Makes my job as an analyst easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes my job as a communications analyst. The media intelligence in particular is a really nice resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging on can be a bit difficult. The UI can be hard to learn.

User-friendly interface and intuitive report creation.

Some API limitations, but these apply to most tools.

Meltwater allows us to stay abreast of brand mentions and conversations in order to identify opportunities and manage sentiment.
Superior customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service experience is amazing! From our reps who are always willing to jump in and help, to the incredible learning opportunities such as webinars, Meltwater never disappoints!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is not having enough hours in the day to do everything I'd like to do in Meltwater! It's easy to geek out in the data and hang out in Meltwater all day.

Meltwater saves us time and energy, and it keeps us organized!

Meltwater is easy to use and offers so many things, unlike many similar products. From media monitoring to media outreach to reporter lists, it's so helpful.

Sometimes the formatting can be difficult

I don´t like at all that i can not do the same things as Istagram

The tool's good performance is consistent, making it reliable.

The tool does not have the extraction of some metrics in Excel, which causes delays when processing and structuring the data.

I like the easy and intuitive way of search, the insights and how meltware help me feel and be close to what people are talking and feeling about a topic.

I wish to search 365+ days, or to define dates that can have a bigger range.

Meltware is a platform that helps us get outside of our office bubble and measure hot topics, trends and conversations about our product.
