Claims must be submitted to escalations@nected.ai with supporting details. Non-conformance excludes misuse or unmet expectations.

Usage instructions
Easily deploy Nected services on AWS using our CloudFormation template. This setup provisions all necessary infrastructure components including Amazon EKS and installs Nected via Helm charts.
Pre-Requisites
Before deployment, ensure you have the following:
- Four sub-domains configured. Refer to the pre-requisites guide.
- A valid SSL certificate ARN from AWS Certificate Manager (ACM).

Launch the CloudFormation Template
Use the deployment link provided in the template to launch AWS CloudFormation

Provisioning & Installation
The stack will:
- Create a VPC, RDS (Postgres), Redis (Elasticache), and OpenSearch.
- Set up an EKS cluster and install Nected using Helm charts.
- Set up a load balancer with target groups
- Store credentials for Redis, RDS, and OpenSearch securely in AWS Secrets Manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Nected is a software that helps us in creating baseline rules for our business and these rules helps us in automatisation of all the work flow that are necessary to run our business. we are able to create day to day systems which are needed to be followed by each and every employee so that a hassle-free process implementation can be done and maximum returns can be generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nected is a software which is completely no code based system but for initial implementation and complete documentat configuration the people will need a proper training to set it up for their business and connect with all the business APIs that they are using. Whenever a large team work on the software it starts showing it limitations because there is a lagging issue and the premium plan is little bit costly in comparison of the returns that it generates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software has made us less dependent on our old tech team which was outsourced now we have our own in house software that handles all the work flow management and necessary decision making and they are being implemented quite faster as we just need to understand some JavaScript and do little modifications. This software helps us in minimising all the delays that happened while taking major decisions in our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Nected is completely no coding application that helps us in managing multiple softwares with one tool and even without proper knowledge of technicalities and coding languages the application is completely user friendly and works with basic training for employees working on it the software gets easily integrated with Google sheets and lots of other CRMs in no time and this makes the workflow more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever we try to give the software a complex task with lots of finance elements and variables it starts showing its limitations also at the same time whenever a team of 2-3 members work on nected it functions quite well but when we try to deploy a large group for collaboration of different teams working in multiple locations the software start lagging and also shows wrong data outputs on their dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After installing nected in our business there are lots of day to day challanges that it does by itself like to all the new joining customers it send a welcome message from their side and also save their data in our contact list without any manual involvement of of our IT employees, it also give information to our sales team that a new lead has been generated from our social media or website so that we can track them and reach out to them on time.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of this software Nected is simple and also beginner friendly the software has been very useful for technical as well as non technical employee as it does not need professional knowledge of codes for developing new workflows and rules in the business it also makes the work of people working in IT section of our business much smoother and even the new joiners learn to work on it with little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software nected only stucks when our developers want to work on complex and logic based tasks, in those software development this platform starts showing lots of limitations also there are limited integrations available with other API if compared to some of its other competition softwares available in the market but the software is budget friendly and not bothering us much till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nected helped our teams to work on lots of system projects and automatic tools. The software provides a collaborative platform on which all the teams can discuss about the latest project on which they are working together with collaborative efforts. We are now able to build and make logic based workflow for our organisation and also improved the quality of API from before as per our needs.
