What do you like best about the product?
Reports are good. The tool is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media posting is still not good enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports and comparisons to other pages are good and save time.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has many different features and an excellent support team if you have questions & comments. I'm using Klear and Audiense for my work, which has developed my thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, it's a bit opaque how Meltwater obtains data, and I don't find it meaningful to evaluate target groups, etc., over a part of Twitter followers. In general, the data of the other socials, especially Instagram, is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is still difficult to define a use case for my work for the reasons mentioned above. But it is interesting to see what possibilities Meltwater can offer when other social media activities can also be monitored in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how detailed Meltwater is and how much it can be used across our business and teams to drive insight and results
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that it's a bit confusing at times what each tab/part does - this could be a tad clearer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving identifying audience behaviours and deep-diving into what audiences like if they are a certain fan, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get yourself someone like Ingrid Gerber who can show you the ropes - she's great!

What do you like best about the product?
There are some interesting visualisations such as word cloud and top territories.
Massive amount of data being collected.
The parts of the tool that provide an easy way to compare/contrast searches are valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media account management (loading in Instagram / Facebook pages) isn't manageable timewise.
Am yet to find a use case that makes the tool essential for our day to day.
Data access is largely tricky. I'm not aware of a way to easily export and interrogate data.
Missing complete TikTok data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has proved beneficial adding extra detail to our descriptions of an artist's audience.
Benefits are largely from a PR angle as it stands. It helps us look aware of our audience. We're yet to translate this information into actionable insight.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
What are the business questions you are trying to answer using the tool? Do those business questions need this information?

Some functions are not intuitive, and they are more steps to get to your objectives for some of the functions

What do you like best about the product?
There are many benefits to using Meltwater. It is super user-friendly and allows you to pull data using booleans. We often use this tool for data to further analyze and find key trends in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it can be sensitive. If one character is off, you have to go through and re-type everything to fix the problem which can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can pull data for clients that allow us to compare them to their competitors, and we can use that data to discover ways in which they can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
You have everything you need to manage various accounts in one place. Also, you get the possibility to do courses, trainings and direct help from the Global Director.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and the page keeps loading but this rarely happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and social listening about artists. Being able to schedule content for different accounts and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The design of the reports is straightforward to understand and eye-catchy. Besides the software itself, Ingrid, who manages our account, is very professional and helpful, always keen on helping!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to connect the Instagram and Facbook accounts several times per year and receiving the warning emails (disconnection) of other accounts that we do not manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very constructive to have a competitor report. More than analysing how our accounts are doing, it's very important to frame our results with other accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ingrid has been extremely accommodating and kind. She's helped the team with every question, enabling me to let them own the project without much of my assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't personally use the product, I solely oversee the team.

The team has been able to manage many markets all over the world through the system in an efficient manner.
