Excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very versatile, allowing for anything to be created. I love that it allows interaction and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, it can be a little bit intimidating and I have cases in which people do not want to use with fear of messing up with whatever is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to do online what I usually do on flip chart, with people contributing with post its. Of course, it is much more

Makes collaborative work easier, especially for remote teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro feels like a giant whiteboard where we can throw ideas around and not feel restricted. it’s flexible and has tons of templates that speed things up.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes shapes and objects do not respond to your intended inputs and clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborating effectively when the team is spread out across different locations
Endless options to collaborate with your team
What do you like best about the product?
Miro as a collabrotion team is super intuitive to use alone or with your team. I love that you can go from scribbling just a few notes on virtual post its to thought out and well designed templates that suit you individual needs for a meetin, presentation workshop etc.
Miro also offers various features to make online or hybrid collaboration much more easy. For example do we always use the pricate mode for our Sprint retros and the timer with background music is an all time favorite.
If the blanc space is too scary then there is also a huge collection of templates in the miroverse you can use for free which is awesome.

What do you dislike about the product?
I guess this is pretty subjective but I'm missing an Asana connection with the same feature-set as Miro has for Jira. That would make my work as a product owner much easier. Maybe for christmas....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a collaboration platform for my meetings and workshops where I can prepare slides and other content/templates individually for each workshop or meeting.
We use it regularly for our Sprint retros and OKR Planning which we mostly hold hybrid, so Miro makes it easy for us to connect everone and making sure that everyone can participate and make their contribution.
I also use it to create Roadmaps for Product Management where Miro offers divers design oportunities I can choose from.

Useful tool for collaborative brainstorming & designing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, collaborative, many people can work on it at the same time
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult to draw straight lines, sometimes it slows down and lags, security
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating real time online and brainstorming ideas
An intuitive way to handle your and your team thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
It feels comfortable to work with, it does not limit you: you have an infinite space and you can put there what comes to your mind and still you have many methods to organize your thoughts, so you can prepare and present it to your teammates.
It is very similar how a real life meeting or brainstorming works with one exception: its way more easy to organize and documents results and takeaways afterwards.
Easy to get used to it, basically if you are a product designer, service designer its very easy to spend most of you work day on miro boards. I usually use it daily. You can also integrate it with teams, and atlassian products, so it keeps you updated with activities related to your boards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro boards can be super huge after a while, you basically live your work life there and with this comes some performance issue as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hibrid meetings are way more easier with it. If you create sth in miro together with your teammates, it really feels like you create sth tangible, even though thats not the final deliverably, but a great product of your collaboration and alignments.
Collaborative and Powerfully Interactive Application
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro with my team on a daily basis, we use it during our brainstorming sessions. With the easy drag and drop feature we are able to post graphics/images for clear communication and be expressive. The draw feature lets me quickly sketch an idea for my colleagues. I always share screen or let people follow my cursor on the miro board to let them follow my LIVE actions. Miro has been a highly intuitive and collaborative platform for us designers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have more tools to create quick excel graphs, draw easily and create a slideshow without having to create frames

As an architect, Miro is incredibly useful in solving several collaboration and design visualization challenges. One of the biggest issues in architecture is coordinating ideas and feedback from various stakeholders—clients, engineers, interior designers, and other team members—who may not all be in the same room or even time zone. Miro’s digital whiteboard lets us all collaborate in real time, which is a massive benefit during the early design stages.
It also helps solve the problem of visually communicating complex ideas. In architecture, the ability to quickly sketch, move elements around, or create mood boards helps communicate ideas clearly and speeds up the iterative process. Miro’s tools make it easy to pull in references, add design elements, and even receive feedback directly on the board, keeping all notes in context. It centralizes everything, from brainstorming notes to architectural sketches and client feedback, so the project vision stays clear and accessible for everyone involved.

Miro can not replace Visio... well, I got that wrong.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate many other links and documents into a singel space. Easily shared to allow input from others. It's like a big sandbox with all the tools needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some personal difficulties when overlaying multiple backgrounds for logical grouping of devices. Sometimes when I would move one grouping over another - the front to back issues became unresolvable. I'm sure it has to do with me learning the correct process and methodology when creating objects and how to stack them on top of each other. I've spent 30 years using Viso and a week using Miro. It is a process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've never had a product that alllowed in parallel editing a reviewing. Miro does that. It has all the tools I've become used to with Visio with respect to IT Network Architecture. I was surprised to see the extensive library of icons for Cisco gear and other networking components. One issue in the enterprise world was that many people did not have Viso on their computer and I would have to export as a PDF. I do not have that issue with Miro.
Best tool for on-line collaboration during remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is really easy to use and all my colleagues have experience with it
What do you dislike about the product?
Quantity of free boards could be bigger - that's the only drawback I see
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As for now whole our company works remotely and Miro helps us to collaborate effectively
Great beginner friendly tool for creative teams
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly, it is an intuitive tool and it helps my team and I be creative at work everyday. Also, when in need for support it's really easy to get in contact with Miro and get a quick answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I import Power Point presentations, they don't look the same in Miro as they do in the original version. Also, some features that were working just fine fail suddenly with no easy fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses Miro mostly for Stategic Planning with diverse teams of a Financial Group. We used to document everything in Excel so the look of it was not the best, also it became a very disorganized document. Miro fixed that by allowing us to design and build the formats that we need to write all the relevant ideas in specific spaces so it's an organized and nice view. Also, Miro has enhanced our collaborative work with a lot of members of the organization.
I appreciate the "Create with AI" feature.
What do you like best about the product?
"Create with AI" feature, the ability to generate flowcharts automatically, generate summary
What do you dislike about the product?
AI-powered text extraction from images. For me there aren't enough templates for design work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro facilitates real-time brainstorming sessions, allowing to collaborate effectively. Organize information visually through mind maps, flowcharts, and diagrams. This helps in structuring thoughts and making complex information more digestible. Organize and document discovery work, making it easier to manage research, gather insights, and develop strategies.
