Great tool for visualization!

  • February 23, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the best tool I've used to keep track of things and keep my priorities straight. I LOVE how visual it is, compared to other task management tools, and it's so easy to stay organized using simple, straightforward visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I wouldn't say I like since there is so much creative freedom to create what works best for me. I think it would be helpful to create a template that makes it easier to keep track of where I'm at with completing tasks in different categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Miro to share a collaborative to-do list with my team. Miro makes it really easy to visualize how far projects are and how we can most effectively delegate tasks.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility , it can be used for anything . Slides , brainstorming , projects reviews with a lot of functionalities. A lot of integrations to use it with all common softwares and services
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more integrations with Google and other services . Also an integration with obsidian would be great and a better chromebook application. Also the free plan have only 3 boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming from different remote locations has never been so easy . Also voting mechanism is awesome and intuitive and allow all people to express their opinion or show thei ideas
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are searching the definitive collaborative tool Miro is the best solution

Great for distributed teams

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so easy to use - many helpful templates get you started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any dislikes yet - other than my monitor is sometimes too small and navigating a large miro board can be challenging sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently implemented SAFe and had our first PI event. Loved having the template available. Made getting ready for the meeting even easier - especially being remote and multi-national.

One of the best things I discovered in the pandemic

  • February 22, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro for me is one of the best softwares that had been created. What I like the most in Miro is the opportunity to democratize the collaboration no matter how loud is your voice, no matter how much you're involved, everyone has an opportunity to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike, but what I suffer the most, as a Facilitator, is explaining how Miro works and it's usability. From my perspective, I think Miro could have some "Obligatory" exercises when it's the first time the person is loggin in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving sessions and ideation brainstormings. It's now part of my tool box to go to work.

Great platform to be more structured and generated ideas

  • February 22, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
All flexibility - exactly like drawing something on paper board
What do you dislike about the product?
the text in sticky note somehow will be too big, or too small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to create and help team to be more structured on problem solving and generate ideas

Good for displaying large-scale projects and interaction

  • February 22, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The canvas format facilitates large-scale sharing and interaction with peers and external users. Tools such as wire-framing, flowcharts and tables are helpful for sharing schememata and project proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for documents uploaded in different formats such as spreadsheets and word processors is limited. The different font and document sizes mean a need to zoom in or out when using Miro, which can be awkward or slow browsing. It's also hard to use without a mouse. Some templates are esoteric and could be more generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing complex problems with external users and team members is much easier than in the past. The whiteboard style functionality has been especially helpful during the pandemic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very helpful as a co-planning tool, and better than linear tools such as Powerpoint for sharing product plans.

Excellent tool for brining you vision to reality

  • February 22, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The fluid drawing experience in Miro makes it much easier than other tools for the basics like dropping and connecting objects on the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could add some features like yEd such as importing data like sources and destinations and help draw a base diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in global platform architecture the tool is our basic "go-to" to quickly generate drawings and bring ideas to fruition with collaboration.

Best Collaborative tool!

  • February 22, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of learning and using the tool is the best part. I always find the additional tools, images, and templates I need. Collaborating with teammates is easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I want to extract images of my board a bit more easily without a frame, but this is in no way a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my workshops are on Miro. Best and easy to use. Everyone can contribute, keep them involved in the decision-making. Also, I like that it is very colorful.
I also use it for wireframing, creating mind maps, and product discovery.

some people could not access the board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My favourite remote collaboration tool

  • February 22, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives my distributed team a collaborative workspace where we can work together to explore ideas, solve problems and host our weekly meetings. I couldn't imagine working remotely without Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is how boards are organised. Having used Miro for almost 2 years now we have hundreds of boards and it can be difficult to find the exact board you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to have a collaborative workspace. It's the closest thing you'll get to standing around a whiteboard when you're team are spread all around the world. Combine this with great facilitation skills and no problem is too big to solve!
