Facilitate Meetings with Templates and AI

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Miro, which reduces the time I need to plan meetings. It helps me simplify the creation of boards and the AI functionalities increase my productivity. I also enjoy the templates shared by people, as they make it easier to incorporate ideas from others. Additionally, it was very easy to set up Miro at the beginning, and I appreciate that Miro has more tools and allows for configuring a greater variety of things compared to Microsoft Whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can still add more AI features. Well, the AI is still in BETA, but it would be nice to be able to use it with voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies the creation of boards, adds AI functionalities that boost my productivity, and reduces planning time with shared templates.

Intuitive Tool, Facilitates Team Collaboration

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's ability to aggregate a lot of information and display it in an easy and intuitive way. Collaboration with team colleagues is quite effective. With Miro, we can record the steps thought out and executed by the work team and organize them better to be evaluated and applied in future projects. Collaborative organization also helps in the distribution of tasks. The user experience was pleasant for me and other team members, with good team integration from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the permissions could be different and a bit more specific, so that members could have different editing capabilities on the board according to the type of permission granted by the administrator. It would be good to be able to grant a new member the ability to edit only in a space defined by an administrator, for example, so that their specific collaboration would be limited to that in the editing part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to better organize and visualize projects with infinite boards, creating flowcharts. It facilitates the aggregation of information and effective collaboration with the team, helping in the organization and distribution of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Broad capabilities, like I can build a mind map and an agile board in a single workspace

Sometimes managing a lot of elements on a board can be a hassle. Also, sometimes default shapes don't look good, so I could use a bigger catalogue and some design assistance.

Flexible Platform with Constantly Evolving Features

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, new features and updates according to our necessities as a product team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to modify templates, and there are only a few post-it colors available. In terms of security, it is too easy to access and share a confidential board. I wish there were an option to share just a specific, limited section of the board, so that visitors would not be able to see the rest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A collaborative and visual workspace designed for teams focused on product development.

Scam review bait and switch

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

I do not like being offered a bonus for review and not getting one, that's unethical

Miro and G2 should not scam people into leaving reviews

I use Miro for all the basic marketing docs like lean canvas, cjm, value proposition canvas and empathy maps. Also for teams and marketing department structure, brainstorming, everything that requires collaboration or describing a process.

User-Friendly, Feature-Rich with Integration Hurdles

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy Miro is to use out of the box and the many cool features it offers, like the video guide you can leave on the board. It really helps us collaborate better online, even for people who might be less tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the biggest issue is compatibility with Figma. I know they are direct competitors, but we still use Miro for certain tasks and Figma for other ones, so jumping from one platform to another is annoying, especially copy-pasting and such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us collaborate better online, especially for team members who might be less tech-savvy.

Perfect for Remote Game Development

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mostly for game design. As a remote team, it solves the problem of idea sharing mostly, and since game development contains a lot of art, we can easily share and decide which art to use. I like that it is easy to use and understand, and it has a free plan. Working with others at the same time is great, and it supports a lot of formats and context types. As a game developer, I share a lot of different types of files like .mp3, .png, .mp4, .jpg, .svg, links, screenshots, etc., and when we add new members to our team, they can easily use Miro to catch up. Miro being a more visual-based website makes it easier to share images and understand our ideas. The initial setup was super easy, just share the link and they log in, that's it. So, I probably rate it around 8 or 9 for recommending to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro should add more ready-to-use icons and stock images. More accessibility features would be good, and having more detailed settings would make a lot of difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of idea sharing as a remote team in game design. We use it to easily share and decide on artwork. It's easy to use, supports many formats, and helps new team members catch up quickly.
