of change with a calendar with a list of questions for the team to revisit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love it if it were easier to replicate multiple items in multiple work streams. I feel I need to manually duplicate 5-6 items individually and drag them individually to a new place too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager - it helps me see where my team is and provides a record of what is consistently falling through the cracks and being deprioritized, enabling us to identify where we need to make adjustments in the project plan.
I think in Miro sometimes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how collaborative it is, how you can scale ideas and plans up and down without too much configuration. I also like how my company has built custom frame libraries that we can use as workshop templates and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider myself tech savvy and a digital native so using Miro is pretty straightforward but I have less tech savvy teammates who do not enjoy or understand Miro and it makes collaboration difficult at times,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps track the evolution and development of plans.
