Perfect for visualizing complex information in a clear and understandable way

  • December 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for encouraging idea generation, as it allows thoughts and discussions to flow freely without feeling constrained. The wide variety of built-in shapes, objects, and visual elements is very convenient and helps teams get started quickly. Initial setup is also straightforward, which lowers the barrier to entry. Overall, it is a highly recommended tool for creative and collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when using Miro for the first time, and I think personal preference plays a role. It may not be the best fit for people who prefer very structured, rigid workflows. I also feel that the tool can be somewhat heavy at times, especially on larger boards. That said, for flexible and visual collaboration, it still offers strong value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro very useful for reducing information asymmetry and creating a shared, easy-to-understand view across teams. It helps visualize complex factory layouts and operational processes in a clear way. By making workflows visible and shareable, Miro enables different stakeholders to align quickly, even when dealing with complicated operations or cross-functional discussions.

Intuitive and Fast for Diagramming and Collaborating

  • December 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy integration of Miro with images and the speed with which I can move and modify the shape of objects. I also appreciate being able to copy things from the clipboard and send them directly to the board, as well as using artificial intelligence to quickly remove image backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps when exporting the solutions, the resolution could be a bit more user-friendly, especially for the basic plans. Although the basic plan already includes an acceptable resolution, in the end, one ends up needing a bit more when working with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve problems when making presentations and showing software architectures, flowcharts, and detailing projects visually. It facilitates sharing maps and dashboards in real-time with my team, accelerating our collaboration.

Brainstorming and planning sessions can be super enhanced

  • December 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is that it can easily transform ideas to board images. I apply it in my daily brainstorming and planning of projects. Its ability to integrate with Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace ensures that tasks and notes are related across teams. The execution was quick, and the amount of applications such as sticky notes, templates, and voting tools allows making the process of collaboration more structured and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem with it is that extremely large boards might be slow and difficult to manipulate. When using the device by several different users simultaneously, navigation can get a little bit hectic. Board exporting into other formats is not always easy, and adds additional steps. Such problems sometimes bring down the workshops or planning sessions particularly when there is limited time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro works out the issue of dispersed thoughts and disorderly cooperation. My team used emails and documents before its use, thus resulting in miscommunication. Ideas have become visual, available and easy to follow. This has enhanced support by making it more interactive, quicker to plan and enabling remote and in office staff to work more effectively.

Miro Templates Help with Process Mapping

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro templates and the ability to resize frames for organising contents help to brainstorm and workshop with stakeholders and customers. I like the ability to add different types of content from links, pictures to tables and templates.

It's easy for people to start using Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Magnification of frames can be problematic when adding other content like images and templates, unless you set up the frames to be 100% from the start. Also it can be hard to see what the changes are when you're sharing a board with the team or stakeholders. The frequent notifications of changes can also be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to process map with stakeholders who may not be used to processes - easy to start with a mind map as a starting block. I also use it to show matrices of information as summaries and to get feedback from team members and stakeholders.

Organize Anything Effortlessly with Powerful Visual Tools

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can organize anything with visual tools
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor bugs that I hope will be addressed, but my main frustration is with the confusion that arises when someone tries to become a paid member after receiving a guest-only link. I’m not sure what the recipient sees on their end, but this situation leads to ongoing uncertainty about their access level. As a result, I don’t feel confident sending out guest links, since I end up having to repeatedly explain how everything works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is wonderful at helping with diagramming, journey mapping, roadmapping. Its also great as a place to put multiple documents that you want to look at side by side, make notes, comments, tag people etc. Additionally love Miro for presentations.

Endless Collaboration Possibilities with Seamless Teamwork

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate is that I can jot down all my ideas, brainstorm with colleagues, and document our solutions together, all at once. Since everyone can edit the board simultaneously, it makes collaboration seamless. We can add code, flowcharts, text, and even create games—the possibilities truly feel endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro offered more AI-powered features, like an audio transcription tool, for instance. Sometimes, it feels a bit overwhelming to have to create everything manually, even though there are some shortcuts available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I appreciate most is how it allows us to document all of our meetings. My team and I use it during our sessions to contribute directly to the documentation and to capture any new ideas that arise. Later, we can always return to the Miro board if we need to refresh our memory about something discussed.

Revolutionary Collaboration with Impressive Real-Time Features

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I had never seen anything like this before. I like how I can see where other people are looking in realtime, and either do my own thing or follow what someone else is presenting. After learning how to work the controls, it was easy to navigate, add comments, respond to questions, edit content, etc. I haven't yet drawn new components from scratch--need a good drawing display for that as the mouse and touchpad don't cut it! I'm impressed by the responsiveness, compared to other methods (e.g. video conferencing, live documents, etc.) of online collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
After getting an e-mail notification about a comment, it can be hard to find the comment in Miro. Clicking the link in the e-mail doesn't always work for some reason, and the Activity list often has so much stuff that I get lost. Miro also sends quite a few promotional e-mails, and is is thus a bit noisy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me from having to commute to my office and contractors' office. Provides a space where mechanical and visual ideas can be brainstormed, presented, reviewed and considered centrally. I can look around at my own pace, or follow someone's presentation. And colleagues can also play "duelling cursors!" :-P

Effortless Collaboration and Versatility Boost

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro! What I like the most is the friction-free use of it. I can just get started without having tons of options and menus that clutter my thinking, allowing me to just vibe into my board. I appreciate that I don't have to pick a template before starting and that I can easily use keyboard keys to call up the features I want, like Miro AI. The initial setup was very easy, and integrating it was straightforward, aside from the SSO, which was more of a company thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that always gets me is the size of the board when I start working. The font size and elements (Shapes) start very large, so when I want to zoom out and forget to get back to 100%, all my other elements are very tiny, and I have to update them one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves remote collaboration challenges, allowing my team to work together and collaborate without needing to be physically present. It provides a friction-free experience, enabling me to start working without getting bogged down by complicated options or menus.
