Incredibly effective at mapping my mind.
What do you like best about the product?
Despite the hundreds if not thousands of ways of using a tool like Miro, my absolute favorite is Mind Mapping. It is an incredibly useful way of taking a jumble mess of ideas and mapping it visually, making it incredibly easy to continue developing the idea further.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much, but one thing that could use improvement is the destinction between triggering a drag-item interaction, drag-canvas interaction, and select canvas interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use tools like Notion to plan, store and execute on all things in my digital life. Miro is the perfect sister app to Notion, as it allows me to share with others complex thoughts and ideas related to problems we are solving inside our company.

Easy to use alone and in a team. Everyone likes the tool. We use it with customers too. For every topic we have a different board and combine that with others tools.

At the moment not much. The price is also fair. So fare one of the best tools I know.

I like the liberty that Miro represents. For me, it's clear that the goal is to create in a way that you feel more comfortable. The useful templates available in the platform also show an excellent level of customization and are perfect guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the limitations of the number of boards available in the free plan, but I understand that is the business model :)

I love the liberty of documentation of Miro; it is the tool that fits better my needs of simplicity and freedom to work and document

There are other competitors but Miro was the best choice
Easy simple and organized
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about Miro is it's cross comparability. Any kind of user can come in and pick up Miro quickly. The tools are easily laid out and under stable to a common user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I disrlike about Miro is at times there are tools I'd like, more sound options and gifs maybe to make the tool more fun for team building exercises. But those may exist and I might just have to dig more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving with Miro are user experience problems. I'm able to perform research and studies through it and hold meetings within Miro to delve into findings and organize them
Couldn't Create Customer-Facing Workflows Without Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Creating an easily digestible workflow within Miro is seamless. Via screen sharing, I am able to quickly walk customers through their workflow when utilizing our software. I wouldn't be able to get them onboard and troubleshoot without Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have yet to experience any issues with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining complex workflows and operations are made simple with Miro. Instead of using hypothetical examples and relying on theoretical issues when onboarding customers, I can walk them through specifics.
why making users angry to force them to pay?
What do you like best about the product?
collaboration is the best feature... even though it is kind slow on big boards
What do you dislike about the product?
forcibly log out users after so little time... everyone I know hates this, it makes our first use of miro an angry one... really don't think it's a great idea to make me pay by getting me angry every morning and afternoon. we are slowly transitioning to decentralized solutions, just because we are not loving miro the most, these days...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
long-distance meetings are the #1 problem miro helps us overcome. better than any real alternative. I'm thinking how to use miro when we get back to face-to-face meetings
Miro Will Make Your Brainstorming a Delight
What do you like best about the product?
I'm torn between a massive collection of templates (some of which I never heard of), ease of use and the most amazing UX. Furthermore, Miro allows me to collaborate with my team members asynchronously and make that visual collaboration compelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love Miro, so it's hard to think of anything. If I have to think hard, I would say, let's bring some new fonts and colors. I personally don't have a need for it, but it could be refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can collaborate asynchronously with my team members. As a visual person (and even I wasn't there are things that you can only present visually) I used Miro boards for everything! I also rely on a rich library of templates. To be honest, I never knew how to structure some documents, and voila: there they were in Miro. The benefits are many. I would like to emphasize one though: I think when someone presents things visually things are always much more clear.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will improve your collaboration incredibly and unlock the creativity of your team.
