  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides the best solution for real-time collaboration and remote working from anywhere . It is because of MIRO that makes collaboration with colleagues and clients super easy. With the help of MIRO, we can bind our skills, creativity, productivity together for perfect collaboration, whiteboarding, and remote working. It is the best collaboration tool to finish projects with the visions one can have in times of pandemics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now haven't encountered any kind of problems but sometimes when many users are working on the same template or board, we feel lag issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO is the tool that provided us with the solution to do innovation, creativity and portrays our visions with co-workers and clientele at the same time, and gets back their feedback as comments or changes in the idea or work. Any problem related to roadmaps, brainstorming, collaboration could be solved with the help of MIRO. It even makes working fun and collaboration super easy for users.

For Slow Internet connections -Miro is Better on Desk top App.

  • February 02, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I want to work with Miro in conjunction with zoom. For all parties to have access to the board in between meetings - to work on separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frustration - to learn the boards - I attended the online seminar and worked on my own thru the academy - ( the lack of a spinning ball) left me to believe that I was not following directions - many functions did not work ( like typing text in note). this went on for 3 weeks, before I found out there was a desktop app which works better for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place to share thoughts that is not thru email about projects. All thoughts are on the Board... and i don't have to go looking thru multiple email messages to see what is working or not working for my group. It is still frustrating for many who are resistant to have to "learn" a new software. I am also hesitant to use it with clients because of this challenge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set aside several hours per week - for a few months.
( and expect your clients to also) - to learn how to use the app and web whiteboard functions. There are Video instructions that are worth my time- and - it takes 3 times longer to learn than you think it will.

Has an excellent user interface. Really easy to use. Templates are solid ... they are great for learning great ways of collaborating online
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the technical diagramming is still lacking when compared to Lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online collaboration with the team.
Create process flow diagram, Brainstorming.
I am using it as my electronic whiteboard.
Project retrospectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team is working remotely or in a location, Miro enhances collaboration.
From daily meetings to making great presentations, Miro is a goof tool to have.

Didn't believe that is possible before the pandemic

  • February 02, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibilities of miro. To work in collaboration digital the same then onsite.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a better experience you must fix your video chat. Cause it's very unstable. We use Miro in Teams. Works fine, but some great features missing in this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming with my team. Set up a strategy. Or just build up an moodboard for further ideas
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, it's a great tool

Best teamwork app ever!

  • February 02, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is that when I work in a team we can all see the different changes live and work as a team online. On the other hand, I find it a very dynamic and accessible app that allows me to explore the creativity of each person. It is fantastic for working on design processes and strategic processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Miro is that when there are a lot of graphic images it loads a lot and the content is too heavy to load properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us to improve online teamwork. It is helping the people involved in our organisation to design and come up with new and creative ideas. It also improves communication and participation, generating interest and ownership.

A must-have tool for the new remote working paradigm

  • February 02, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
- How quick is the interaction with the tool and the overall user experience when selecting different widgets or interacting with keyboard/mouse itself
- Big variety of templates
- Easiness of team collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike a few things about Miro. Perhaps I miss certain features such as geo-localization analytics embedded or the possibility of creating different user admission levels within the projects created in the same team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Project planning
- Brainstorming
- Design thinking, especially user empathy interviews or value proposition
- Difficulty of connecting with colleagues due to remote working
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend attending the free webinars and checking the Miro knowledge portal. That content is really engaging

Best features of competitors, just online; facilitating fruitful collaboration

  • February 02, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to collaborate with tens of users, whilst strictly controlling the roles people can play; aiding in delivering fruitful conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of dark mode, as well as the consultant license unable to utilise any of the useful cloud diagramming features... Lack of license flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out models and diagrams for architecture, that's then being walked through with clients - as well as leading ideation, and extracting thoughts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't question it, just use it - Whilst it has its drawbacks, especially around Enterprise vs Consultant licensing (if working on system architecture), it does provide a wealth of cability in supporting individuals and teams to work collaboratively. You can't go wrong!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its an ecosystem for brainstorming and beyond, it is becoming almost the only tool to use that does require long form text. It has almost entirely replaced collaboration meetings since it adds so much more detail that can be shared in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it had to see dislikes, but i'd like to see a subproduct that includes long form text so I'll be independent of notion or others. Also maybe have some start up templates to get it going as often we start projects blank
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly brand and marketing strategy as well as all to do with customers, journeys, interviews. Add to that we love the wireframing tool and would like that are to be further depeloped
