What do you like best about the product?
Having a pinboard for all our projects! We work with huge pinboards and whiteboards in our studios and this is turning into a real and viable replacement for that
What do you dislike about the product?
Account management is a freak show! From this perspective Miro still has a LOT of work to do.
Make it comprehensive enough to be granular but still not turn it into an M$ Office/Outlook nightmare!

Collaboration is the biggest one. We have a pin board to share designs and hold reviews... just like we do in real life!

It is a great visual tool that enables an easy process and helps create an overview of the process at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not use it for teaching because of GDPR issues.

In my team, we work with people in different locations and it is great to be able to share all the information regarding the projects with them and see what each person has changed at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro makes meetings more productive and fun, workshops can be organized or processes monitored, it is an ideal tool for organizing and sharing projects and ideas.
Brilliant Way to Visualise All Kinds of Things
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's an open canvas where literally any kind of thing can be visualised and worked on together. I've used it for all kinds of projects - including Artistic personal projects.
If I had infinite walls to chart out and keep track of all the things I need at home, I wouldn't need Miro. Now that Miro helps me do this, I don't need to search for the elusive house with the infinite walls ;)

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, although I do feel sometimes that having an integrated Airtable Database style Component can really help organize some kinds of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Remote work, we can't share the same wall anymore. Miro solves that.

Perfect tool for remote and on-site collaboration and workshops
What do you like best about the product?
You can collaborate in nearly real-time with lots of other users (colleagues or guests) and create your business value booster. I love Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the PDF export of created frames does not include all images (some are broken sometimes). But Miro takes reported issues very serious and continues to improve its features and service every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Miro for organizing my own work, for collaborating on current issues, working and documenting solutions with my team, to document software and features, to do sprint retrospectives, and also to perform workshops with customers and business clients. It helps me a lot, especially with the Sprint Retrospectives and individual customer workshops.
I have been recommending Miro for colleagues and business partners for years already, and will go on

Simplicity of use, great UX, nice appearance, lots of included samples

Too many notifications about Miro updates. Or at least I don't use Miro often enough to ignore this

Visualization for processes, tasks, structures - to explain it to business customers (not technical guys)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive all functionalities are and the abundance of activities you can do in the software. Most of all I like the process of creating mockups for designers. Previously I was creating content in Google doc but it was harder to add ideas about the layout and creative elements. Now, I could easily show all my ideas on a whiteboard. It is a must-have software during lockdowns and times of remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many possibilities with Miro that I feel overwhelmed sometimes. But this isn't a bad thing after all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could plan our campaigns, create a mockup of website pages, brainstorm, and take notes together with my team all in one tool.
The most seamless digital collaboration experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro understands the need for a digital whiteboard and collaboration tool. How information needs to be organised, how people will interact and collaborate to get to outcomes, structures and visual representation of data that needs to be put together to get there. Not only understanding and providing a set of tools to help you get there, but also allowing the community to contribute with templates and different experiences that other teams can reuse. The continuous improvements added to the tool, like the recent timer with background music, show that the Miro is evolving and responding to customer needs at the right pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough colours for post-it notes which sometimes can limit your options. The timer extension (add a minute) sometimes does not work or resets the timer to the original count.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve complex facilitation around business rules, team retrospectives, visual management board solutions, visual representation of organizational structures, decision-making, hierarchies of work. The realized benefits are enhanced understanding of what is being discussed, the ability for introverts and extroverts to have a say, enhanced collaboration, and divide-and-conquer type of work.
Best product for collaboration and brainstorming.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and the interface is beautiful and intuitive. As a product manager, I'm a huge fan of this product and I use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I cannot find a template I'd like to use and it leads me to other products. Anyway, after finishing the project somewhere else, I add all the information to my Miro boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do almost everything referring to my job duties. Brainstorming, ideation, prototyping, collaboration - all in one majestic product. It helps me to cover almost all product lifecycle stages in one place.
Nothing beats Miro!
What do you like best about the product?
The multiplayer whiteboarding with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even after being the team admin, I have to request and run after board owners to manage the boards and teams.

It's a great tool when it comes to conducting design workshops.
