Power Collaboration and Process Creation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Miro. It's my first time working with it, and it's very intuitive. I could build jam boards, process maps, and general collaboration tools. It's been a great experience so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to say, and I honestly feel the tool is excellent! The ability to create frames and separate portions of processes could be a little bit better explained, but nothing that takes away from the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to build frameworks to improve my operations and also helped me to register and deep dive into my processes to quickly identify bottlenecks and areas of opportunity. I also love how Miro integrates to confluence to build visual and efficient wiki pages
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore it! It's a fantastic tool, and you should try using it for multiple purposes. Don't strictly stick to collaboration whiteboards, but also try to use Miro for process mapping, building frameworks, and integrating with other tools such as confluence!

I love Miro! It has helped me collaborate with my team in real-time and visualize funnels and website design.

I don't think anything is missing right now.

Use this tool as a collaborative, central source of truth. If you use too many other apps, it can be hard to keep track of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Although I have just started using Miro, I love the platforms available to explore not only for yourself but others how we can take ideas and organize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate some brief descriptions on what kind of processes one would use a template. Like if you hover over a "Create a Board" hovering over "mind map" so user can know what specific goal of this template is. A brief sentence or two could help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the need for paper sticky notes when talking to a new client or debriefing a session. I am quickly able to develop a flow chart so a visual person can see very soon their ideas in order
Great for Virtual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it super easy to collaborate with team members virtually. Great for sharing ideas! Easy to use and love that we can keep everything in one place to reference back to.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the Miro board becomes too large, i've noticted it slowing it down a bit or there will be a lag when maneuvering around the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest thing with Miro is the ease of collaboration virtually. With folks still working remote and not in the office this makes it super simple to share ideas and brainstorm as a team even if we aren't all in the same room.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro boasts a clean format, plenty of tools, and excellent image quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board has server problems that interrupt usage. This can be pretty frustrating when I'm in the middle of a lesson. I'm an online exam teacher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to work with students remotely. I'm able to teach difficult concepts and solving methods, which often require visual representation. And I can export the final product for dissemination.

What do you dislike about the product?
lack of integration with other tools, like JIRA and sketch,
files can't be categorized within a project or outside the project within the organziation,
lack of search optimization, can't search for content in different boards or within a board,
the background color can't be changed for the board

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborating with others, specially non designers, planning, sprint reviews, project planning. Allows easy collaboration and participation. This organization has a long tradition with PowerPoint still, and from the design team, we push to have presentations in Miro. It is easy and beautiful to create participant engagement in Miro, impossible to do it in Powerpoint.
A very useful tool for workshops and trainings
What do you like best about the product?
Nearly infinite space, accessible to partners and trainees. Endless possibilities to organize your content. A useful tool indeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ramp-up for new users; the possibility to have short intro videos also in French; and sometimes, as boards become heavier (with a lot of elements), the limitations of speed in charging/moving the board around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to train conservationists in the Conservation Standards and to organize and manage meetings to evaluate projects and design new ones. It works better than a real paper board. All is recorded, easily transformable into pdf or images. I think I will use it once we go back to in-person meetings ;)

It is really a good and complete solution for online group work

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to love. The templates on tap are handy for immediate use. The UI is intuitive and easy on the eye. Connectivity with other apps is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that sticks out to me is when I forget what I've locked down or not. During a workshop, this can be a pain when I move something I shouldn't have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabled me to expand the breadth of our Discovery process and create a repository of information from previous workshops and research gathered.
One of the best tool for online collaboration and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share a board and collaborate in real-time with the whole team. The fact that you can see the cursor with a name and have the video call at the same time makes it so easy to be remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app integration need some user friendly work. Its not easy to link apps to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since covid began working remotely has been a must. Miro has enabled me to be able to brainstorm with my team seamlessly as if we were face to face.
