What do you like best about the product?
A Place Where Ideas Really Come to Life. It makes every step of planning, from brainstorming to structured execution, incredibly clear, visual, and collaborative. The most important thing to me is how easy it is to use.
Even when working under pressure or with multiple projects, Miro helps me manage time efficiently and stay focused on what truly matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think maybe litlle bit fixing design and software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their platform not only enhances productivity but also empowers us to think more creatively, organize more effectively, and bring our ideas to life in ways that genuinely make a difference.

For high-level architectural drawings and the Follow-Up structures (To Do, In Progress, Completed)

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use MIRO for high-level architectural drawings, such as enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and networks. It's fast and practical, and an extensive components library can be used in drawings. I also use the Follow-Up structures (To Do, In Progress, Completed). I prefer them because they're practical, understandable, and easy to explain.
What do you dislike about the product?
If only it could provide a standard frontend similar to Archimate and convert drawings to that format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a consultant, providing a common demonstration and explanation environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Miro offers solutions for multiple types of problems, and how it can be used across all disciplines making the team work much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the fact that there are many features is confusing and it is not easy to understand which one is the best to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a space where I can create and use boards that can be filled in by people and also shared and added up with others. It is the only application that allows collaboration in a start-up and innovative environment easy.

This versatility makes it a tool I find myself using every day.
What do you dislike about the product?

Simple and smart

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is incredibly easy to work with, making it a great tool for both solo brainstorming, taking notes, and most of all team collaboration. One standout feature I especially appreciate is the ability to automatically genereate presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said, I really like how I can automatically turn my Miro slikdes into a presentation - it's a huge time saver. However, one thing I find a bit frustrating is that once I create a presentation, I can't seem to undo it and go back to just having the slides. Maybe there is a way, but I have not been able to find it yet. It would be great to have more flexibility there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize ideas visually, and collaborate easily with my co-workers and others. I have everything in one place, and helps me be in control over my to-do's.

A brilliant tool for bringing ideas (and people) to life visually

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create “moments” of surprise and delight with Miro, whether it’s running a workshop, mapping out a process, or exploring a tricky topic. It makes complex information feel tangible and collaborative. The visual flexibility means even heavy or abstract content can feel engaging and clear.

I use miro at least weekly, and I love it when I find new shipped features - I feel Miro also has the capability to surprise and delight me!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board performance can slow down when working with larger files or multiple users, and navigation can feel a bit clunky on smaller screens. It’s also easy for new users to feel overwhelmed by all the features at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me simplify and visualise complex, often abstract concepts for clients - anything from team structures to culture mapping to performance frameworks. It bridges the gap between thinking and doing, making collaboration feel more dynamic and human, even when teams are remote (which mine generally are). It’s also brilliant for keeping workshops and projects engaging and energised.

Very useful product

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
> Unlimited size of the canvas.
> Easy to visualize and structure things.
> Lots of icon integration.
> Pretty easy to export to pdf
> Collaborating with multiple users at once for brainstorming
What do you dislike about the product?
> If you import an icon, you can't change it's color.
> AI tool isn't that good in my opinion ( or I dont'use it properly)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to create and visualize ideas. For example in new features for website design and to communicate and discuss those ideas online. Which is greatly more efficiënt than if I would have to do it by hand.

Miro Board review - my experience

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive nature of the Miro board when I was designing process flow charts for my finance department.

The product also seamlessly integrated with other tools like draw.io to allow for an effective and efficient transition of data and work I had already started on another platform.

Further, sharing and collaborating using Miro with other colleagues was a breeze. We could work on the board simultaneously, reducing time and effort in coordinating this type of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
None identified. Had an excellent experience using Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a solid platform to allow for ease of collaboration in teams designing flow charts, diagrams and other similar pieces of work.

Sharing of such pieces of work across the larger team/organization is also made easy and seamless.

Great product for mapping out complexities

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like the general ease of use is the most intuitive across different products I've tried. Arrows, shapes, etc. just come out pretty well. This is sometimes helpful in any early pre-planning stage of any project or any idea where you want to have all your moving parts in one piece. Rather than it being linearly dumped in Google Docs. So Miro has been awesome here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I see the automatic arrows from one shape to another. For example, don't remember the type of previously used arrows I want. I think that's a simple "remember" feature that should be added into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Early-stage product development where there are so many moving parts, and it's benefiting me in the sense that I can brain dump my ideas or discussions in one same space.
