Meltwater is a super easy platform to use and delivers authentic results.
What do you like best about the product?
I love working with Meltwater for personal creation of Listening and, in the case of Klear, for the clarity in searching for information, results, and advancing in campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
When demographic data is missing, the data is not updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the case of Klear, the demographics of TikTok that are not available, some data from monitors provide us with a preview, not all the information of the profile we select. It benefits us when working on bids and delivering quarterly summaries to clients.

What do you like best about the product?
influencer metrics and user friendly experience in site.

sometimes issues cant be corrected even if helped by the team, could connect an influencer at all and needed her kpis

it helps me pick which influencers goes according with brands and helps me decide if based on their kpis it is a good investment

I like the customer support and the easy ways to make reports and search data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes do not let me filter very well the influencers by Puerto Rico region. When i get the emails for recommendations, all the recommendations are for countries that I dont look for. So I would prefered to recieve recommendations based on my searches. On the other hand, on several occasions the updating of content engagement is quite slow on the Instagram and Tiktok platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
customer support, helped me to find some profiles that not have too much followers. In this case helped me to completed te report with all the profiles that i need.

Detail the main KPIs, analyze the benchmark, and listen.

Every so often the platform has issues and the data cannot be displayed.

User experience is not very intuitive. Some features are complex.

Advantages: Very broad media monitoring and social media analysis.

Difficult to integrate with plaftforms like LinkedIn, facebook or instagram, that are behind a privacy wall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a social listening with alerts. We don't need to use other platforms. Also, the influencer tool is ver helpful
Good Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mi experience using this tool is really great, because it is user friendly and we spend less or non time doing manual work. It really helps us finding the perfect influencer for the campaign according to budget and objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I recommend to include more data for the Puerto Rico market.

In a tool that allows to understand and measure influencer marketing in an excellent way.

That sometimes the service is down, causing work to be delayed.

I like the AI Search Assistant as it can help me build a more precise Boolean.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI tagging should be improved. We've been manually tagging for several years and yet the AI seems to not learn our tagging behavior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mainly for social listening.
Excellent system and service
What do you like best about the product?
It seems to me that it is a quite intuitive system and that over time it has been adding very useful services for our work. Additionally, Alegría and Andrea are very kind and are always willing to help and train us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to better understand how the ROI that appears in our reports is calculated and if there is a way to "customize" it given that there are media in which we have more interest than others due to the segment we are in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditional search engines do not perform the analysis exercise that we obtain with your service, and furthermore, they do not differentiate between our brand and others with the same name.
