Excellent influencer management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of influencers that are acccessible to users and diverse options for measurement and evaluation. The ease of reporting methods and data made available is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some insights could be more detailed such as video view rates, content type (utilising an AI tool to observe and measure what types of content and audience sentiments etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring influencer performance in a cohesive and time-saving manner. We work with more than 100 ambassadors/influencers and Klear is key in managing their content and developing a progress plan based of this data

Klear is an amazing took to track ROI on influencer campaigns

Influencers have to sign in to get accurate data. Sometimes they are reluctant to do so

ROI, it gives us a clear indication of how effective our influencer campaigns are
Great Customer Service and Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple it is to find and vet potential influencers or partnerships. I also love how you can create a Recruit page that allows influencers to reach out to you first instead of having to do the leg work. The customer support team is also great if you're just starting out with influencers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I think Klear it a great platform! The biggest issue I run into is using Klear to communicate with influencers. Which isn't exactly on Klear. Most of the time I cannot contact them directly through the platform since they are not signed up with it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Klear we were using social media sites to try and find influencers but the quality was just not there. With Klear we are able to see follow demographics, their portfolio, and much more. This is helpful for us when it comes to cutting down which influencers we want to work with and which ones just don't have what we're looking over. Overall this takes us less time and less stress.
A great place to track influencers
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to automatically track our influencers posts and see the analytics automatically. Just inputting certain criteria from certain accounts saves me hundreds of hours!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to automate reports from certain campaigns to be sent out to my inbox and to people on my team. This would make reporting that much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking influencer posts and post metrics automatically without having to go back through all of their posts automatically. This helps us prove roi on the influencer front.
Klear is pretty kool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is essentially a one stop shop for influencers. I don't have to google a million different names or create accounts of a million different social media platforms. It makes work like a little bit easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont believe that the information is up to date. I also don't like that some influencers data and pricing arent readily available. Maybe that is due to the influencer but it is a little misguided
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The digital marketing agency I work for offers Influencer marketing and Klear is the hub we use to find those influencers. Finding a good influencer to work a campaign with in the right budget is priceless to a client.

The user experience is super easy and I can ultimately find analytics that is needed for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tabs that can be overwhelming and the cros linked pages vs them all being separate.

Influencer values and how we can ultimately sell to our clients the purpose of them.

The measurment and the global benchmark in terms of associated cost when creating an influencer marketing campaing.

We used kelar since 2018, and we´ve been able to measure the ROI of our marketing campaings easily and after using it for 5 years we can see the progress of how we have been investing and growing in our influencer marketing strategy

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is trying to be competitive with other media monitor services, however, the metrics and analytics are just not there yet. List building to smaller publications and broadcast stations are merely impossible, but there are supposed to be changes to address that.
The Extra Marketing Team Member We Needed!
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is truly the extra marketing team member our lean team needed. We start every Monday by looking at our dashboards, analytics, and custom-made searches to gauge how our brand is doing. Meltwater's capabilities are a regular feature at cross-departmental meetings so we can look at what our competitors are doing and understand how our brand is being talked about across a multitude of channels.
Honestly, the customization of the entire platform to suit our company needs and goals is what makes this software exactly what we needed and levels us up as an organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing we dislike about Meltwater was the payment structure. Luckily they were able to work with us to find a solution that fit our budget so in the end it all worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Meltwater, we would not have the bandwidth to aggregate all of our social media into one place to look at weekly snapshots of how we are performing. Also, as a small team, it absolutely solves all of our problems with finding and connecting to social media influencers. In addition to this, we've set up a review search in Meltwater that keeps us up to date on how people are talking about our brand and allows us to get out in front of any problems in real time.
