Code-Free Workflow Management
What do you like best about the product?
The User-Friendly interface and simple to use Workflow Management platform! They simplified its usage so much that you don't need to have prior experience with such softwares or coding but you can still understand how to use it. They even have good tutorials that guide you through their interface as well as templates. You can also contact their customer support who are more than willing to aid you in solving your blockers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, the overall platform is rather simple, but it is a bit overwhelming when you launch it for the first time. Would be nice if they take you through the account setup initially rather than manually doing it through the profile settings. Apart from the starting issues, there isn't any issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple workflows is a real pain, especially when we work on several projects at once. Through Nected, we are able to manage the different workflows a lot more easier!

Nected is a tool that has allowed me to delegate tasks in a simpler way and that everything remains in an equitable and well-structured job guaranteeing good results. With the integration of third-party tools I can carry out an entire task process on a single platform without having to switch between several applications that only make me confuse data. It is a simple-to-use platform that allows anyone without extensive knowledge to easily use it

What do you like best about the product?
Nected makes managing a workflow like a piece of cake, as its no code approach makes everything easy to understand. We've been integrating it with oracle and sql for our databases, and Google Sheets for the rest. Managing all this manually took a lot of time, but using Nected has made us so much more efficient and faster. We use it daily to push changes and even a new member can understand the workflow quite easily due to its great UI.

If you do not know the basics, you'll be lost. It's a platform that requires you to know the things before you start using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quite hard to manage complex workflows, but Nected has helped us to simplify the process and saved us a lot of time.

We started with pricing rules and are now expanding to routing rules. The platform speeds up development, with automatic URL setups and less devops work, boosting efficiency.

It's not exactly user-friendly—only people with a lot of knowledge can really get the hang of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Nected has helped manage and enhance lending workflows. Normally, we work with complicated credit decision-making processes that integrate various lending partners and NBFCs. The flexibility of Nected, along with the feature-rich platform, has made these processes fairly easy. The adaptability of Nected helps us execute complex workflows smoothly, and it provides great ease when using flexible decision-making strategies. Previously, implementing such changes could take weeks of development and technical involvement, but now we can accomplish the same tasks in less than a day. By utilizing Nected’s Macro (Excel-like) functions to handle complex JS conditions, we’ve offloaded what used to be tech-heavy tasks to our business teams, significantly reducing both time and effort.
One area that stands out is the team from Nected. Their support ensured we were using the best features of the platform available, adjusting solutions to fit our particular business needs. It has helped us grow faster in areas where we thought too many resources were needed before.

The learning curve took some time & a few meetings/discussions. But after that, it was a breeze to use it and now we can use it ourselves without any help.
