It doesn't have Spanish documents and support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create any type of board to work remote with many people around the world
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MIRO It's a excellent tool to remote work and to co create with clients with different types of projects
A great, intelligent and user friendly solution
What do you like best about the product?
The User experience is smooth, it is updating constantly with new features, which are all being communicated when you return to the app. One can easily work with Miro in collaboration with large teams. Absolutely great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing an integration with Zeplin. Other than that - nothing at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing complex user flows is so easy in Miro as opposed to other tools. It's simple, yet robust.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use the wireframes library for low fidelity wireframing, it is great
Concept Maps Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to create nodes and cross-links and then move them around as needed. The flexibility of the cross-links is especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to grab the end of the cross-link to move it but the ease of using the rest of the features outweighs this glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Miro to create concept maps and flow charts. I have recommended it to colleagues who also love this feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look and play around. there are so many features to use!
The magic tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think Miro is an all in one tool. I use Miro for everything in my business. I use it to prepare courses, to plan strategically, to make flowcharts, etc. I recommend it on my website, to my students and my collaborators. I document processes for other businesses and Miro is my flagship tool for making flowcharts. I've used other tools, but Miro gives me "extra" tools and flexibility that I can't find on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
To say the least, I think it could include translations into Spanish, for the Spanish-speaking public. I have many clients who are not fluent in English and wish Miro had the option of working in their native language. So Miro would get more clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a tool that has everything to solve my business problems and work as a team. I use it to create infographics, diagrams, mind maps, etc., which I then make available to my clients in my training sessions. I also use it for client work and for project management with the Kanban board. I even use it in my personal life - I'm writing a novel and I use it to create the timeline and to plan characters and scenes. So Miro is a tool not only for my business, but also for my personal life. It is the magic tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Miro to companies or users who need a tool that encompasses many possibilities and allows time to be optimized.
Perfect timing for group collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a great tool during our work shutdown. I have been able to take a group of people who sometimes have difficulties using new software and have taught them to not only use our Miro board to show performance measures, but people have really enjoyed using it (especially being able to see changes in real time). Because of it's ease of use everyone has been able to participate in updating our measures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately when sharing this program with others, they have created boards that I cant remove (unless we pay for the subscription), but other than this it has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to update information regarding performance measures to create a tier board. From this we can start planning on how to perform better as a team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, you'll like it!

Keep a few minutes to recognize miro tools before you start working on it, its a great app with lots of oportunities
Miro - A Part of the Everyday Suite
What do you like best about the product?
What's not to like? The free form dashboards where you can build out brainstorm sessions, org charts, kanban boards, etc. all in one view. How easily teams can collaborate and stay connected in a virtual world. Sticky notes are an incredible feature in terms of team collaboration and brainstorming- I'd say it's easily one of the top used features/functionality. The user experience and design- every tool and template is visually appealing, easy to use, and easy to understand/present to clients and teams. The organization of teams and boards to a very granular level make for easy organization of internal teams and clients boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is not enough people know about it. There's always a bit of a learning curve, but once your team is on board you won't turn back. Otherwise, there isn't many areas of improvement for Miro. It combines some of your favourite and best collaboration techniques and tools into one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem that's been solved with Miro is keeping teams and clients connected during a notably tough time. For the most part, we've all gone virtual and keeping teams/clients engaged via email and phone calls can be tiring. Miro boards enable real-time collaboration in a fun and meaningful way. Most recently, I've been using Miro as a Kanban board, which I find to be an underrated template/tool. It's saved me time switching back and forth from platforms to track tasks at hand and progress for a project that is being managed/collaborated on within Miro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be open to learning about a new way of working and collaborating with teams and dive head first into Miro. I was reluctant at first, but the more you play around with the features and functionality you'll find a lot of your collaboration/team initiatives that are hosted across multiple platforms can all be done in Miro. In one single view.
Miro one love!
What do you like best about the product?
Endless online board, tools for activities and opportunity to communicate with teammates
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. If something is out of Miro, it will appear there very soon, I`m sure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote team communication, team ideas board, that can be revised very quick
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for comfort space for your remote team work, idea generation and collaboration - Miro is your online heaven
Great Collab Tool
What do you like best about the product?
That fact you can plot processes, export and also collaborate with your team. This is now an integral part of our teams remote working
What do you dislike about the product?
export options could be better, the app is easier than the site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
process mapping is my main use but it also helps me get live input from the team
Made it exciting to collaborate in separate spaces!
What do you like best about the product?
Many people can upload and write on a free form space at the same time and all the changes are visible. The space is pretty big and can work for what ever you need it for!! For college I used it to plan multiple group projects with classmates and then show it to our professors through zoom with side by side comparison of new and old versions of our project. I also used Miro to synthesize my senior thesis and plan to use it again for other projects both personal and professional. I think it works best for me because I am a visual learner and this allows me to compare and combine anything without using paper and a pinboard. I am excited to see Miro become more popular and plan to take it to my next job when hired ! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I have a problem with is the limit on size of uploads. It’s understandable that the page can only take so much, but it still gets tricky for bigger projects that I would like to look at fully. Past that the biggest downside is the cost, and the limitations of how many boards you can make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is the best online collaboration tool that can be used both professionally and personally. In stead of not being able to show all the parts of a project at once and requiring someone to download separate parts or showing something with very low quality resolution, Miro allows you to see others boards and their work in full resolution and make comments immediately. You can also create a workflow list and see edits when they happen.
