Love the Social Listening Tool

The social listening tool is really great
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I really love the tool it’s great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its ability to track all social listening. It used to take us so long to gather the data
Streamlined Social Listening, Great Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the social listening capabilities of Meltwater, which is why we switched to it from our previous product. The platform is easy to navigate and set up for social listening, making it easy to save search queries and build out reports. I also find the ease of use quite helpful. Our representative team is great, very responsive, and fantastic with the onboarding process, which makes everything smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we can have a better way to share the credentials to login as a full team. Currently we only have two team logins. More affordable to include more team member accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for influencer vetting and social listening. It saves time by streamlining everything in one place. The platform is easy to navigate, setup, and build reports, with responsive reps aiding onboarding. However, more team logins would be ideal.
User-Friendly, Powerful Reporting with Meltwater
What do you like best about the product?
I use Meltwater for media monitoring and social tasks. Meltwater helps me measure my clients' data and turn them into actionable insights, which streamlines reporting. I like its user-friendliness and appreciate its reporting capabilities and customization. Meltwater's solutions are constantly evolving, which is great, and I'm able to automate processes and create repeatable solutions. The initial setup was easy, and it was very well supported by their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bugs impact the reports and I have to start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps me measure clients' data, turn them into actionable insights, and streamline reporting. I can automate processes and create solutions that I can repeat easily.
My company has been using Meltwater for years and it has allowed us to have more impact!

The costumer service is top notch and they are always ahead of the times.

I wish we could have team access so all could use it

Meltwater is showing me and my team to be more strategic and learn when and how to pivot. It also allows us to show our tangible impact to the leadership of our organization
Clear, Quantified Share of Voice vs. Competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Clearly identify and quantify our share of voice compared to competitors and where we need to make further progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater is incredible for digital tracking. I wish there was an extension to track print publications.

What a time saver! To do what this software does isn’t possible.
Powerful AI Insights with a Great UX and Mira is functionally exceptional
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UX design and the fact that you don't have to use boolean for social listening and insights. Mira is one of the most powerful AI connects on the app that is very useful and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The processing and dashboarding can be more optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find KPI's for stakeholders and leadership that matter.
Easy Interface and Great Support, but Monitoring Quality Has Slipped
What do you like best about the product?
Great support team and easy interface. Also like the new AI integrations.

New broadcast monitoring has decreased in quality and the Teams integrations have gotten more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps my team monitor high volumes of coverage and visualize it in dashboard format.
Happy customer due to the staff working with me on budget and concerns.

The added prices without knowing and error or the software not loading.

It's the all-in-one platform that gives you insights on your brand safety.

There's no auto refresh on the explore boolean searches.

Easy-to-Use Dashboard Templates for Sharing News Releases
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the dashboard templates and the ease of using it to disseminate news releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to track down media clips from Spanish language media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us provide media reporting to senior leadership, demonstrating the reach and breadth of the coverage we receive for major organizational announcements.
