Thorough review of media
What do you like best about the product?
The daily report is so handy and I love that meltwater includes media alerts for radio. I appreciate the good, neutral and negative sentiment of reviews for a quick media scan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see print and TV media included. without this, it means we're still paying for other services which makes the overall media monitoring for our company quite costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an (almost) full picture of media monitoring for our organisation. That helps us see how our brand is being positioned in the media and on social media, plus alerts us to any potential issues straight away.
Very useful tool to evaluate creators pre-campaign
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's very easy to use and gives a lot of information about creator performance on socials! I use it mostly to evaluate the reach and engagement of creators pre-campaign and calculate possible ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive! Sometimes it's also missing some information about tiktok performance, depending on the creator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to put numbers on certain creators and to be able to calculate ROI before starting a campaign.

It's easy to use and the service is great, very responsive customer support.

I guess the social media tool is still improving and not perfect but it's not bad at all

Ensures we know what is being said about our school and in the industry. Helps us to manage our social media posting, which is getting quite time consuming.

The Share of Voice analytics remain a standout feature, and over time I’ve especially valued the consistency of the data and how easily insights translate into clear, executive-ready reporting. In addition, the customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Further AI enrichment could add value, particularly predictive insights such as trend forecasting for Share of Voice over time. Being able to model likely future trajectories based on historical data would strengthen strategic planning and executive decision-making.

Meltwater effectively addresses several challenges such as:
- Comprehensive solution for media monitoring in real time, ensuring that I stay well-informed about mentions and discussions related to HYCU.
- Share of Voice analysis is instrumental in understanding HYCUs visibility relative to competitors.
- Aligning PR results with the input PR strategy through in-depth analytics and reporting functionalities.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive. Easy to access information and generate reports. Good customer support.

Need to fine tune the 'sentiment' in the monitoring and analysis.

Meltwater allows us to listen and understand to both the news and the noise as well as current and upcoming trends that require our attention and action.
Reliable tool that empowers all communicators, and only get's better with age!

It's continued improvements, new features and evolving applications stays up to date with the needs of communicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I would say it is my favourite tool for use within my line of work. Where it could improve would be to increase global coverage from markets outside if North America + UK.

It's cutting down time significantly by compiling and analyzing the latest coverage, media outlets and contacts.

Super seamless user experience and very personalized access to a lot of insightful consumer data

The ability to track current conversations around the content our customers are consuming - and get real reactions from them to our campaigns.

The monitoring of content in portuguese can be a little challenging, but the Meltwater team is always available to provide timely support when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing us to remain more relavant because we can really track how our customers are reacting to something in the moment. As opposed to before when we would have to wait for the monthly report.
