What do you like best about the product?
It is accurate and efficient. Additionally, the customer support is friendly and knowledgeable
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing mentions from Instagram, which contributes greatly to media coverage

What do you like best about the product?
The AI and outreach tools. The customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Media contacts are not updated and do not include mobile numbers .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sending out press releases and media advisories as well as monitoring client news and industries.

A very diverse, helpful tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get a lot of work done in one spot. I schedule my social media, access mentions, do analytics reports, etc all on one platform. The customer service is superb too. I use Meltwater most days to post to all social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most responsive or fastest site. It takes too many clicks and loads to do what I want. I wish it was faster, more modern, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting all channels in one spot. Doing multi-channel social reports. Saves time

What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to track/monitor headlines and articles that mention us as a company, customers, and the industry as a whole. We are also able to monitor social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some training to get well equipped to truly understand how to unlock all the tools of meltwater.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the comparison data analysis that Meltwater allows you to do. It makes it easy to compare months and how our team is tracking toward our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many of the options offered sound similar. There is a strong learning curve.

Meltwater helps us control our brand narrative by staying top of all media mentions.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater helps our communications team with a robust media contact database that streamlines our outreach to journalists interested in our research. With the analysis tools, it enables us to gauge the impact of our efforts and choose which journalists the research will resonate with the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Meltwater's service can be a drawback for smaller, nonprofit organizations with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater saves us a lot of time with monitoring media and optimizing our outreach. The timeliness and relevance of the results advance our mission of outreach for our research.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is a helpful tool, and it mostly was able to accomplish what I needed it to do with social media scheduling and reporting. The user interface was simple to navigate, and I appreciated that funtionality was generally where I expected it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often experienced glitches in the social media scheduling tool, which is ancillary to Melwater's core strength of media relations and media intelligence. Not being able to connect all our social channels was a challenge. When scheduling social media content, I would occasionally have to navigate content disappearing, profiles not being tagged, and channels not publishing correctly. When I brought various issues to customer support, they were friendly, but issues would often take weeks to resolve. For short periods of time, I found myself scheduling content for certain channels in other platforms due to issues that were unresolved. Major glitches were resolved, but they were frustrating nonetheless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content all in one place and merging analytics together to get a clearer picture of social media success.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Meltwater is its Explore feature/tool. The comprehensiveness of the operators available allows us to be creative in our implementation and expand our monitoring and listening practices. Its been a game changer for allowing us to keep up to date with industry best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was more flexibility or customization having to do with how we can share results of Explore searches with our clients. Dashboards are great, but the shareability of them is very limiting unless our clients are willing to scroll through several slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing in massive amounts of data into one place quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to monitor media coverage of my organization. I also appreciate being able to segment lists of publications/reporters to send media releases to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better monitoring of broadcast news.

It helps us target publications and reporters in niche areas; helps us monitor our media coverage; helps us keep basic track of analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I find the platform user friendly.
My rep is AWESOME!
Meltwater is great at keeping customers updated with what is going on and what's coming. With great videos of how to use new features.
Easy to integrate into other platforms we use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish podcasts had their own Media Channel.
Also, when setting up an Outreach, I wish I could copy and paste in the content [if written in google docs or another platform] and it keep the format. Constantly having to go back to fix the format is exhausting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Picking up coverage and especially duplicates is so helpful in reporting accurate AVE for clients.
The PR analytics also allow us to report on so much more for clients.
