Best tool for online workshops +++++
What do you like best about the product?
interface, available tools in the whiteboard, kind and fast support, tones of available good quality educational material
What do you dislike about the product?
it took time to learn hpw to use it, in the beginning I got confused of the sharing options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I give online workshops. On Miro I can collaborate perfectly with my students.
Fun & Lively Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro made remote brainstorming feel similar to one done in person.
It helps me and my team to keep & sort our ideas together, and easily see the bird's-eyes view of our project. Organizing a whiteboard never this easy before I use Miro. Since it's free and cross-platform, my entire team could access it regardless of their OS and gadget.

What do you dislike about the product?
Video chat during the live sessions is a paid feature. But I still can compensate it with other means like chat/using different apps for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro facilitates a brainstorming session that's accessible whenever and wherever we are as long as there is internet access. No more worries in keeping, sorting, and documenting the information on the whiteboard. The entire team can access everything and we could see the update too.
It’s my go to place for work
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily go from idea to concept to solution. It has become my single source of work above notion and google suite. People understand visuals. Visuals + notes is a win!
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding my ideas, but they have a search function now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product ideation, visual explainations in meetings, brainstorming, requirements for sprints
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your using notion... stop and use Miro!
Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Visual, ease of use, and historical documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
sizing issues - challenges with font and size of cards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-day quarterly planning offsite - creates a great place to collaborate, narrow down strategic direction with voting, and have a historical record. We are a distributed global team - this platform is ideal.
Valuable tool for business and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a fascinating tool, allowing you to visualize projects, plans, processes and ideas in virtually every form you could imagine!
I use Miro to map out ideas and then follow through with project plans to ensure all aspects are covered in a collaborative yet clear way.
Upsides of using Miro are the ease of use, functionality and variety of mapping options.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no areas i dislike; any issues have been primarily due to not being familiar with the software. Easily resolved though with increased use of the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming ideas and allowing all team members to actively collaborate, while working from home. Every member has a clear idea of the plan and what is required to proceed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is an asset to all project managers, consultants, team leaders and team members. Miro will improve the level of transparency, clarity and organization of your teams and projects.
Uniquely flexible platform for simultaneous collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I am still finding ways to use all the flexible features afforded by the Miro platform. I appreciate the ability to involve my team members without the need for additional licenses, and the desktop app is also well done. Although I'm pretty new to using Miro, the library of ready templates has gotten me started for every single use case I've required to date. Kudos !
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite it providing the majority of the basic functionalities, as I am maturing in my usage of the platform, the free version is rather restricted (as one might expect). So be ready to quickly outgrow the free version and contemplate one of the paid options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main challenge for which I'm solving is brainstorming online simultaneously with my team members on developing process flows, wire diagrams (for websites), presentation documents, and other such business documents.
A great tool for collaboration with teams that can't meet in person, and personal organization
What do you like best about the product?
I can visualize and organize information for people to have a conversation around. This works in real-time and asynchronously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto-formatting in stickies can sometimes be inflexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to remotely and digitally moderate and run design thinking activities that traditionally were done in person
Hands down my favourite tool for thinking and collaborating as a PM
What do you like best about the product?
An extremely intuitive tool that suits .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing currently to note as it is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is my daily thinking and collaboration tool. Being so intuitive, I can shape my ideas precisely as I want to in the smoothest way possible. Visually doing it just makes it so much clearer in my head and for everyone, I collaborate with. It's honestly better at visually representing my ideas than if I had a pen and paper. There is no friction in how I use Miro for my needs, and the general aesthetics of Miro is very pleasing as well.
In terms of collaboration, I am so impressed by how easy it is to have a large audience (say more than 10 users) work together on a Miro board, which makes workshops so much easier to host, in fact, probably better than had we done a workshop in-person.
I've used their integration as well, especially the Slack and Notion integration which are also regular tools I use
In addition, I regularly see feature updates by Miro quite often, another point that shows the team do not rest on their laurels and always try to make it better, even though I have absolutely no complaints about it.
Miro as a product and a company should definitely be a leader in the software industry because it is just that good. They truly cover the macro and micro details in how they build the product.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to think more clearly and work with others, regardless of your position, do consider using Miro above all other tools. It's better than actually drawing on paper to visualise ideas and it is better than using Word doc to gather requirements
Miro - The largest whiteboard ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the space that Moiro gives me to whiteboard out everything I need.
It has so many templates to suit my business needs, I can work remotely and collaborate with colleagues and it feels like we are having a whiteboarding session in the office.
I can also use Miro for process mapping with so much space - Miro has made other mapping tools redundant for me!

What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes move stuff I didn't intend to - that is the only flaw - but the undo button sorts that out :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Miro for software development projects, including: user story mapping, general brainstorming, sprint planning kanbans, process flows
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try - It's free for 2 boards. You only need a subscription if you need more boards
Best solution to collaborative thinking and designing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy-going and friendly no matter with who you share your board. Every time we use it, our ending phrase is "it feels like working together in the same place." We have a test for many different projects and activities, e.g., Customer Journeys, Hackatones, UX design, and everyone has succeeded. It became one of our daily basis tools, and we also have been able to integrate it with our MS Teams suite
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes guests do not realize how to put their name while registering on the log-in phase. Sometimes, it is hard for the moderator to identify who is who, or it takes some minutes of the meeting to explain how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve our design sessions. We used to work together in the same room, coming up with ways to solve processes, interfaces, UX design, and today we change that with our MIRO boards. It also gives us the possibility of working offline, adapting our timetable to the current COVID time, and place restrictions
