Useful tool with some billing/customer support difficulties.
What do you like best about the product?
The program is userfriendly and highly adaptable. The templates are powerful. The collaboration potential is fantastic. Visually very attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No customer support. Accidental change in my service led to doubling the subscription amount. This charge went directly to the business credit card, causing us a lot of internal problems. It would have been nice to have better communication from Miro, as well as the possibility of calling to rectify the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Miro for a wide-range of educational applications, including meeting facilitation, project design, and evaluation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent tool, which I really enjoy using. I accidentally made a change to my account, which triggered a billing change. My the price of my subscription doubled, which was a surprise to me and my business manager, and we had no way of changing that after it happened. I have been unable to find an email or phone number to contact to help me with this billing problem, which is frustrating and unforgivably bad customer service.
I definitely suggest this app to anybody.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro sets the standard for remote work communication technologies. It is simple to use, feature-rich, and intuitive. It's a whiteboard collaboration tool at its most basic level, and it does it exceptionally well. With its virtual post-it notes, text editing, visual effects, and multi-user collaboration capabilities, this program is a standout among its peers. With some basic navigational guidance, most users can get up and running in Miro within a few minutes at most. Even yet, there are many more complex capabilities that make it a great tool for more experienced users. Miro's built-in templates are also a big plus for me. They're excellent places to get started when working with remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features in Miro that it might be difficult to keep up. There are a number of features that aren't as simple to use as the basic navigation. In addition, Miro largely depends on icons rather than language to describe the functionality. Many of them elicit a great deal of clicking as individuals try to figure them out for themselves. In order to develop super users, it would be ideal if Miro included more sophisticated, guided walkthroughs within the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moder work settings, such as those that are partially or entirely remote, can't function without the use of Miro. Highly recommended for everyone who appreciates the importance of working in teams, especially if visual impact is critical for cooperation. Miro is one of a kind!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I get what you mean now. Make use of it as a project management tool for monitoring meetings and workshops, or even as a standalone application.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about InVision is that in Freehand you can import various assets from different applications like Figma and Sketch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can not import prototypes directly from Figma to the prototyping space. The only place they can be imported is in Freehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the tool to solve problems around brainstorming and problem-solving remotely where the teams are not co-located.
Best tool for quick feedback and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Quick sharing design mockups without the need to create prototypes, You can zoom out to see the bird's eye view of the user flow. I welcomed the feature of comments and alignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an option to distribute selected screens, some better way to scale the typed text, like a slider or dropdown with point sizes.
There are 2 things that really bother me as a user:
1. screens are blurry most of the time when uploaded via Craft plugin from Sketch, so you can't zoom in on the details (not. always but most of the time) we tried many ways - one hack we found is to export the screens to file and upload them manually - but it's a headache
2. Really annoying one - once you deleted a screen from Freehand you cannot upload it again. Why??

Quick mockup for stakeholders' approval. Time is valuable. Saved me a lot of trouble, and I can be more productive.
Great collaboration tool in the time of remote working
What do you like best about the product?
Decent UX allowing users to pick up on all the functions in a short time.
Love the sticky notes and the new present mode to allow everyone to follow your pov!
Toolbar is easy to use as well :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major really.
Small suggestions:
1. Looks like every guest vistor has to take up one account space in order to edit. Hope we can do temporary guest accounts, let them edit just once and their access will be expired.
2. Onboarding could be better (the problem: we, designers, need at least teach first time users how to navigate in the space using keyboard + mouse. First time users usually wont noticed "keyboard shortcuts" in the menu or they just dont have time to do so) :
Either, for first time visitor, show helper guides (using overlay to focus on areas to teach ppl how to use. *this may be already implemented that i totally missed)
or with very short and sweet onboarding videos, 1-2min max, that we can share to participants beforehand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well thats simple, in today's world, this is way better & easier than jamming 15 ppl in a small physical space with only 3 ppl got their mask on (you dont have to order lunch as well lol )
It's a multipurpose virtual collab space that can be used for a lot of occations. (design review, affiliate mapping, crazy 8 sessions etc)

Miro is the best online whiteboarding software there is!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to share and store information for a team as big as mine. It allows the normal information to be stored all in one space instead of across multiple mediums.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a clearer way to link different notes, the feature that they have already is a little clunky but gets the job done. Another thing I wish I could change in the collaboration setting, where you see other cursors, I want to be able to set smaller teams on one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a team as big as mine, app development can be very unorganized, miro allows everyone in the space to easily see schedules and deadlines, as well as plan their paths on task while putting everyone on the same page all in one software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! It will be a life saver if you have large teams.
We use freehand for discovery exercises
What do you like best about the product?
its flexibility and ease of use. Like the different templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to tie the freehand board to an existing space. It would be nice to include pages from an existing prototype in Freehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using it more and more for ideation and project discovery. We have used Miro on some occasions but like Invision simplicity.
Ease of collaboration. I like the "share with link" option for users who don't need Invision access and its password.

Using less and less
What do you like best about the product?
+ Freehand can be created directly from Sketch
+ Features for adding stickies as votes
+ Adding comments
+ Creating frames and exporting as an image
+ Ability to copy and paste directly into Freehand

What do you dislike about the product?
- Comments and notes made in Freehand are not viewable in Sketch
- No version history, so saving and syncing multiple versions of an artboard from Sketch just overrides previous version, or you have to create a new Freehand
- Can't copy/paste from Freehand into Sketch...have to export
- Can't rename frames if synced from Sketch
- Can't show interactions or animations

Its an good way to show mood boards or WIP from Sketch. Collaborators or stakeholders can add comments without moving through multiple pages.
Sometimes get too slow , and also i would like customize graphics (colors)
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is really easy to use, but also has lots of tools like design thinking templates, that help me on my workdays, and my opinion its much better than others tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new users, when entering the platform feel lost, on a way that doesn't know some commands and how to zoom in or zoom out, I think it could be a way that people could write their ideas without navigating on the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I constantly solve problems with miro, it is reaaly easy to have a meeting to understand the ideas of differents people , really easy to shoow in a "peaper" as an home office what I think
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is really easy to use and a fantastic way to understand ideas on group
I couldn’t like/work without it!
What do you like best about the product?
There is no alternative to Miro when it comes to online collaboration. We use it to do brainstormings, ideation, planning, you name it - Miro’s got it. I love how intuitive the interface is and am starting to see the advantages of using the presentation mode. To me, this could even replace PPT at some point as it gives the momentum of keeping it real when presenting complex topics. The SSO is also a great perk as it saves so much time. What a masterpiece, a definite recommendation from my side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about, please keep developing (and promoting) all the cool templates you are creating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asides to the obivous collaboration facilitation it simply makes our (work)lives so much easier. What did we do before Miro?:)
