Best Tool for Any Founder/CEO/CPO
What do you like best about the product?
Building a great new product or a feature requires visual approach in explaining your ideas to your team. Usually when I have an idea about the product, the strategy or the team structure (basically any thing you want to explain) I use Miro :) A picture is worth a thousand words!
I even advised my elder son (15 y.o.) to start using it as s graphical design tool for his startup, that required to create images and banners for Instagram. I love to promote great products I love so much and ready to spend time to share my love with others :)

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Miro. The product and the team are awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Visualising the product strategy and how products interact with each other on high level.
2. Competitors products analysis: getting key data from Similarweb. Crunchbase, App Stores, public sources for each competitor in a comprehensive visual way.
3. Build the team structure with a growth vision for 2-3 years.
4. Visualising new product/features ideas to show them to my C-level team.
5. My product team use it for visualising building customer journeys.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try the trial version and you'll love it :) I use it both for my business and personal needs. My elder son (15 y.o.) is using Miro as an easy to use alternative to Photoshop. It's so cool that there is a free version of it, so my kids can use it for free!
Miro is a great tool for making flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
* Miro is a good tool for making flowcharts. It is easy to use and once things have been visualized, you can present it colleagues and management.
* Miro can be shared with colleagues which enables collaboration. They can add notes, make scribbles, and put in comments.
* The software has an online version only. If you cannot install it on your advice for whatever reason, you can still quickly use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
* Miro has a cap on the number of users (team members) in a project. For large scale projects with several ideation sessions and interviews, this poses a problem.
* Miro does not have a presentation view. We need to manually zoom in and out of the flowchart to show the audience the different boxes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can try Miro free. Best to pilot before making any purchases.
Most complete visual collaboration platform.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is massive. Has a lot of functionalities, templates, customizations. We are starting to use it more and more and is really flexible. The key features is starting with templates already in and modify them according to our needs. Another key point is the endless list of integrations with other softwares such as Sketch, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, The Noun Project, Slack and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the pricing plan is a little bit too expensive in my opinion. Could be more affordable. Could be slow sometimes when the boards are really huge and complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in realtime with my colleagues is why we choose Miro. We moved from classic softwares like Illustrator or Sketch because we were striving to produce more in less time. Everything is on cloud so we don't have more versions of the same files. There's a good export feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an agency and you want a software for creative prototyping in teams, this is the right choice.
Best. tool. ever. I've never recommended a tool so much!
What do you like best about the product?
Endless online whiteboard is all you need to know.
Once you get the hang of it, it makes creating anything so much faster and easier!
And there are great free account options, too!
They've included pretty much every feature you could ever want, and fairly frequently update!

What do you dislike about the product?
Almost no downsides. It is a bit pricey once you get into the paid accounts, it does take a little bit for people to get the hang of using it, but totally worth it if you're finding it to be a valuable tool.

The best general-use online whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Found this back when it was called RealTimeBoard, I had a startup with an employee in another country, he'd come to visit and we'd get a lot done but it was harder online. Finding this changed everything, I've worked at 3 places since I started using this and each company quickly adapted it and everyone loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very general use - eg you wouldn't use it to wireframe, but it's also clearly not built for that. It works great within the abstract, to create concepts and ideas that are to be conveyed visually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the best remote real-time whiteboard out there, help others visualize what you see in your head. We also use it in an office, there's not always a free board or you want to keep something long term, this is how you do it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's prob what you're looking for .. at least try it
Fostering remote collaboration in exciting fashion
What do you like best about the product?
The premade templates from Miro stand out. Especially in the realm of design tools, Miro has a myriad of different templates (ex: empathy maps, journey maps) that give teams an artifact to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accessibility capabilities could be build upon. One example could be the ability to have captions on the screen and live transcription of the conversation taking place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem being solved is collaborating with stakeholders who are not all in the same geographic location. This, and the tool allows for rapid creative problem solving through it's easy to use interface, robust options of tools, and intuitive experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrate with Agile tools like Confluence or JIRA to make it a part of the development process.
Fabulous versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use for so many applications: mind mapping, kan ban, process flows, funnel planning, collating information in a visual way and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. A reminder for taks would be great (but maybe that exists and I haven't found it)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel mapping with all the assets attached, course planning, website planning with visuals, marketing planning
Changed the way we work!
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to collaborate and visualise our workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Hasn't been the easiest thing for all our team to learn to use but the work to teach them has been worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much more efficient way of putting together our projects and scripts.
Amazing tool—Simply powerful
What do you like best about the product?
It always works. Its like a sandbox for collaboration as I'm constantly surprised with what I can do with it. Its not uncommon for someone our team to say "Use Miro for that" and whenever we do, the output is always stronger than we don't. The tool encourages safe and inclusive collaboration, and since Miro always works, there's never any fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the conferencing features don't work great or slightly complicated to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Miro for collaborative brainstorm sessions, brand ideation and building, and as central hubs for large projects or marketing campaigns. One of my favorite ways to use Miro is creating boards that are open and we share guest links to our stakeholders who can peek in and add comments. It really makes them feel like they are part of the process and its a super easy and quick way to get feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it and and have fun, use it often and you'll see the new insights you get from engaging your team.
MIRO is great collaboration to among Engineering, UI/UX, product management and business
What do you like best about the product?
I like a number of small things: arrows stay connected to boxes as I move them, easy to scroll in/out, screen response is fast; software seems reliable,
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing major. sometimes it is hard to click and move a comment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
need to coordinate a very remote team (3 cities in the US and Bangalore India). MIRO was very effective tool for finalizing user flows, screens, fields for a MVP product
Recommendations to others considering the product:
well worth trying. we had no-technical people using it quickly. we created very crude screen mockups for the user flows and the commenting was a great cross-collaboration among back end engineers, front end engineers, architect, product managers, industry experts and executives
