Easy to Learn and Packed with Features
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn the basics of Miro. Within a short time you can create objects, draw, freehand and move around. It has a lot of functionality and can be used to create alternatives to project plans or drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accidentally moving the wrong object, not having consistent sizing with sticky notes and finding objects pasted where I do not expect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a freehand tool where I can visually express what I want to understand or explain without having to much functionality like a whiteboarding or drawing tool. I can also share Miro so that others can join me and we can work on something together. It is also very stable.

Effortless Collaboration and Stunning Visuals with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to collaborate with people on it. It's very easy to share links and work on, and it's visually pretty for the most part, allowing me to build process maps that I'm comfortable and confident sending to clients. I also enjoy the collaboration benefits and the general style of Miro. I find it easy to edit complex system processes on the fly, and it has been a huge help in allowing clients to edit and play with flowcharts freely. I really like all of the shapes available, which make it easier to generate initial drafts and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI could be a little bit better as far as building the flowcharts. Decent at this point, but I find it often misses steps or parts of the process that I'm trying to describe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows clients to freely access, edit, and interact with flowcharts without downloads, enhancing collaboration. It has a variety of shapes and supports easy initial drafts from call transcripts.

Effortless Collaboration with Comprehensive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is so easy to use with a lot of functionality available. The integration with ADO is great, allowing seamless linking and collaboration. It's really easy to create quick process flows or flowcharts and have others contribute, unlike other tools like Microsoft Whiteboard and Visio, which I find quite restrictive in terms of collaboration. With Miro, it's easy to capture feedback around process flows. The integration with ADO is fantastic for tracking work and managing PBIs. I also find it very valuable that Miro presents information visually and in an easily digestible format, especially when showcasing at an executive level. When I first started using it, the setup was very easy. Overall, I haven't found another type of collaboration tool as smooth as Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people just throw stuff into Miro, and over time, it can get quite confusing where information is. I feel like there could be a way to guide people somehow in Miro, which makes it a bit easier in terms of how to structure a Miro board. I do find sometimes with Miro boards, it becomes a bit of a mess, you know, everyone's just thrown things onto the Miro board, and it's really, really difficult to make sense of it all. Also, it's kind of like you don't know what you don't know. I wanna be able to do something in Miro, and I've felt like I don't know how to find that thing in Miro because I don't know what it's called. There need to be more training videos or something that helps showcase the different ways that Miro can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for documenting user journeys, collaborating with stakeholders on potential solutions, and creating process flows. It makes visual presentation easy, especially at an executive level, and seamlessly integrates with ADO to track project features.
Effortless to Use with Versatile Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Miro has different objects you can use and you can access them easily and quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Many useful objects are paywalled for higher tiers. We could use them, but can't. This is not a factor that wpuöd pursue us to upgrade though - it's just an annoying paywall

Documentation, visually put down agreements as a means for better communication
Miro: The Comprehensive Solution for Diagrams and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro unifies many functions like Canva boards and Draw.io diagrams, which are much more technical. The integration with other platforms is very useful, as it allows you to insert web pages, reports, and videos, among other things, taking my boards to a higher level compared to using multiple tools. I also appreciate the ability to make both technical and regular diagrams smoothly, without the program freezing. Additionally, for engineering, it is excellent in documentation, and in marketing, it is a fantastic tool for teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything negative, but I've only been working with it daily for 2 months. For now, everything is OK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize and clarify complex structures, show process flows, unify strategies on a board, and explain concepts to non-technical people. It also allows me to integrate various functions like boards and technical diagrams, which elevates the level of my tools.
A Powerful Visual Collaboration Tool That Simplifies Team Alignment
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides teams with a unified, adaptable space where ideas can be brainstormed, organized, and developed collaboratively in real time. Whether you are mapping out processes, designing user journeys, facilitating workshops, or planning strategy, the infinite canvas, pre-built templates, and seamless collaboration features make it simple for both technical and non-technical team members to participate fully.
What stands out most is how Miro eliminates barriers to collaboration. There is no need for lengthy explanations or extended meetings to get everyone on the same page—visualizing ideas directly on the board brings immediate clarity, enables quicker decisions, and leads to better results.

What do you dislike about the product?
For first-time users, the abundance of features can feel overwhelming. When working with very large or complex boards, I have noticed that performance may slow down. The offline usability is quite limited, as a stable internet connection is required. On busy boards, tracking version history and changes can be difficult to follow. Additionally, many advanced features are only available in the higher pricing tiers. Managing permissions and access can also become confusing, especially for larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool addresses the challenge of scattered collaboration by uniting ideas, discussions, and planning within a single, shared visual space. It eliminates the need for lengthy meetings and extensive documents by enabling visual alignment and real-time teamwork. With features that help organize complex problems through diagrams, flows, and frameworks, it allows remote and hybrid teams to work together as if they were in the same room. The clear visual context and shared understanding it provides help accelerate decision-making. Overall, it boosts productivity by minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth communication and reducing the need for rework.
Effortless Workflow Design with Smooth Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to create flows and share them with Miro. The performance is smooth, and there are plenty of UI elements to play with. The wireframing tools are good enough for creating explanatory wireframes, and the icon libraries are quite helpful. Sharing is straightforward because whoever I add can easily view and navigate the content. It's also nice how easy it is to export and share as a PDF with non-technical people. The ease of use is the main thing that stands out to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe export limitations and sharing limitations on free plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro makes it easy to create and share software workflows with its smooth performance and plenty of UI elements. It simplifies sharing by allowing easy export as PDFs, even for non-technical people.

Honestly, I haven't encountered any major issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to save all the references and solutions we create, and then print a final board, is a great feature. We really enjoy the sketching function on the board. It feels just like working on a real drawing board.
