Very satisfied
What do you like best about the product?
Audiense is very helpful to my day-to-day. I'm responsible for planning campaigns and the tool offers very insightful data. The dashboards are very clear, simple and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
reconnect the social connections is the worst part, since sometimes we don't have much time to stop and do that. Even if it's a simple step, sometimes the team forget to reconnect it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audiense platform can help me indicating the best clusters to reach. It's essential to define the best strategy for a campaign and enrich my work with insights and visions.
One-Stop Hub For all PR Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love that with Meltwater I have the most updated database of reporters covering my issue. Emailing reporters is easy and organizing my list by beat is so practical. Through the years we've continued to add on services that Meltwater offers and have been so pleased. We use Meltwater for EVERYTHING! Newswire distribution, social media, and more recently all-media tracking. I also really like the great customer service when we have a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the APP is not useful. I wish I can make necessary edits (especially for social media) in a more efficient manner. We don't use the APP -wish Meltwater would make that product offering better. I also wish they had a service to email subscribers as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding reporters that are covering our issues, our staff, and our cases has been a time saver! We've been able to build relationships with reporters that would have been very difficult. Like finding a needle in a haystack. The benefit of having all my PR tools in one place is fantastic! I also like the impact reports and dashboards. These help us see how we are stacking up against the competition and how we one year compared to the following for reporting purposes.

Take advantage of the classes Meltwater offers to learn to use the system to its full capacity.
Intuitive tool with great data visualisation
What do you like best about the product?
Getting started is effortless. Running searches on Meltwater is straightforward and intuitive, and the way the data visualization makes reports easy (and even enjoyable) to go through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably more an API issue versus a Meltwater flaw, but the data retrieved from specific social media channels is limited or sometimes inaccurate. It would be helpful to see an indication somewhere in the report that alerts users when data is incomplete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Meltwater for social media listening and media monitoring. Meltwater has been a helpful tool, especially when crisis monitoring is required. It allows users to set alerts for when mentions have been made with specific keywords, giving users a chance to be more proactive with crisis management.

What do you like best about the product?
On Meltwater, we can easily check how our artists are trading in the charts. Moreover, Klear is Meltwater's feature which I use the most to check on both creators and channels influence capabilities and include the right ones into our influencer marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific features which I dislike in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm mostly using the platform to track rising artists and the impact that both our social media and influencer campaigns have in translating their popularity to DSPs.

What do you like best about the product?
Their team is incredible, will be there for you right away if you have any questions, and will help with anything you need added to your team's accounts! Meltwater's competitors don't have nearly the same level of care and communication with their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I particularly dislike anything about Meltwater. It's taking some getting used to, but that comes with the territory of switching software. I know I'll be a pro in no time with the help of their excellent team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is helping us concentrate our social analytics tools into one place. Before, we'd use Tagger and Sprout for a lot of social reporting. But Meltwater has all of the tools they both had, and more! I love that we can see conversations surrounding specific topics we're looking for, and it even lets us know if the general online discussions are positive or negative. So cool!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to use all of the meetings they offer and join their Slack channel! They're constantly sending social updates that are super helpful, so stay tuned.

The ability to grab clients' SOV at any point is very helpful. Allows our team to show our understanding of the competitive landscape.
It's an incredible analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and navigate within. It provides us with exciting data to better segment our campaigns. Their staff is always willing to resolve any doubt and support our requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took sometime to get use to he correct use of the software. At first it took longer than expected to get the epected info. Later, when we got use to the software, everithing became easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find the proper segmentation for our digital campaigns to get better results that are more cost-effective and drive more consumers to our products. Also, finding the right influencers for our campaigns has become easier with Meltwater products.
Has a lot of power but some issues to work out

There is a lot you can do with the tool and you can create Dashboards to show information

Despite tailored Booleans, you get a lot of junk in the data

Have a specific purpose/use for it and know what you want to get out of it
A little difficult to get used to but useful information once you get the hang of it
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is a useful tool for pulling media contact lists and reports. Instant alerts for articles & social media hits.I have not used any competitor products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as intuitive as most products so takes a little time to get used to and a little trial and error. I attended an in-house training and did some google searches to get a better understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can pull lists of social media engagements and conversations happening on specific topics or in particular industries and make recommendations to our clients based on this. We also look for hashtag counts and keywords used on social media.

Take a tutorial or guided lesson before jumping in.

The team at Meltwater is one of the best things. In addition to this, their continued commitment to what's next in the world of social listening.

The platform is sometimes clunky but any issues are always sorted quickly.
