Definition of the perfect collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness of use. Continuous improvement. Collaboration enabler. Shared understanding.

I don't have anything negative to tell, the improvements are regular and everything runs smooth

Awesome tool for visual collaboration in real time
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the best tool I've used for visual collaboration in real time. The features just keep getting better and easier to use. Miro makes it possible for all team members—regardless of skill level—to participate in any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the features aren't as intuitive as they should be. For instance, I couldn't figure out how to get back to the simple arrow select tool from the hand tool until a colleague told me; this should be a quick and easy task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I can collaborate on wireframes and other projects in real time. Anyone can start using Miro right away. It's mostly intuitive and user-friendly to the point that very little prior software knowledge is required to realize a range of benefits.
Everyone can see the whole project on one screen
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all teammates and stakeholders can see all the various bits of a project on one screen. Instead of storing sections of a project in lots of different docs and folders, I can add everything to one whiteboard, organise it neatly and share one link to everyone involved. I especially appreciate the freedom to choose from many different tools, shapes and post-its so that it's easy to customise content to suit each individual project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to accidentally move things without realising, especially when lots of people are collaborating. I also wish I could embed videos on a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it much easier to plan and organise projects, and keep all stakeholders updated. Stakeholders don't miss out on any important sections and don't have to keep track of multiple links.
Stunning Collaboration Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Working with colleagues simultaneously is great so far. Problems can be understood and solved easily by seeing and reaching every aspect of them. We have finished so much work by using Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be cheaper, couldn't integrate many people as we want due to budget constraints. There is no bug or errors so far, nothing to report about negative side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, we have the ability to see these understood projects before us now thanks to Miro. Working on projects collaboratively without any problems is a huge must now.
Awesome tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a service designer, I can't imagine working without this tool anymore. For some activities, it even replaced some Adobe programs. It's an excellent tool for workshops and online collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a particular thing that I dislike about Miro, but sometimes clients don't want to work with it due to security reasons (and that's a problem since I believe there's no good alternative that is more secure).
What would make Miro even better:
- When you bring people to you on the board, there's no 'release button' to let them unfollow you (competitor Mural has this feature)
- The Adobe XD plugin is a nice idea. However, I don't use it since the resolution is not good enough. It would be great if Miro could improve this, so that I can start using this plugin, which would make my work a whole lot easier.

Facilitating online workshops would be much harder without Miro. It's a very accessible tool, which makes it great for online collaboration.
Great experience with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive and colaborative tool, that even the least experienced people in our team can easily learn. It's great to be able to share documents that everyone can work on and edit in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many templates to work from, which is great, but most of the time I usually go with a blank one to start from. That being said, I find it hard to look for templates that ajust to my needs (but maybe I just need to look more into it?).

The need to have a collaborative tool where everyone can work on, share and discuss ideas at the same time. It's very quick to open and work from, even with more people working on the same document. That way, we can be having remote calls while everyone is working on Miro, and not be sharing the screen to show some specific document (that helps with connection issues and the trouble of having to not down ideas from everyone, as each person can write down their own inputs).
Miro was able to save my time and help me to interact with our designers in whole new way.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to create flow very fast and with little effort. I guess quickly adding blocks and connected them. Temples and shapes. It's a lot easier compare to Figma that I used to use for this sort of thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been great if there was a button transfer ownership; I've spent 10 minutes figuring out where it is. Sometimes there are a few glitching when I invite users to the board with email, and sometimes when using google chrome, miro doesn't open at all, so I had to reopen it with safari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our company, we do our ideas with miro. It's amazing how quickly we can create a user journey. While we used to spend hours on whiteboarding, now 10 people simultaneously can work and get fast results.
Miro, an excellent platform to improve your team work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is helpful for team work because it allows your team to be working at the same time in the same board. Further, you can communicate with your coworkers by chat or video call. Moreover, there are sticky notes and diagrams available, which facilitate work. Also, Miro sends you mails about your teams work at an specific board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find downsides in Miro, since it is a great tool. I cannot find any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me to organize my coworkers, since it allows everyone to see what are we working on, avoiding confusion and work to be done twice. Further, charts can be made on everyone's tasks, which has increased my team performance because everyone does what is supposed to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is your best choice, you will learn easily how to use it, just have to read each instruction and navigate in the boards.
A amazing tool to replace Visio, LucidChart and drive great Jam Sessions
What do you like best about the product?
It is difficult to say what I love the most about Miro. I started by using the MindMap diagram but IMO it really shines at driving efficient Jam sessions. It can handle effortlessly 10+ users. We've used it successfully to do Domain Driven Design for large systems. I think that they've nailed down the keyboard shortcuts: they are intuitive and allow to speed up data entry vs other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things work very nicely in Miro but occasionally I've noticed a drop in performance when the diagrams get very large. Miro could also have better support of tags, for example by providing a search capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* MindMap done right
* JamSessions & collaborative whiteboarding at scale

Collaborative and interactive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have multiple people collaborate in one space - have used it previously in a lot of workshops and team retros, and it's so useful to surface everything so quickly and easily
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to get used to it - most of the icons and symbols are quite intuitive, but it takes a while to find out everything you can do. When I'm working or my laptop screen only I find it difficult sometimes to drag, drop, enlarge, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it once a week with my team for our retro and a couple of times monthly on cross functional workshops where we are looking to get together and solve some issues
