Great for Software Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been trying out Miro with a couple of software projects that I have been managing recently. And having my team and I work remotely from home, being able to share the boards with them have been super helpful. The developer was able to update the board quickly, whenever, and wherever. The rest of the team gets notified when changes are made. This helps me keep on top of things. We update the board as we discuss the changes, using stickies, etc. Being able to embed documents and images is super helpful, too. All in, my team and I love using Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being limited to 3 boards but then again, we are using the free version, so we can't complain. Will definitely consider going for the paid version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project managment. Find that it's now much easier and faster to keep track of project status - especially when I can add notes for the developers to act and laying out the project scope
Excellent creative tool but lacks better knowledge base
What do you like best about the product?
Miro board is the most fantastic tool to explore any concepts, flow diagram, and so on with the team. Apart from this, it caters to tons of already made templates and ideas that we can select as our particular business needs. I love its feature called Miroverse, which is a kind of universe of templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience has been that Miro's knowledge base is very restricted. We often have problems while onboarding new team members and working with them within a team. They frequently get confused or face difficulties throughout the collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been a pleasure to work with on the whole. Even during the peak stage of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, we have been able to work flawlessly and more creatively all online through this tool.
Excellent for virtual work!
What do you like best about the product?
It creates a visual reference for pattern finding and meaning making for virtual teams, with easy access and a variety of analysis features. Much more depth of function than JamBoards
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the screen is a bit difficult to navigate, but I think that is mostly an issue of user competence rather than limits in the software. It does a lot of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One recent use was analyzying a series of interviews for an organization and community development project. Looking for differences and similarities. Worked well with teams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient with yourself. Take time to learn.
Best visual collaboration tool, which is constantly evolving to meet remote needs
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of being able to use this tool with people who might be hybrid and remote. It has a low learning curve which means if an Engineer or Business analyst is using it for the first time, chances are they know their way around due to other similar products in the past. I like the integrations with undraw and google image, although google image integration seldom works. Being able to copy and paste images as well as GIFs is smoother than Figma in many cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions. Anyone who is not part of a group, say product development, can not be given edit access to even if I'm the board owner, which is a design problem that needs to be solved carefully by Miro team. I have faith in Miro though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration. We use it to ideate and brainstorm a lot. We run Google sprints within Miro, which is saying something as it needs high velocity to work through 5 day sprints with hybrid-located people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with templates not a blank canvas. It gets a lot less intimidating.
A well balanced and powerful tool with high usability
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is clean and very usable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike. I think if I get nit-picky... it seems to run a little more smoothly in Chrome than Safari
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to solve working remotely with teams and achieving the same things that we used to do face to face at a physical whiteboard.
My go to online whiteboard for workshop facilitation, collaborative discovery and mapping
What do you like best about the product?
The templates available make it super easy to set up and support various workshop and collaborative/interactive team activities.
The infinite canvas: I like to use a single board for a single objective or quarter of work so all the activities are in one place.
The intuitive interface: super easy to pick up.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much.
For new users, navigation and input can be tricky so it's important to allow for a quick demo whilst screen sharing or instructions to make sure everybody can contribute effectively from the get go.
The ability to hide other cursor is also quite useful as it can make for an overwhelming screen when lots of people are contributing to the board at once.

Working remotely, Miri provides us with a shared space to explore the problem and opportunity space, host debates. It helps us map, clarify and align.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out the templates and how those apply to your need
That everyone-knows-its-great tool worth for using to archive any goal
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provided an opportunity to organize every artifact linked with product management in one workspace. Extremely suitable for creating and updating Customer Journey Map, block diagrams, chains of touching user / customer, etc. Collaborating with another team members also rocks greatly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked in Miro was their access removal to all but last three boards at trial. So you need to hold a hand on the pulse of boards' quantity (and all the team collaborative work) very patiently if you don't want to lose access to data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very, very, very representative ways to show to all the team how customer acts during its journey, what are our growth zones and pain moments, how to increase and how to avoid. User-friendly UX and lots of updates and improvements from Miro developers' side is always a plus too.
Company Admin and enjoying Miro more each day!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of editing settings across teams and boards. It allows for a controlled experience across many teams and projects while maintaining all the features and collaborative energy of good collaboration software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While managing an enterprise account, it can be hard to remember in a board where someone has updated or edited something. But this is a very typical collaboration software issue and can be solved by users using different colors and note styles to show they have edited the page. Maybe the ability to add a notes section would be great. For now, the comments function on a board works just as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company admin, I have been doing demos for Miro and creating teams for people who want them within the enterprise account. Miro makes this relatively easy and user-friendly.
as good as it promises
What do you like best about the product?
Practical and intuitive interface. Several options for frames allow sharing both the execution and the exchange of ideas for the assembly of the frame. great tool for meetings and organization of topics and ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find at first; without knowing what the application was for, I missed a tutorial. And the flexibility to have or not post its suggestions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to write down my insights, and it's so good that this alone gives me several minutes that I would waste going to the notebook to do this, so I don't lose the idea. I'm solving this issue of improving the effectiveness of not losing ideas and being able to improve my productivity, and being able to count on what I plan to share with those who are interested and give it even more efficiency.
Miro is Jack of all but master of creative planning
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly love following things about Miro.
1. It offers an unlimited digital whiteboard, where users can draw or create as per their need and capture or generate them by using frames into various file formats.
2. Collaboration, communication, and file sharing are all possible in real-time with this application.
3. It also has a particular feature called Miroverse, which contains tons of prebuilt templates and designs to choose from.
4. Best for a more creative way of planning and managing things.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the notable downsides of Miro includes:
1. The pricing plan is costly as they charge per user.
2. Not very ideal for an entire project or task management regularly.
3. Not suitable for designing powerful presentations and transitions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though there are certain advantages and disadvantages to using Miro, the overall experience has been positive thus far because it provides too many capabilities in a single application. However, we find it particularly useful for creative planning and brainstorming, whether done independently or as a group, because it includes an integrated team communication function.
