The Tool I've Been Searching For
What do you like best about the product?
I manage a team of creatives and this tool helps us collaborate on designs and content all at the same time. What I like best is that it's so easy to use, it required very little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, yet. I'm a fairly new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and teamwork. We're now all on the same page.
This benefits the entire department, not just my group. It's good for others to see how the creative process is supposed to work.

Life with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
A large whiteboard allows us to work with our team efficiently and effectively. Not only with the team, but I also use it when I try to read the long and complicated documents by preparing mindmaps. And whenever we are having an online meeting with our team, I am opening the Miro board to take the notes, and we are using it just like we are in front of the whiteboard in the office.
The other thing is the similarities of the gestures with other design programs. I never feel surprised when I am using it. It is always like how it should be.
Another thing is when i am using the tables, I can quickly put an image in a cell, and the cell is resizing according to the size of the image.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be more affordable for an individual user. It is not that I dislike it, but I wish to see the history of the board. Who accessed and when? What changes the other users made on the board?
Also, It would be great if I could reshape the table format like the color of the lines.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to be more creative. I am collecting all the data I need and creating my own template. Also easily sharing and getting feedbacks from my colleagues. The great thing is when we are using the board as a team I can see who is working where easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not remember how I was dealing with all these works before Miro. It's in the center of my life now. I appreciate the team behind it. The template library helps me to finish my job quickly when I have limited time to prepare something.
tis' like the best of Powerpoint & Visio wrapped into one, made online in a multi-user environment
What do you like best about the product?
the realtime collaboration, and being able to see where other users are is excellent.
Being able to tag messages in to users, so they receive notification of changes is a cool feature.
Templates in conjunction with an infinite canvas... #awesome

What do you dislike about the product?
just took me a bit of time getting accustomed to the UI, yet, that happened fast tbh. Probably just because its a new piece of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
explaining complex solutions and business models, and using the visuals to augment the written material.
Most intuitive and professional collaboration tool

Using Miro has tremedously improved our workshop capacity, especially during Covid and remote-working context, since we can now work in the same space with people from around the globe.
On top of that it let's you design differnet form of workshop experiences: from quite thinking exercises, to interactive brainstorms and in-board presentations.
The platform looks pro and friendly at the same time, which makes clients instantly feel at ease and willing to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I struggle the most with is finding the best "starting zoom" perspective. I know usually take a first screenshot, drag and drop it in to know where I have to build from.
It would also be great to know how to integrate comment mentions directly with Slack. The cross-platform integrations are not easy to find and understand. Most companies use other text-based tools like Slack for general project management.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitating remote (international) work sessions and client workshops across time zones.
It has also become my go-to tool to gather all information in one place. Ex: it's way easier to have a competitor audit in such a visual form. THe best thing is that it's not static and that you can always go back to it.
