Versatile Templates Make Personal Organization Effortless

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility! Lots of differnet options to choose from in terms of workflow templates and personal organization templates. Helps me keep track of projects and deadlines!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more of an emphasis on individual organization. I would really love a journal template that I could flip pages on. This would be great for daily note taking; the only thing I could really find was just sheets of "stick notes." I feel like an interactive journal template would be really useful! I understand that that is not the actual use for your platform that the Miro team envisions. Understand that the purpose of more focused on product designing, and project workflows. However, your platform has so many possibilities to it. It is basically my desk on a virtual format. There is so many things that could be added to benefit my work individually, rather than just a collaborative working environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal organization. I like to keep my desk clean, and Miro offers the ability to put my personal work on a canvas that I can adjust in any way, shape. or form. I plan to incroporate a collaborative workspace for my team to keep track of larger, big ticket account items in the future!

AI Integration Supercharges Productivity and Efficiency

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
THe AI integration has significantly helpd with creating many artefacts, earlier we used a lot of the templates, now, AI along with the templets make it even better and faster in getting things done
What do you dislike about the product?
It does disconnect a lot some times, and takes a few minutes to bring us back to editing the board.
The way in which the invites work, we face challenges when we try to bring in people from other teams to edit and they might not have be ableto to edit even though they are from the same company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an infinite canvas where designers can quickly sketch ideas, create mood boards, and organize visual references. This makes it easy to collaborate in real time with team members, regardless of location, fostering creativity and alignment early in the design process. it helps with seamless transitions between ideation, wireframing, and execution. This reduces context switching and keeps all design artifacts connected in one place. Miro offers templates for user flows, journey maps, and service blueprints. Designers can visually map out experiences, identify pain points, and iterate quickly, ensuring user-centric solutions before moving into high-fidelity design.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is a super cool assistant to convert my ideas into a presentable form. No need to be a pro drawer, but can make impressive representations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Diagrams are not resizable. Once I am done with the diagram, I was not able to resize it to my frame
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I don't need to speak a big lecture, but can show this diagram and just walk through. Ideas are expressed very clean.

Solid Experience with Room for Improvement

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is a solid collaborative tool for large teams. It makes it simple for everyone to stay on the same page and work on projects at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it feels a bit clunky to use. This might be due to the builds, but I think having a few more safeguards and guardrails in place would improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is helping us find a way to collaborate effectively across different teams. Our strategic projects often involve more than 100 people on a call at once, so it's really valuable that we can all access the platform simultaneously and work together on tasks.

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Miro is to use and how you can work in so many ways with it. I use all of the painting tools, and I like building with these Post It notes and also tables. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think templates could be better. And maybe it could be something that more people can be part of, and they create their own. So you can just download it, basically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to tackle overwhelm and lack of structure in my work. It helps me build funnels and organize my marketing, thoughts, and everything else.

Effortless Visualization with AI-Powered Flexibility

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI functionality in Miro for drawing up flowcharts; it's made my life much easier. Before, I used to spend way too much time creating flowcharts from scratch, but now I can use AI summaries from customer meetings to generate flowcharts quickly. Miro allows me to work freely without having to fit my thoughts and ideas into a specific project management tool. The initial setup was also very easy. I would definitely recommend Miro to any colleague or friend who needs to visualize their work, ideas, or projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the graphics, like sticky notes, shapes etc. could be updated to make even nicer looking boards. Also some nice background options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the issue of molding customer processes to fit Zendesk by focusing on their needs. Its AI simplifies creating flowcharts, saving time and effort, allowing me to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Miro - 3 in 1 application (for PMS, Managers and Teachers/Students!)

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro daily for brain dumps, structuring complex information, and collaboration with different stakeholders. As a Manager, it helps me visualize ideas quickly, organize inputs from multiple sources, and align teams during presenations preparation.
I also use it for learning (e.g. studying German), which shows how flexible the tool is.

Miro is a very good concept and extremely useful once you get used to it, especially for collaboration and free-form thinking. That said, it’s not the most intuitive tool at first, and some workflows feel more complex than necessary. With improved usability, performance stability, and small UX refinements, it could easily become an essential tool for even more professional use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
- the pen is not visible if using big notes
-sometime doesn't save
- poor connection (about 1 time in 2hs, not so much of big deal)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of organizing complex, unstructured information and aligning multiple stakeholders in one shared space. It allows me to quickly dump ideas, structure proposal content, map requirements, and collaborate in real time with different teams. This reduces back-and-forth, improves clarity, and helps me move faster from ideas to structured outputs. The visual and collaborative nature of Miro makes complex bid work easier to manage and communicate.

Straightforward Platform with Room for Improvement

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I generally like the features in terms of how easy it is to use. It's very easy for someone else to just intuitively use all the different types of tools. I was able to do workshops with a big group of people on it where they can all immediately just copy paste something and then learn quickly how to create some kind of a visual or do a brainstorm mind map type of thing. These are some of the best tools that Miro has, and they are so far better than others. Even though Canva has these types of features, I just feel like Canva has a lot more going on there. When it comes to sharing with other people, I find Miro to be the most straightforward type of platform. It's really easy to just put a file on there or copy paste a file without issues with the different types of file extensions. The templates make it easy to copy paste something and know that this idea connects to that idea with just a very simple link. The right-click features are very on point, offering what you would usually need. In general, I find it less of a hassle than other types of platforms. I find the setup with Miro probably the easiest.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of things that Miro can't do, which is quite annoying. The one thing that drove me insane is not being able to do a gradient fill for shapes. It's not clear to me when sharing files with others, especially regarding what they can and can't do. I couldn't figure out how to give proper access to someone outside my team. It would be amazing if I could change colors on screenshots like Photoshop does. The sharing and permissions system is also confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to share visual files with creative partners, enabling us to easily navigate the board, collaborate, and comment, even when we’re not in the same team.
