Flexible Collaboration Tool with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its flexibility and the ability to work together with many people on the same feature. We can all work at the same time on the same board, and then collaborate. It's also super easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
If sections could be tagged or searched. Currently, we have so many things on one board, so it gets slow, and more often than not, we can't find the things we worked on in the past. For now, we try overcoming this by creating HUGE stars next to each topic, so we could find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to put all ideas in one place for brainstorming and sorting efficiently. It allows my team to work together on the same board at the same time, making collaboration flexible and seamless.
All-In-One Visual Workflow Enhancer
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for storyboarding and making slides for pitches to clients. I love that it has everything in one place with a beautiful design. It basically has everything you would ever need. I particularly value the 'add image from Finder' feature because I can drag images directly from anywhere to Miro, and almost every format is compatible. The graphic interface is amazing and was a big reason my team switched from Notion to Miro. The initial setup was super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes images are too large, I could use a larger capacity since I work with FullHD images. You could put a resize inside to compress it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro keeps everything in one place with a beautiful design. I use it for storyboarding and making slides. I appreciate the image compatibility feature where I can drag images directly into Miro.
Good for Idea Sharing, Needs Performance Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated Miro's graphic design. It also does a good job of transferring a physical notice board into digital space, providing the expected enhancements with digital elements. I liked how its digital nature gave us the ability to use multimedia in our solutions, like images and hyperlinks, which enhanced our ability to express ourselves. Miro also provided a platform to observe others' solutions, allowing for the sharing of ideas, experiences, and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that my friend couldn't get Miro to work with her laptop's touchscreen. It's disappointing because the platform's interactivity should work well with touchscreens. Also, when we had a lot of images, Miro started to load slowly and felt laggy. It seemed like all images were loaded in full quality, which was wasteful because I only needed to work on a part of the board. This made it slow for setups with lower specs. Plus, working with notes was clunky; resizing them was a hassle since it could only be done in both dimensions, making them unusable sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enhances my creativity by allowing me to use multimedia in assignments, and it fosters idea sharing by letting me see others' solutions.
Collaborative and Intuitive, Yet Improving
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro makes it easy to create shapes, add text, and create arrows to connect different pieces of information, which helps produce a visual understanding of how different components of our products work. I also like using it for user sessions to gather feedback, organize thoughts, and have ideation sessions. It helps to visualize complex problems and collaborate in real-time with remote teams, allowing us to share ideas and work together as if we were in the same room. The setup was very easy and straightforward, and onboarding didn't take much time to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some small interactions with how I can place things on the whiteboard. Not everything is super intuitive, and sometimes I have to go and look on menu items to find what I can do. That's the main thing that I can think about. The rest is pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize complex problems and collaborate in real time, which is essential since my team works remotely and can't meet in person.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intuitive UI with Limitless Collaboration Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I discovered Miro years ago as a whiteboarding tool for collaborating with team members both onsite and remotely, and my usage of it has evolved due to the many templates available and the ease of searching for them. I like the UI the most; it's very intuitive, so kudos to the designers. I enjoy the freedom it offers, like having a limitless whiteboard of ideas that you can connect together. Personally, it is valuable because I think better with visual aids.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is not that great, so I don't use it. It doesn't give me what I want to see when I ask it to do something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves collaboration, visual presentation, and brainstorming needs. It provides a limitless whiteboard for connecting ideas and supports my visual thinking with intuitive templates.
Powerful Collaboration Tool with Room for Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Miro makes complex processes visible and shared. It helps us to quickly map workflows so that everyone can see how things actually work, spot any gaps or inefficiencies, and align on the next steps. It's awesome that Miro can turn abstract ideas into something visual and shared so quickly. I love how collaboration feels fluid, with people contributing in real-time or at their own pace, and aligning faster because everyone is looking at the same thing. The flexibility is also a big plus for me, as it's easy to move from high-level thinking to detailed workflows on the same board. Plus, with the use of templates, comments, and integrations, it's practical beyond just workshops, ensuring that work doesn't get lost once the session ends.
What do you dislike about the product?
As boards grow, they can become cluttered and hard to navigate, especially for new stakeholders. It can also be difficult to enforce consistent structure or governance across boards, and performance can dip with very large or complex canvases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to make complex processes visible and shared. By mapping workflows in one place, stakeholders can quickly understand the process, spot gaps, and align on next steps. It makes collaboration fluid and speeds up alignment since everyone sees the same thing.
Versatile for Creation, Needs Improved Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the different options in Miro for creating. The offering of templates is something I appreciate because sometimes you want to present information in different ways when collaborating, showing how thoughts connect, gathering everyone's input, and adding comments to people's thoughts. Miro gives the ability to use different methodologies to do that, which I find valuable. The initial setup was very easy for me. I didn't really have to set up anything, I just had to go into the app and start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that really is a negative for me within Miro is how you navigate and control across frames. I'm always zooming when I'm moving across the page, and it's very hard to get used to how you do that in Miro. I think it would be a whole lot simpler if I could just use my scroll function on my mouse and not have to click and right-click and left-click and all the different things you have to do to be able to maneuver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of going back and forth in chat or email with the team. It allows me to get my thoughts down and share them in a way that's not cumbersome. The templates and options help me present information and connect thoughts effectively during collaboration.
Creative Visualization Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's flexibility in building models however is easiest for me and the ability to link to outer pages. It provides a creative solution to explain a complex process more easily to teams. I also found the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could provide clearer shortcuts for adding and moving creations. A guide for all the shortcuts available would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides visualizations and helps to map complex processes, offering a creative solution to explain complex processes more easily to teams.
