The platform that facilitates information.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform, when you perform your search with everything you want to be included, sends you the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit complicated when a search with Vuleanos is required, but it's all a matter of understanding and practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I haven't found anything on the platform that limits what I need.
Excellent social listening tool
What do you like best about the product?
The precision of the information in X is immediate and accurate, compared to other tools, I can trust that the information I need will be available in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for the reach with the other social networks to be the same as it has with X, and perhaps the increase of more dynamic graphics to accompany the analysis.

Digital conversations.

It doesn't give much information about the interaction between users participating in a conversation.

Maybe sometimes the platform doesn´t show all the results.

When we make social listenings the platform is very useful and it show us complete information.

That it does not have the best coverage on all social networks like Facebook or TikTok.

How friendly the platform is and the speed it has to deliver the data.

In general, Instagram has a bit of trouble tracking data since it shows us all the content.

Currently, brands urgently need to know what is being said about them on social media, which is why Meltwater helps us stay on top of the conversations and get ahead of potential crises.

Having short videos informing step by step how to do each thing would be ideal.

It helps to find the published news and see the reach and value of each one
Good tool but with areas for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of performing basic listening and the power to filter through advanced searches using special operators.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many searches that are not completed, either because the medium required is not in the search index or because there are some issues or limitations with the APIs of social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some media are not found in the Meltwater catalog. There are limitations in social listening like Facebook. Recently, we do not have access to TikTok data since February 2024. Sometimes it seems that it does not perform a complete search in the media used, as comparisons have been made with searches on Google and there are many results that Meltwater does not show. Some issues when incorporating new newsletters as they do not display images and when clicking on the articles from the mobile device, it tries to open the application and not the article in the media.

Klear Review
What do you like best about the product?
Klear is very good to find Influencers as it gives very good filters, Also if you are the influencer, brands are easily able to find you right from the platform. It provides amazing insights which are crucial for decision making
What do you dislike about the product?
The Payment Option is frustrating to setup as they use tilpalt, You have to enter a lot of sensitive bank information though its very safe just time consuming
