The best whiteboard tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to onboard and learn the fundamentals. Features are constantly improving and upgrading. Huge whiteboard to play with. The Collaboration features really help remote teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables are pretty clunky to use but there have been some improvements recently so perhaps there's a focus on improving that feature. It's hard to work with new starters. They can't edit boards until setup with an account and that can take time in a large organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting research and insights in one place allows us to collaborate one customer problems and define solutions in the same place rather than worksing across spreadsheets, recordings, persona cards and a physical whiteboard.
A very easy to use collaboration tool

It comes with many premade templates that are really helpful when starting with the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are limited, and zooming can be tricky at times

Nice traceback for your projects
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to follow, and its graphic elements helps a lot to create better stories.I like that several people from the team can be editing and creating the same project
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I wouldn't say I dislike since I consider it to be a complete visual tool. What could bother me is that at first, I had to be very careful when moving the graphic elements since a slight mistake caused my whole project to move, but rather it is something of having little practice than regarding the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is very helpful in knowing the traceback of the project, who the stakeholders are, and who those involved are in the project and its deliverables. In addition, at the end of the project, it is easy to comment on the problems of the project in case they exist in a more visual way.
Miro is amazing for whiteboarding and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I can so easily assemble notes, images, diagrams, links to documents and resources, essentially everything about a design project, in a way I've never been able to do before. Plus, I can share Miro board with the whole te and use them for interactive collaboration sessions, even with team members at a distance. It's REMARKABLE, and something I've wanted to have my entire career.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, though since everything is cloud-based, it may not meet some organizations' security requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps immensely in gathering all the thoughts, ideas and inspiration about a design project, becoming a one-stop resource for me and teams. And since it's digital
It's all archived and easily shareable

Works very well as collaboration between designers and developers
What do you like best about the product?
Has a nice layout option for comparison between designs and good forum to illustrate designs to developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure what I dislike at this point. We are new to using Miro so have not seen anything to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Future designs of user interfaces. Acts as a forum for potential concepts and designs to be explore. After this you can then collaborate and provide comments going forward.
Miro completely changed how I work and integrates well into existing systems.
What do you like best about the product?
Visual note-taking and the ability to create and reuse templates. It is also beneficial for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a way that allows them to continue to contribute after a meeting and without them being able to access other works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licencing can be confusing, and sysadmin permissions aren't as straightforward as they could be. Additionally, Miro was not very helpful when we reached out to them to address a potential data risk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to workshop with clients professionally and engagingly and allows my team to understand our goals quickly. Without Miro, it would be tough to engage with external stakeholders meaningfully.
Powerfull, universal and easily understandable tool of visualization and remote working
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, voting function, nearly unrestricted creativity, breakout sessions,
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading time if a board has got more information on it, lock/unlocking function could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helps to reduce the complexity of things while visualizing them; helps create and share information; improves the remote working

Invision Freehand Review
What do you like best about the product?
Fast drawing, alignment functionalities, post it notes.
Ability to allow multiple people to work on the same file at the same time.
Ability to allow multiple people to work on the same file at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It almost always fails at loading images pasted on the freehand. It delays brainstorming efforts and the single most reason other platforms are preferred instead.
Second dislike is for rotation function. I was never able to rotate a triangle in Invision.
Second dislike is for rotation function. I was never able to rotate a triangle in Invision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freehand allows people from different backgrounds in my organization to brainstorm on a topic. It is easy to draw wireframes of a product, do card sorting exercises etc.
Great tool for online design workshops (Education)
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an efficient group whiteboard, which is intuitive for most IT professionals and has some neat features for running design workshops. The basic whiteboard features, like frames, making comments, and reacting, are very neat, and 'getting started tutorials' give students the confidence to try Miro for the first time in public. You can also put instructions on the board, or in slideout side panels, to ensure that every group knows what they need to do. Templates are also great for showing what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is an online tool, and sometimes physical pens, and post-it notes huddling around a pin board suits the participants better. I find preparing an online workshop can take longer, as it is sometimes necessary to tell participants exactly what to do, down to the exact menu option to select, or mouse action to make. But that is a downside of working online, rather than Miro in fairness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In 2022. it is important that students learn industry-relevant, online collaboration skills. Remote work at least some of the time, seems to be firmly established in may industries, and our students need to be prepared for that, so we need to work online some of the time. Miro is widely used in industry, especiallly in IT and Ux design, so students are keen to work with the same tools.
