Dynamic Collaboration, Minor Performance Hiccups

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for analyzing my research data, planning, and putting my ideas on paper, which helps me run workshops with stakeholders effectively. I like that it helps me sort my thoughts and quickly analyze data, especially using the clustering feature that makes moving and organizing sticky notes efficient. It supports stakeholder alignment by sparking conversations during collaborative workshops, keeping everyone in sync. Miro's ease of use is a big plus—it allowed me to start using it straight away, even when moving from a less intuitive tool. It's very valuable for me because everyone in my company can use it, making collaboration smooth and widespread.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I do the clustering, I do have to really scan through it to see if it makes sense. I think sometimes when it picks up keywords or sentiment, it isn't always correct. And, also, because I use it for, like, a massive initiative or project, it can get quite slow when I've got lots of sticky notes and data in there. So it doesn't deal with a lot of data well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to sort my thoughts, analyze research data quickly, and conduct collaborative workshops with stakeholders, which helps align them and spark conversation. Everyone in our company uses it, making it very valuable for team collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility in terms of the number of uses it can have. The ease of use and integration. The fact that the entire team can be working on the same project asynchronously and that we all see the changes that have been made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know. I think I haven't found anything I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves for me is the ability to work on a project with my team without the need for all of us to be connected at the same time.

Accelerated Ideation with Efficient Prototyping

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro for helping us quickly bring out ideas and thoughts into diagrams and wireframes, which makes it easier to visualize and execute perfect ideas without wasting time and resources. I find the ability to create mock screens a major plus as it allows our researchers to come up with the exact outcomes we need. The available templates are sufficient for our work, which means we don't have to start everything from scratch. I also use the AI Playground, diagram, and visualize prototype features a lot, as they save us a lot of time by bringing ideas to life. I love how it helps us quickly generate ideas, direct where problems go, and share our thoughts with external teams for feedback, all while maintaining speed without compromising our intent. The initial setup of Miro was quite easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
A major missing is unable to use the visual prototype as a final polished version for our team to work further. I think Miro can think of making the rough prototype to a polished one, which would make us stick with one tool for our design process and reduce friction when switching between other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to quickly visualize ideas with diagrams and wireframes, making rough sketches saves time and resources. It simplifies documenting user flow and stories, solving the problem of lengthy design reviews and potential reworks.

Versatile Tool for Visualizing Complex Ideas

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its flexibility and the way it supports brainstorming, project planning, and creating mind maps. Another thing I really appreciate is being able to do everything without having to switch tools, making the process much more seamless and efficient. This flexibility, along with its comprehensive capabilities, makes it a great tool for building architecture diagrams and workflows. It also has a visual interface that makes explaining complex ideas much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be just my habit of using other tools, but I feel the need to drag the canvas as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for building architecture diagrams and workflows. It provides a visual interface for explaining complex ideas. It's more comprehensive and flexible, allowing me to do everything without switching tools.

Powerful Collaboration Tool with Room for Improvement

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its plethora of templates that help me quickly think about presenting my ideas better. The collaboration feature is fantastic because my entire team can work together on the platform. I appreciate the integrations with tools like Jira and SharePoint, which bring all the documentation into one place. The AI features, or 'sidekicks,' are quite beneficial. Miro is my go-to tool for creating large canvases, as I did for a six-month project, which allowed me to store all necessary information and share ideas with the team effortlessly. These aspects really stand out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though we use a licensed version, I don't understand why prototyping is a cost. I really wanted to try prototyping in Miro, especially since my UX team uses Figma to show detailed interactions. When I try to create wireframes during my ideation phase, Miro feels more like a static flowchart rather than allowing interactive prototypes. Without prototyping, it's like just showing the canvas in full-screen mode. It would be more helpful if prototyping was included in the current license. I think the product team should be able to use Miro to share thoughts and ideas at a level where a wireframe can be shown, instead of relying on Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for user story discovery, writing down ideas, creating workflows and flowcharts, summarizing meetings, and conducting team retrospectives. It helps organize product discovery and ideas in one place.
