Influencer Marketing Specialist
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for influencers in specific markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracy of influencers provided. It told me Joe Biden was a Baton Rouge influencer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big part of my day-to-day is sourcing influencers in specific markets. While the majority of the influencers provided on Klear are not actually in the markets, some are, and I can use them as a jumping off point.
Influencer Management
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic post-tracking. Contract signing and management is a good safeguard and makes signing easier for partners. The campaign questionnaire is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
YouTube posts are treated differently from other social media posts. In the past we have had notable delays in the platform tracking YouTube posts, even with trackable words/tags in the description. Also frustrating is that when reporting, Klear separates YouTube metrics from other socials, so to get a full view you have to manually add both numbers together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily tracking and managing several influencer partners. Without Klear we would not have enough time in the week to track all posts our partners publish. Klear also helps speed up the vetting process.
Metrics are great and platform is very expansive!
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has been really insightful on the metrics front and great for reporting our activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that it's a lot of information to take in at once. The information can be an overload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem meltwater is solving is the lack of data that correlates to marketing. It benefits by providing insights on social media and pr campaigns that directly relate back to our brand.
Time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely useful to be able to pull influencer information all in one place versus using multiple platforms to gather information. It has been a time saver not only for me but my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to admin and updating settings/information, it feels a bit complicated since I cannot make those changes myself but it's useful having the chat available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team gather influencer information from one place for digital campaigns for clients. The features are extensive and valuable and have allowed us to learn about new influencers we were not aware of previously.

What do you like best about the product?
This product does well in scheduling everything on one platform. The customer service is exceptional. Everytime I have a question, the chat is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have multiple photos on Facebook, they will all have the same caption. The approval process is clunky and confusing. When an approver edits a post, the "approve" button is not available. You cannot see the photos from X on the Analytics page. The dashboard is clunky and requires you to take modules to learn the interface. There are also several limitations to the dashboard. You cannot flag commenters on social media. Cannot post to Youtube Shorts or FB Reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being able to schedule and post across multiple platforms.
Meltwater for Time Saving and Ease of Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater's customer service is fantastic. They are quick to respond and always available to hop on a call. They hear suggestions and concerns and follow up with solutions and changes to their software. Also, it's an easy-to-navigate software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, the product is incredibly expensive for a small team or newer organization. Depending on how much money you have, it can be a great time saver but is pretty inaccessible for any start-up or money conscious organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding people who are talking about us on social media and in the news but aren't tagging us or mentioning us directly. Meltwater has also made journalist outreach much easier.
Secure and reliable with comprehensive support
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Meltwater is the excellent customer service. Regardless of the situation, I can always count on my representative to provide me with prompt and professional assistance with any issue or question I may have. In addition, their influencer database and search capabilities are incredibly intuitive, which dramatically speeds up our research process compared to other PR software we've used in the past. In addition, the results appear quickly as the pages load quickly, saving us an extraordinary amount of time overall. For all these reasons, it's clear why Meltwater stands out from similar products in its field.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the vast array of widgets and the multitude of features offered by Meltwater to be a bit overwhelming. While this may be beneficial for some users, allowing them to build complex dashboards with numerous options, I personally struggle when trying to decipher what elements are necessary for my dashboard. Regardless, each user has their own preferences based on what best suits their needs from this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've benefited from Meltwater by saving a lot of time with its automated reporting and outreach features. By simply exporting or taking a screenshot, I can generate accurate and timely results without ever having to manually enter any data.

What do you like best about the product?
They use artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze social media data and provide insights into consumer behavior, brand sentiment, and market trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linkfluence may encounter occasional technical issues or downtime, which could impact a business's ability to use the platform effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the strengths of Linkfluence is its ability to process and analyze large volumes of data in real-time, allowing businesses to quickly respond to emerging trends and customer feedback.
Expensive compared to the features offered
What do you like best about the product?
I had been utilizing the social listening tool to identify and monitor relevant conversations that can help us identify key influencers to promote our message. I've found this tool especially useful because it has an easy-to-use, advanced search feature that allows us to get the most out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater can struggle to stay up-to-date with the frequent changes to social media platforms because of the complexity of APIs. These updates often show up on their dashboard and there may be a lack of intuitiveness in its functionality, requiring intensive training. I had also noticed discrepancies between the analytics provided by Meltwater and native platform analytics in the past, though we’re aware of the possibility of user error as well. Additionally, it does not allow users to place all competitors into one chart for ease of comparison and its keyword import feature can be complicated.I did find the tool to be expensive compared to the features it offers in the package in comparison to other tool in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The navigation system of this tool is generally easy to use; however, it can take some time to get accustomed to the available options. Furthermore, providing appropriate training on the navigation features of the tool itself will help streamline our operations.
While Klear has been beneficial, is it a necessity?
What do you like best about the product?
We definitely utilize the Klear score when presenting our influencers. The location is also very helpful with what we're looking for since we need people in a specific region.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like the searches are too literal. If we're looking for someone to bring to a car race, we don't want to connect with racing drivers. Also, it shares a lot of businesses rather than just people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be hard to find influencers in our region that we haven't yet connected yet. Klear is able to provide us with people in a specific area and share content work they've done before with other brands. Specifically, cars, if they've worked with other car brands or not.
