MIRO - The best tool for Digital Product Management in 2022
I am a big fan of the Miro solution as it provides me with all of the tools and features I was looking for.
I am a big fan of the Miro solution as it provides me with all of the tools and features I was looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am convinced that the solution is good as it is. However, I would like to link tasks with google calendar. I, moreover, would like to be able to get updates when jobs are moved using kanban boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved include collaboration between multiple teams, the visualization of ideas, the visualization of concepts, and business workflows. Miro offers all of these and more.

Best ever
What do you like best about the product?
The ase at which you are able to mock up a design. The templates help a bunch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at present. So far it suits my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, I need to mock up a solution or user journey. I used to use PowerPoint lol.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its will solve your problems. I have shared this tool with so many people.
Intuitively easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I find the simplicity of the tool a key strength. Almost anyone could just pick it up and intuitively know what to do on a whiteboard. I've tried some other whiteboard cloud apps but have found Miro most intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is good for whiteboarding of almost any kind, when it comes to specialist needs such as journey mapping, there are tools out there that do a stellar job in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been very useful in all sorts of meetings and workshops, from brainstorming to discussions to flow diagrams. Due to the intuitive nature of the application, it saved us time in having to train people to use it, and just get on with things.
Miro is the best to manage workshop on project management
What do you like best about the product?
I am a freelance, and I use Miro to manage online workshops with my customer. You can start the workshop with some ice-breaking activities then define a path to explore all the project management templates. Every workshop is different because people are different, and I find Miro's user experience very simple, and people remain fascinated!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the mind map inside the app; it has been more than five years I used mind mapping to take notes, brainstorm tasks, explain something to people, ... and I think the mind map is not the best on the Miro app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collect necessary information during the brainstorming tasks, create good collaboration between team members, collect a lot of information in a single repository in a structured way
The best online whiteboard / collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
- infinite whiteboard
- easy to use (as a "host" as well as for the participants), very intuitive
- stimulates creativity

- integration with other tools (e.G. MS Teams)
- provides templates
- awesome webinars and virtual events - thank you guys!

- no possibility to have versions of a board

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When everything went online with Covid we (as employers of a company that had never allowed to work from home) had way to host online workshops/retrospectives/brainstormings,... simply no proper solution to facilitate collaboration and online discussions. Until we discovered Miro :-) It makes collaboration so much easier. Everything that only worked on flipcharts/whiteboard before works online now - with even more possibilities.
Good collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to understand for new users and best for collaboration with a large team. This helps to keep all related information at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lact of expand and collape features (mainly in the mind maps), content is widespread and distributed. Can reduce complexity by implemeting collapse/expand nodes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributed planning is our main focus. Miro is helping to work simultaneously with a distributed team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works best for collaborating with a large team simultaneously.
Great tool to create diagrams and organize out thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to use so many icons and shapes to create diagrams, tools for workshops and the stability and reliability never seen on similar apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I don't have any complains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagrams for decision making and structured flows to define most of company's goals.
Miro does it better!
What do you like best about the product?
Before using Miro I used other shared whiteboards such as Draw.io or Wrike. I switched to Miro, or rather RealtimeBoard when a friend introduced me to it. Since then I have never abandoned this tool, especially because it has improved a lot over the years and allows me to add many things to it. Now I also use it for presentations for my talks. Really a super product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm waiting for the connection with Google Meet :-)
I think that this kind of integration is a must-have in this "new era" of remote working.
That's all

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One tool for many different types of jobs to be done: remote consultancy, brainstorming with the team, place where to put ideas or other stuff, mind mapper, repository for template, etc.
Best collaboration/ whiteboard tool there is?
What do you like best about the product?
- it's extremely easy to learn
- easy sharing, with quite impressive "guest" rights, making them actual participants of whatever you're doing
- lots of tools,
- easy to learn, hard to master? the vast amount of tools grants almost endless possibilities
- community-created templates

What do you dislike about the product?
if anything - speed. Big boards containing many elements and objects take quite a while to load. it's an online tool, so it's understandable, but still... I was hoping that desktop version would store/ cashe something locally, so it's quicker, but it does not seem to be the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrum meetings (retros, planning)
Brainstorming sessions
cross departments discussion/ problem solving
Ease of use makes it easy of all participants. Miro's design and aesthetics make people want to play with it and have some fun -> at some point even introduction to miro could be considered as an Ice Breaker
