Amazing All-in-One PR & Social Monitoring with Powerful Dashboards and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring PR and socials in one platform is great! Scheduling, reporting, and dashboards is so useful and is used daily in my org. Our account rep and customer support has been incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots to explore in the platform, emailed reports are easy to set up but could 'look' more attractive rather than being a PDF or HTML file

Sending press releases and pitches to targeted media and industry writers, reporting on mentions, monitoring for keywords, scheduling & approving socials, running quarterly social reports

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I have access to all platforms for my company on one website. It makes organizing posts and ads a lot more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that has given me problems is the post drafts. They sometimes don't push through to post for the time I scheduled them

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can gather data for my clients to show the impact of their press releases or any thing that is buzz worthy for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to learn more about news pick up for our clients.

being able to have all monitoring in one place has been such a time saver!!! its easy to navigate and reports are easy to understand.
Useful Tips That Make the Platform Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build a media list and save important contacts. Also love the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
interface is not intuitive. frustrating that broadcast is a separate contract. Can't resend a press release to the same list as a follow-up.

It makes it efficient to send communications to journalists and track coverage.

I really appreciate the workshops and the attention to detail. The user experience feels thoughtfully curated and consistent throughout.

I just wish a few aspects of it were a bit more intuitive to use.

Meltware is helping us better understand consumer sentiment and see how truly impactful our efforts are. We especially love the AVE stats, which make it easier to gauge results.

I like how Meltwater helps me succeed in my role by monitoring 24/7 brand mentions across channels and alerting my team. The interface has greatly improved over the last year.

The interface has greatly improved over the last year, but it does require some training to make it effective. Initially, it was quite a heavy lift to set up, although it has gotten a lot better over time.

I use Meltwater for sentiment tracking across channels. It helps my team by monitoring 24/7 brand mentions and alerting us.
Meltwater: Your PR Strategy's Best Companion
What do you like best about the product?
I find Meltwater really helpful, especially with the updated databases that provide great information for media relations and media pitching. Knowing who is writing where and what their beats are is extremely useful. I appreciate how I can write a pitch email and use the AI assistant to find the most appropriate journalists to send it to, and it curates a specified list based on my pitch. The media monitoring is faster than Google Alerts, which is also great. Meltwater's robust AI capabilities in their Mira Studio allow me to create wonderful media reports and track industry presence for clients. I also like the ability to search across social media platforms in real time to see what people are saying about clients and initiatives. The social intelligence and Klear, their influencer database and messaging platform, are also very valuable features. Additionally, Meltwater is a scalable and customizable platform that fits budgetary constraints. The support team is always there to help and guide on the services that best fit my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there isn't anything I dislike about Meltwater.

Meltwater helps me know the right journalists to pitch, with updated databases and AI support, solving the problem of targeting the right media contacts.
Efficient Media Monitoring with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Meltwater, I can send emails from an approved sender, which means I can send emails on behalf of my coworkers. It's nice because we can ask our interns or people who are less busy to send emails for us. If a reporter replies, the response goes directly to the inbox of the client lead, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Meltwater updates so much. As soon as I learn where one feature is, they update it and it changes location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for monitoring media coverage, helping manage our PR efforts and stay updated on trends. I like that emails can be sent from an approved sender, so interns can send them but replies go to the right person.
